Claims (5)
- 羽根車入口と羽根車出口との間に複数の翼を有する遠心式羽根車において、
前記遠心式羽根車の軸方向に沿って並ぶシュラウドとハブとの間に前記複数の翼が配置され、隣り合う翼、前記シュラウド、及び前記ハブによって流路が形成され、
前記遠心羽根車の子午面断面において、前記流路を構成するシュラウド側の曲線が、翼入口から前記翼の中央付近の位置まではハブ側に湾曲しており、前記翼の中央付近の位置から翼出口までは前記ハブとは反対側に湾曲しており、
前記翼の中央付近の位置の下流側の領域で前記流路が広がり、さらに前記翼出口の近傍で前記流路が狭くなっていることを特徴とする遠心式羽根車。 - 前記翼の厚さは略一定であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の遠心式羽根車。
- 遠心式羽根車の軸方向から見て前記ハブ側と前記シュラウド側の流線が一致していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の遠心式羽根車。
- 隣り合う翼の間の距離が前記翼入口から前記翼の中央付近の位置まで徐々に増加し、前記翼の中央付近の位置から前記翼出口に向かって狭くなっていることを特徴とする請求項1請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の遠心式羽根車。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の遠心式羽根車と、
前記羽根車を収容するケーシングと、
前記羽根車が取り付けられる回転自在な主軸とを備えたことを特徴とするポンプ装置。
