Description

The present invention relates to a dust-removing powder composition, a dispersion or solution, a spray and a sheet used for removing dust in a room.

There are various house dusts such as fiber waste in the room. In general, cleaning is performed using an electric vacuum cleaner or the like. For example, fine house dust entangled in a carpet, sofa, bedding, etc. cannot be sufficiently removed only by applying the electric vacuum cleaner or the like. Thus, various compositions have been developed so far to enhance the house dust removal effect.
For example, a powdery carpet processing composition containing an inorganic salt and / or organic salt carrier powder as a main component and further containing an antistatic agent or the like (see Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 58-80398), a fungicide Alternatively, a powdery composition for indoor treatment to which a bacteriostatic agent is added (see JP 59-196802 A) is known.
However, the removal effect of house dust, especially dust, has not been sufficient yet.

One major feature of the dusty powder composition, dispersion or solution, spray and sheet of the present invention is that it comprises a layered silicate.
Surprisingly, in the present invention, the layered silicate has a particularly excellent dust content as compared with the component used as an active ingredient in the conventional composition used in the same application as the powdery composition of the present invention. It has been found that it can exert an adsorption and agglomeration effect and has been completed. The effects exhibited by the layered silicate are presumed to be due to the properties of the silicate such as adsorptivity, film-forming property, and antistatic effect. According to the powdered composition and the like of the present invention, there is an excellent effect that dust in the room can be effectively removed during cleaning, but the manifestation of such an effect is exhibited by the layered silicate. This is considered to be due to the fact that the dust is aggregated and easily removed by the dust adsorption and aggregation effect.
In the present specification, “dust” refers to dust and dirt generated from houses and household items.
Hereinafter, the powdery composition for removing dust, the dispersion or solution, the spray and the sheet of the present invention will be described in order.
(1) Powdered composition The layered silicate contained in the powdered composition of the present invention refers to a silicate having a layered structure such as smectite, vermiculite, mica, etc., because a hydroxyl group is present on the surface of the unit layer. , Cation such as Na + , Mg 2+ , Ca 2+ and water are taken in between the layers, and is generally a silicate having hydrophilicity. The silicate usually exhibits a powder form such as white, light brown, light gray, etc., but preferably exhibits a white powder form. The layered silicate is not particularly limited, but hectorite, which is a hydrated silicate of magnesium and lithium, which is in the form of a white powder, is preferably used because it has excellent dust adsorption and aggregation effects. Is done.
The layered silicate can be produced by a known method (for example, see JP-A-6-234516 and JP-A-10-36112). For example, hectorite can be obtained by reacting sodium, magnesium and lithium salts with sodium silicate under proper blending conditions, and then crystallizing the resulting amorphous precipitate at a high temperature. The obtained crystals are subjected to filtration, washing, drying and the like to obtain a white powder. In addition, if a commercially available thing is available for a layered silicate, you may use it.
The average particle size of the layered silicate is not particularly limited, but is preferably 500 nm or less, more preferably 100 nm or less, from the viewpoint of enhancing dust adsorption and aggregation effects. The lower limit is usually about 10 nm. The average particle size of the layered silicate can be measured by, for example, a particle size distribution meter (manufactured by Beckman Coulter, Inc.). Adjustment of the average particle diameter of the layered silicate can be easily performed by, for example, appropriately pulverizing the obtained layered silicate or classifying with a sieve or the like.
In the powdery composition of the present invention, the layered silicate may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The content of the layered silicate in the powdery composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, but from the viewpoint of exerting a sufficient dust removing effect, preferably 0.1 to 100% by weight, More preferably, it is 1 to 99% by weight.
The powdered composition of the present invention preferably further contains a deodorizing component. By containing this component, for example, the effect of removing odors derived from human sebum and sweat can also be exhibited.
The deodorant component is not particularly limited. For example, plant extracts such as green tea, bamboo shoot, bamboo, camellia, rose, chrysanthemum, pine, cedar, psyllium, sugar cane, rose oil, lavender oil, bergamot oil , Bitter almond oil, cananga oil, cassia oil, cedarwood oil, cinnamon oil, citronella oil, lemon oil, lime oil, nutmeg oil, peppermint oil, abies oil, pine oil, star anise oil, turpentine oil, vetiver oil, eucalyptus oil, Plant essential oils such as rosemary oil, rose oil, cypress oil, components derived from plant essential oils such as anethole, citronellal, citral, limonene, cineol, α-pinene, terpinolene, methyl methacrylate, ethyl methacrylate, lauryl methacrylate, stearyl methacrylate, pyruvic acid Ethyl, pyrubin Esters, such as deodorant components such as dimethyl maleate, betaine. Plant extracts such as green tea, persimmon, bamboo, etc. are preferred because of their excellent odor removal effect.
