Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention generates power by receiving light while immersing a solar cell in a solution such as an aqueous solution, and electrolysis of the aqueous solution and generation of gas while immersing in the aqueous solution by the electromotive force of the anode and the cathode integrated with the substrate. , Related to solar cells that perform actions such as electrodeposition, disinfection of dissolved ions, decomposition and purification of organic matter, and external light such as sunlight is not absorbed by aqueous solution or arrives at the light receiving part before it is hardly absorbed In this way, the float is made to float with a small size that can be easily formed, and an excessive voltage is prevented from being generated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a float having a gas collection chamber is attached to a solar cell panel, floated on the water surface, and spaced from the water surface so that the solar cell panel is not buried in water, and a tube formed below the solar cell panel There is a device in which cathode and anode electrodes are arranged on the inside and outside of the tube to generate and collect hydrogen gas and oxygen gas (US Pat. No. 4,565,617).
[0003]
In addition, conventionally, the solar cell according to the invention of the present inventor receives light while being buried in a solution such as an aqueous solution, and generates electric power, and electrolysis of the solution, generation of gas, electrodeposition of dissolved ions, sterilization, There has been an immersion type solar cell that performs actions such as purification (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-170980).
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a float with a gas collection chamber is attached to the solar cell panel to isolate the solar cell panel from the water surface, and for this purpose, a tube for separating generated gases such as hydrogen and oxygen by electrolysis Was placed in the water below and electrodes were placed inside and outside, but this was a large-scale device.
[0005]
In addition, for purposes such as sterilization of aqueous solutions, decomposition of organic matter, and purification by ion electrodeposition, it is often desirable to use in a space close to sealing, such as a plastic bag, and the pressure in that space rises and swells There was a problem that
In addition, in conventional immersion type solar cells, as much as possible, even for the purpose of sterilization, decomposition of organic matter, purification of water, catalytic action, etc. There was a request to suppress the occurrence of
[0007]
In the solar cell, the present invention includes electrolysis of aqueous solution (including water having almost no solute), sterilization, sterilization, decomposition and purification of organic substances, electrodeposition of various ions and recovery of minerals and the like thereby, catalysis, etc. If the solar cell is floated in an aqueous solution by forming it on a chip-like substrate and the aqueous solution covers the light receiving part of the solar cell, the amount of the external light for power generation such as sunlight is small. As much as possible, the extraneous light reaches the light-receiving part to increase the power generation efficiency and enable effective electrolysis and electrodeposition, and the generation of gas by electrolysis as much as possible. An object is to provide a solar cell that is suppressed or restricted.

In order to achieve the above object, a solar cell according to

The solar cell according to claim 5 of the present invention is a case where the semiconductor junction diode 90 is a pn junction.
[0023]
In the case of a semiconductor junction diode 90 made of a silicon pn junction, one rising voltage is about 0.65 volts, and when three pn junction semiconductor junction diodes 90 are connected in series in the forward direction, 1 is obtained. Since the current starts flowing at about .95 volts, no voltage is applied to the
[0024]
Further, when a pn junction semiconductor junction diode 90 made of a crystal such as silicon carbide is used, the forward rise is about 1.8 volts depending on the impurity concentration constituting these pn junctions, and a plurality of semiconductor junction diodes 90 are not necessarily included. Even if the semiconductor junction diode 90 is not connected in series, only one is sufficient. Thus, the “diode array (95) in which the necessary number of semiconductor junction diodes (90) are connected in series” described in claim 4 includes one semiconductor junction diode 90 as well. .
[0025]
When a semiconductor that is difficult to form the pn junction semiconductor junction diode 90 is used, a Schottky junction semiconductor junction diode 90 may be used.

For example, although the output voltage can be limited by reverse bias using the Zener effect, it is difficult to produce the semiconductor junction diode 90 which is a Zener diode having a good voltage. Although it is necessary to increase the number, there is an advantage that a finer setting voltage can be selected by using the forward rising voltage.
