BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a vehicle display device, and more particularly to a vehicle display device in which predetermined information is displayed in a display area on a windshield.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a display device for a vehicle such as an automobile, a so-called head-up display has been known for the purpose of improving visibility when a driver views a display while driving. Such a head-up display is a thin-film combiner (reflecting member) formed on the surface of the windshield or a windshield that has been subjected to a combiner treatment, with display light emitted from a light-emitting display installed at the lower part of the windshield. By reflecting toward the driver with the (reflecting member), the driver recognizes the display image, which is a virtual image, over the front scenery through the windshield.
[0003]
By taking such a configuration, the driver can look forward through the windshield and display information as compared with the case of viewing a conventional display device (meter device) fitted in a predetermined position in the instrument panel. Since the amount of movement of the line of sight due to alternately performing the visual recognition of is significantly reduced, the visibility can be improved. Further, the display image projected on the windshield can be recognized without greatly changing the focus of the eyes when the driver looks forward through the windshield, so the time required to recognize the display information is shortened. In addition, the display information can be confirmed while looking at the front view, and safety during driving can be improved.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in such a head-up display, the driver needs to change the position of the display image according to his / her own viewpoint because the driver recognizes the display image that is a virtual image on the front scene through the windshield. There is.
[0005]
Generally, the driver moves the display image up and down by operating a control switch for rotationally moving the reflecting mirror in the display, and selects the position of the display image that matches his / her viewpoint. To do.
[0006]
However, since the display that is lit when the driver adjusts the position of the display image is a part of the display when the display image is fully lit, the driver can adjust the position of the display image. There is a problem in that it is difficult to accurately adjust the position of the display image because it is necessary to adjust the position of the display image without recognizing the range.
[0007]
In order to solve these problems, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-266925 discloses that the head-up display is set to the full lighting mode and the display brightness is set to the maximum value when the vehicle is stopped immediately after the ignition is turned on. It has been.
[0008]
However, in such a head-up display, since the display is set to the full lighting mode only when the ignition is turned on and only when the gear is parked, the position of the display image can be easily adjusted. Opportunities were limited. In addition, there is a problem that visibility cannot be improved even if the display is set to the maximum luminance during the daytime, and a head-up display capable of easily adjusting the position of the display image regardless of day or night is desired. ing.
[0009]
The present invention pays attention to such problems, and can easily adjust the display image according to the position that matches the viewpoint of the driver without limiting the opportunity to adjust the position of the display image. The purpose is to provide.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a display that emits display light that forms a predetermined display image, and a reflection that reflects the display light toward a driver so that the driver recognizes the display image. A member, a moving unit that moves a display position of the display image by changing an irradiation direction of the display light applied to the reflecting member, an operating unit that permits driving of the moving unit, and an operation of the operating unit A mark that indicates the display range of the display image is sometimes displayed, and the first display portion of the mark corresponding to the moving direction of the display image by the operating means is a second display portion that is another display portion of the mark. And control means for displaying differently.
[0011]
Further, the control means is characterized in that the first display section is blinked.
[0012]
The control means may display the first display unit in a color different from that of the second display unit.
[0013]
Further, the control means displays a frame-like mark provided so as to surround the display range of the display image as the mark.
