Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an air conditioning system for a room having a high heat generation density such as a communication equipment room.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In the computer room and OA room, most of the air conditioning heat load is sensible heat load, and the average heat density per floor area is 500 W / m. 2 Degree. In such facilities, full sensible heat treatment type packaged air conditioners are often used because of the ease of construction and maintenance and the ability to disperse heat sources.
[0003]
The room structure of these facilities requires a large number of power cables and signal cables, and many of them have a double floor structure, and the underfloor chamber is used as a wiring space. In order to use the underfloor chamber as an air path in air conditioning with a packaged air conditioner, the upper suction / lower blowing system is used. The low-temperature air treated by the packaged air conditioner is transported to the installation location of a computer, etc. through the underfloor chamber, The low-temperature air is supplied to the inside of the equipment casing from the opening of the equipment to treat the exhaust heat from the equipment.
[0004]
FIG. 11 shows a conventional method for configuring such an air conditioning system. The full sensible heat treatment type packaged
[0005]
In addition to the above-described package air conditioner method, there is a method using an air conditioner with a built-in cold water coil as a cooling device. In this case, a refrigerator and a cooling tower are used as the heat source device. For example, in the one disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 2997661, two cooling coils are arranged in series with respect to the flow of processing air in the air conditioner to perform primary cooling + secondary cooling. In this open technology, the chilled water supply to the primary cooling coil can be switched between a chilled water system made by a refrigerator and a chilled water system made by free cooling of the cooling tower. In winter and in the mid-term, when the temperature of the outdoor wet bulb is low, cold water is supplied by free cooling of the cooling tower to reduce the operation time of the refrigerator and save energy. Furthermore, by using two cooling coils for primary cooling and secondary cooling in series, the amount of change in cooling capacity due to fluctuations in the outside air conditions when free cooling operation of the cooling tower is performed for primary cooling is corrected by secondary cooling. It is something to try.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, with the development of communication technologies such as the Internet, many communication bases have been constructed. In the communication equipment room in these facilities, as shown in FIG. 12, a large number of
[0007]
When air-conditioning such a communication equipment room with a high heat generation density, the number of conventional sensible heat treatment type packaged air conditioners used in the computer room is increased according to the heat load. , The number of installed packaged air conditioners will increase significantly, and indoor units may not be installed using only the indoor wall surface in the facility. As the number of packaged air conditioners increases, the amount of blown air increases significantly, and the blowing resistance in the lower space of the double floor also increases. Therefore, the conventional method of adding a packaged air conditioner not only makes it difficult to secure the installation space for the indoor unit, but also increases the blast energy. Furthermore, if the area of the communication equipment room is increased or the amount of communication cables in the underfloor chamber is increased, the air cannot be uniformly blown into the underfloor chamber, resulting in variations in the cooling capacity of the equipment.
[0008]
Furthermore, according to the latter published technology, the cold heat source is a centralized heat source of the same system, and if a failure or accident occurs around the freezer in the summer operation mode with only the freezer, the air conditioning heat source is completely stopped. There is a risk that it will end. In the case of repair or maintenance of an air conditioner, one air conditioner is completely stopped, and the room temperature of the area that the air conditioner is responsible for rises. Also, in facilities where the air conditioning heat load is significantly large, the capacity of the equipment increases, so the amount of heat source equipment (refrigerator / cooling tower) installation space and piping is enormous, and a large machine room and pipe shaft space are required. There is also a problem that the ability is reduced.
[0009]
The problems common to the above-mentioned conventional technologies are that if the air-conditioning heat load increases, the installation area of the air-conditioning equipment that air-conditions the room to be cooled increases, and the rentability decreases. This is an increase in blast energy by circulating conditioned air throughout the room.
[0010]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and effectively reduces the heat load of the air conditioning equipment by effectively treating the equipment exhaust heat in the rack in which the communication equipment is mounted, and reduces the installation space of the air conditioning equipment. Its purpose is to devise and solve the above problems.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the object, according to
[0012]
Thus, it is formed between the rack rows. aisle By having a local cooling device for cooling the space part above the space part, aisle It becomes possible to reduce the thermal load of the rack through the space. Also formed between rack rows aisle Since a local cooling device is installed above the space, it does not increase the floor space. Note that the communication equipment room and the like referred to in this specification are not limited to the room where the communication equipment is installed, but also the room where the heat generation is high and the high-density heating equipment is installed. Yes. Therefore, it may be a computer room.
