Claims (3)
- 青色LED素子に緑色発光蛍光体粒子を分散した樹脂をポッティングした青緑色発光ダイオードパッケージと、
赤色LED素子を含んだ赤色発光ダイオードパッケージと前記青緑色発光ダイオードパッケージが個別に配置されている回路基板と、
前記赤色LED素子の駆動回路と前記青色LED素子の駆動回路とを個別に設置し、前記赤色LED素子と前記青色LED素子の発光強度を制御する回路と、
前記赤色LED素子の駆動回路のみに取り付けられた感温抵抗器と、
前記回路基板と対向して隣接配置された導光体を備え、
青緑色光と赤色光を前記導光体中で混色させることにより白色光を得るとともに、
前記白色光は前記回路によって色度バランスが調整されることを特徴とする照明装置。 - 前記青色素子の駆動回路は電流検出抵抗器を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の照明装置。
- 青色LED素子に緑色発光蛍光体粒子を分散した樹脂をポッティングした青緑色発光ダイオードパッケージと、
赤色LED素子を含んだ赤色発光ダイオードパッケージと前記青緑色発光ダイオードパッケージが個別に配置されている回路基板と、
前記赤色LED素子の駆動回路と前記青色素子の駆動回路とを個別に設置し、前記赤色LED素子と前記青色LED素子の発光強度を制御する回路と、
前記赤色LED素子の駆動回路のみに取り付けられた感温抵抗器と、
前記回路基板と対向して隣接配置された導光体と、
前記導光体の照射面側に設けられた非自発光型の表示素子と、を備え、
青緑色光と赤色光を前記導光体中で混色させることにより白色光を得るとともに、
前記白色光は前記回路によって色度バランスが調整されることを特徴とする表示装置。
