Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to improvement of an elevator car, and in particular, to improve countermeasures against reverberant sound inside the elevator car.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, the structure of an elevator car is composed of a car floor, a baseboard, a car door, a column (entrance / entrance pillar), a car wall, and a car ceiling. The car floor is connected to the lower part of the car frame via a vibration absorber, and the car ceiling is directly fixed to the car wall by a fastening body. The car ceiling is composed of a ceiling base material to which a lighting fixture is attached, and a light-transmitting ceiling decorative plate disposed in parallel with the ceiling base material below the lighting fixture. The car door is attached with a gap of about 5 mm to the front car wall for opening and closing. Thus, in the elevator car, since most of the materials used are all made of metal members, the sound reflection is high and the reverberation sound inside the car is extremely high.
[0003]
An invention that attempts to eliminate such reverberant sound is disclosed (Japanese Patent Application No. 04-299127). In this disclosed invention, a sound is absorbed by using a porous sheet and a perforated plate on a car floor.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, tiles, carpets, stones, and the like are often used for a general elevator car floor, so that using them as porous or perforated leads to an increase in cost. Further, in the above-described published invention, the elimination of the noise inside the car that reverberates at the car ceiling rather than the car floor is not achieved.
[0005]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to take measures against reverberant sound inside an elevator car by a method other than the above-described published invention.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a lighting fixture is disposed on a lower surface of a ceiling base material, and the ceiling base material is made of a light-transmitting material below the lighting fixture. In an elevator car provided with a ceiling decorative plate for covering, a plurality of lighting devices arranged in parallel are suspended from the ceiling base material so as to be separated from the ceiling base material, and the ceiling base material and the ceiling decorative plate are A sound absorbing portion is disposed between the lighting fixtures, and the sound absorbing portion is disposed at the same height as the lighting fixtures so as not to block the light of the lighting fixtures. An elevator car is provided that is disposed between the lighting fixtures in parallel with each other, and a gap is formed between the plate body and the ceiling base material.
[0007]
Then, as in claim 2 wherein, prior Symbol ceiling decorative plate intended to provide an elevator car according to claim 1, characterized in that it consists of a porous or air permeable material in addition to optical transparency is there.
[0008]
Therefore, the sound inside the elevator car or the sound that has entered the interior is absorbed and reduced by the sound absorbing part in the path from the ceiling base material to the return to the inside again.
[0009]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the elevator car 1 includes a car floor 2, a baseboard 3, a car door 4, a column (entrance / entrance column) 5, a car wall 6, and a car ceiling 7. The car floor 2 is connected to the lower part of the car frame 8 via a vibration absorber (not shown), and the car ceiling 7 is directly fixed to the car wall 6 by a fastening body (not shown). The car door 4 is attached to the front car wall 6 with a gap of about 5 mm in order to open and close. Reference numeral 15 denotes a car operation panel.
[0010]
The car ceiling 7 is composed of a ceiling base material 10 on which a lighting fixture 9 is suspended and attached, and a light-transmitting ceiling decorative plate 11 disposed below the lighting fixture 9 in parallel with the ceiling base material 10. The The lighting fixture 9 is generally a fluorescent lamp, and a plurality of the fluorescent lamps having a shape in which a plurality of the fluorescent lamps are arranged in the horizontal direction are arranged in parallel with the ceiling base material 10. Reference numeral 12 denotes an emergency lighting fixture, which is typically an incandescent lamp. The ceiling decorative plate 11 is made of a porous or air permeable material as well as light transmissive. A sound absorbing portion 13 is disposed in the car ceiling 7. The sound absorbing portion 13 is preferably made of a sound absorbing material, for example, urethane sponge, foamed polystyrene, rubber, felt, asbestos, etc. in a plate shape.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2, the sound absorbing portion 13 interposes a plate 14 made of a sound absorbing material between the ceiling base material 10 and the ceiling decorative plate 11 so as not to block the light of the lighting fixtures 9 and 12. Therefore, the plate body 14 is disposed between the lighting fixtures 9 and 11 so as to be suspended from the ceiling base material 10 in parallel with the ceiling base material 10 and the ceiling decorative plate 11. That is, in the past, the lighting fixtures 9 and 12 were generally fixed directly to the ceiling base material 10, but in the present invention, the lighting fixtures 9 and 12 are installed on the ceiling base material in order to interpose a sound absorbing portion. Suspend from 10
[0012]
As shown in FIG. 3, the sound absorbing part 13 arranged in this way is generated inside the car or entering from the outside through the ceiling decorative plate 11 and passes through the sound absorbing part 13, and the ceiling base It is reflected on the material 10 and returns to the inside of the car again. At that time, the sound A is absorbed or reduced every time it passes through the sound absorbing portion 13. Therefore, the sound a that is reflected by the ceiling base material 10 and returns to the inside of the car is greatly reduced than the generated sound A.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 4, this means that the lighting fixtures 9 and 12 are fixed directly to the ceiling base material 10 and are separated below the lighting fixtures 9 and 12 so as to separate the ceiling decorative plate. 11 is attached, the sound A passes through the ceiling decorative plate 11 and is reflected by the ceiling base material 10 so that it is almost the same as the sound A ′ that returns to the inside of the car again. It is clear.
[0015]
Thus, since the sound generated inside the elevator car or entering from the outside is absorbed or reduced by the sound absorbing unit 13, the reverberation inside the car is reduced.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described above, the sound absorbing part is interposed between the ceiling base material and the ceiling decorative board, so that the sound reflected by the ceiling base material is absorbed or reduced by the sound absorbing part, thereby the elevator. The reverberation problem inside the car is solved.