[0014]
A top plate disposed above the passage space, and the local cooling device is disposed so as to cover the top of the passage space together with the top plate. So, Since the upper portion of the passage space portion can be closed except for the cooling space, the exhaust heat treatment of the communication equipment and the like mounted on the rack can be performed through the efficient cooling of the passage space portion. Further, exhaust can be concentrated on the local cooling device.
[0015]
Also In the present invention, On the longitudinal end surface of the rack row in the passage space portion, a hanging plate hanging from the top plate is provided, or a door body capable of closing the passage space portion is provided. So Since the passage space portion can be brought closer to a closed space or the like, the exhaust heat treatment of the communication device or the like mounted on the rack can be performed through the cooling of the passage space portion more efficiently. In addition, there is no hindrance to workers entering the aisle space.
[0016]
It is preferable that the rack has an opening at a portion facing the passage space portion, and further, an air blower for exhausting the atmosphere in the rack to the outside of the rack is provided at an upper portion of the rack. By operating the blower, the conditioned air of the local cooling device supplied to the passage space can be actively taken into the rack from the opening, and the exhaust heat treatment of the communication equipment mounted on the rack is further effective. Can be implemented automatically.
It is more effective when the rack itself has a closed casing. In addition, when applied to such a closed casing, there is an advantage that hot heat is not released to the surroundings.
[0017]
When the rack is installed on a double floor constituting an underfloor chamber, an opening communicating with the underfloor chamber is formed on the lower surface of the rack, and the underfloor chamber is formed on the lower surface of the passage space, that is, the floor surface. It is preferable that an introduction port is formed, and a blower for exhausting the atmosphere in the rack to the outside of the rack is provided at the top of the rack. By operating the blower, the conditioned air of the local cooling device can be actively taken into the rack from the bottom surface through the opening located on the bottom surface of the rack through the underfloor chamber, and the communication equipment mounted on the rack can be discharged. Heat treatment can be performed more effectively. This is particularly effective when the rack itself has a closed casing.
[0018]
Above the space formed between the rack rows other than the passage space, a diffusion control plate for suppressing the diffusion of the atmosphere in the space, Opposite the opening on the floor By arranging, high temperature air discharged from the rack can be prevented from entering the space, and so to speak, the temperature environment of the open space can be improved.
[0019]
A plurality of local cooling devices are installed in the passage space, a temperature sensor that measures the temperature of the passage space, for example, one or more representative temperatures of the passage space, for each local cooling device, and each temperature sensor If a control device for controlling the cooling temperature of each local cooling device is provided based on the measurement results of the above, it is possible to efficiently exhaust the air from the rack space and perform exhaust heat treatment of the rack. In this case, it is not necessary for all the local cooling devices to have a temperature sensor. For example, a temperature sensor may be installed for each passage space, and measurement may be representatively performed by the temperature sensor.
[0020]
If the local cooling device has a direct expansion coil as a cooling means, and further includes a control device for controlling the refrigerant evaporation temperature of the direct expansion coil higher than the dew point temperature of the processing air, a rack or the like It is possible to prevent an unforeseen situation from occurring due to water leaks or the like on the communication device mounted on the mobile phone. In this case, if necessary, the outside air conditioner is supplied to the indoors after dehumidifying or humidifying the outside air so that it matches the set dew point temperature. By providing a dehumidifying device for dehumidifying to the set value when the set value is exceeded by such as, it is possible to easily control such so-called dry coil operation.
[0021]
About air conditioning in communication equipment rooms ,aisle In the structure in which the space portion is a closed space, the air treated by the local cooling device can flow into the underfloor chamber and be blown out from an opening provided in the floor surface of the open space portion. Alternatively, as in the conventional case, for example, an all-sensible heat treatment type packaged air conditioner may be installed, and the conditioned air may be blown from the floor through the underfloor chamber.
[0022]
