Abstract
【解決手段】回収装置1は、電解槽2と、電解槽2内に配設された素焼部材3に仕切られた陽極室4及び陰極室6と、陽極室4内に設けられた陽極5と、陰極室6内に設けられた陰極7と、陽極5及び陰極7に電解電圧を印加する電圧印加手段8とを備える。陽極室4に廃液9を供給すると共に、陰極室6に回収媒体液10を供給し、電圧印加手段8により陽極5及び陰極7に電解電圧を印加して電解を行う。廃液9中の金属イオンの一部を陰極室6に移動させ、陰極室6に該金属イオンを含む水溶液を得る。

Claims (6)
- アルカリ蓄電池の製造の際に排出される廃液を処理する廃液処理装置であって、
電解槽と、該電解槽内に配設された素焼部材に仕切られた陽極室及び陰極室と、該陽極室内に設けられた陽極と、該陰極室内に設けられた陰極と、該陽極及び該陰極に電解電圧を印加する電圧印加手段とを備え、
該陽極室に該廃液を供給すると共に、前記陰極室に回収媒体液を供給し、該電圧印加手段により該陽極及び該陰極に電解電圧を印加して電解を行うことにより、該廃液中の金属イオンの一部を該陰極室に移動させ、該陰極室に該金属イオンを含む水溶液を得ることを特徴とする廃液処理装置。 - 請求項1記載の廃液処理装置において、前記電解槽は、該電解槽内に配設された素焼部材により画成された領域の内部を前記陽極室とする共に、該領域の外部を前記陰極室とすることを特徴とする廃液処理装置。
- 請求項2記載の廃液処理装置において、前記素焼部材は、素焼壺であることを特徴とする廃液処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の廃液処理装置において、前記廃液は、前記金属イオンとして、ニッケル、カリウム及びカドミウムを含むことを特徴とする廃液処理装置。
- 請求項4記載の廃液処理装置において、前記素焼部材はニッケル及びカリウムを透過させると共に、カドミウムを吸着する機能を備えることを特徴とする廃液処理装置。
- 請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の廃液処理装置において、前記回収媒体液は純水または前記廃液よりもカリウム濃度の低い水酸化カリウム水溶液であることを特徴とするカリウム廃液処理装置。
