Claims (7)
- (a)射出ノズルを備えた射出装置と、
(b)金型装置と、
(c)該金型装置の型閉じ、型締め及び型開きを行う型締装置と、
(d)前記射出装置を進退させて可塑化前進及び可塑化後退を行う可塑化移動装置と、
(e)後工程機の状態に基づいて、通常の成形サイクルで成形機を運転する通常モード、及び該通常モードより長い成形サイクルで成形機を運転するサイクル延長モードのうちの一方のモードを設定するモード設定処理手段と、
(f)前記サイクル延長モードが設定されたときに、可塑化後退が開始されてから可塑化後退が完了し、続いて、可塑化前進が開始され、可塑化前進が完了するまでの間だけにおいて、可塑化前進遅延を行うための遅延時間を通常モードが設定されたときより長くすることによって、成形サイクルを長くするサイクル延長処理手段とを有することを特徴とする成形機制御装置。 - (a)射出ノズルを備えた射出装置と、
(b)金型装置と、
(c)該金型装置の型閉じ、型締め及び型開きを行う型締装置と、
(d)前記射出装置を進退させて可塑化前進及び可塑化後退を行う可塑化移動装置と、
(e)後工程機の状態に基づいて、通常の成形サイクルで成形機を運転する通常モード、及び該通常モードより長い成形サイクルで成形機を運転するサイクル延長モードのうちの一方のモードを設定するモード設定処理手段と、
(f)前記サイクル延長モードが設定されたときに、可塑化後退が開始されてから可塑化後退が完了し、続いて、可塑化前進が開始され、可塑化前進が完了するまでの間だけにおいて、可塑化移動速度を通常モードが設定されたときより低くすることによって、成形サイクルを長くするサイクル延長処理手段とを有することを特徴とする成形機制御装置。 - (a)射出ノズルを備えた射出装置と、
(b)金型装置と、
(c)該金型装置の型閉じ、型締め及び型開きを行う型締装置と、
(d)前記射出装置を進退させて可塑化前進及び可塑化後退を行う可塑化移動装置と、
(e)後工程機の状態に基づいて、通常の成形サイクルで成形機を運転する通常モード、及び該通常モードより長い成形サイクルで成形機を運転するサイクル延長モードのうちの一方のモードを設定するモード設定処理手段と、
(f)前記サイクル延長モードが設定されたときに、可塑化後退が開始されてから可塑化後退が完了し、続いて、型開工程が完了した後の所定のタイミングで可塑化前進が開始され、可塑化前進が完了するまでの間だけにおいて、型開速度を通常モードが設定されたときより低くすることによって、成形サイクルを長くするサイクル延長処理手段とを有することを特徴とする成形機制御装置。 - 金型装置に対してエアブローを行う離型処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の成形機制御装置。
- 型閉工程が開始された後、又は可塑化前進遅延中に、前記射出ノズルに対するエアブローを開始するノズル冷却処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の成形機制御装置。
- 成形サイクルのモードがサイクル延長モードから通常モードに変更されたときに、あらかじめ設定されたショット数の成形を行う成形処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の成形機制御装置。
- 前記サイクル延長モードで成形機が運転されている間に、作業者にサイクル延長モードで成形機が運転されていることを通知するサイクル延長モード通知処理手段を有する請求項1に記載の成形機制御装置。