Although it does not specifically limit as content of the deodorizing component in the powdery composition of this invention, From a viewpoint of exhibiting sufficient odor removal effect, Preferably it is 0.1 to 10 weight%, More Preferably it is 1 to 5 weight%.
Further, in the composition of the present invention, as other components, for example, known insecticides, acaricides, repellents, bactericides, antifungal preservatives, stabilizers, fragrances, surfactants, oils, etc. May be contained as appropriate. The content of other components is not particularly limited as long as the desired effects of the present invention are not inhibited. Further, a bulking agent such as sodium sulfate or magnesium sulfate may be included.
As the powdery composition of the present invention, for example, 1 to 99% by weight of layered silicate, 1 to 5% by weight of deodorant components, 0 to 5% by weight of other components, and optionally the bulking agent as the balance A composition comprising it is particularly suitable.
The powdery composition of the present invention can be obtained by appropriately mixing the above components. The composition is preferably prepared as a white powder.
(2) Dispersion or solution Although the dispersion or solution of this invention can be used as it is, it is used suitably for preparation of the below-mentioned spray and sheet.
The layered silicate contained in the dispersion or solution is the same as that of the powder composition, and the preferred embodiment thereof is also the same. The content of the layered silicate is not particularly limited, but the viewpoint of ensuring sufficient dispersibility or solubility of the layered silicate in the solvent and exhibiting a sufficient dust removing effect. Therefore, it is preferably 0.0001 to 5% by weight, more preferably 0.02 to 1% by weight.
The preferred range of the average particle size of the layered silicate used in the dispersion or solution is the same as that of the layered silicate used in the powdered composition, so long as the average particle size of the layered silicate is within this range. In addition, the effect of adsorbing and agglomerating dust can be enhanced, and the stability of the dispersion when used dispersed in a solvent can also be enhanced.
Moreover, as a dispersion liquid or a solution, what further contains a deodorizing component is preferable. The deodorant component is the same as that of the powdery composition, and the preferred embodiment thereof is also the same. The content of the deodorant component is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.01 to 10% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 2% by weight from the viewpoint of exerting a sufficient odor removal effect. %.
As the solvent used in the dispersion or solution of the present invention, water is suitable. The water is not particularly limited, and for example, tap water, ground water, ion exchange water, ultrapure water and the like are used. Water accounts for the remainder of each component in the dispersion or solution. In addition to water, alcohols such as ethanol and isopropyl alcohol may be used as the solvent.
Moreover, in addition to what was illustrated as a component used for the said powdery composition as another component, for example, you may contain a pH adjuster etc. suitably in the dispersion liquid or solution of this invention. The content of other components is not particularly limited as long as the desired effects of the present invention are not inhibited.
Examples of the dispersion or solution of the present invention include 0.02 to 1% by weight of layered silicate, 0.05 to 2% by weight of deodorizing components, 0.01 to 5% by weight of other components, and ethanol. A dispersion or solution containing 10 to 70% by weight of water and the balance of water is particularly preferred.
The dispersion or solution of the present invention can be obtained by appropriately mixing the above components. By the way, when the hectorite used suitably as a layered silicate is disperse | distributed or dissolved in water, a hectorite may harden in water and may be difficult to disperse or dissolve. In such a case, hectorite can be easily dispersed or dissolved in water by adding hectorite to water under rapid stirring or by increasing the temperature of water to about 40-50 ° C. and continuing stirring. Can do. The dispersion or solution of the present invention is particularly preferably prepared and used as a solution obtained by dissolving a layered silicate.
(3) Spray The spray of the present invention is obtained by filling the dispersion or solution in a known spray container, and more preferably one obtained by filling the dispersion or solution of a preferred embodiment.
Although it does not specifically limit as said spray container, From a viewpoint of the ease of use, a trigger type spray container, a pump type spray container, a pressure accumulation type spray container, etc. are used suitably. The inner volume of such a container is not particularly limited, but usually about 50 to 1000 mL is preferable.
Filling the spray container with the dispersion or solution can be performed according to a known method.
(4) Sheet The sheet of the present invention is obtained by impregnating a known sheet material with the above dispersion or solution, and more preferably one obtained by impregnating a dispersion or solution of a preferred embodiment.
Although the ethanol content in the particularly preferable embodiment of the dispersion or solution is described as 10 to 70% by weight, the ethanol content in the particularly preferable embodiment is used when the dispersion or solution is used for preparing the sheet. As 1 to 70% by weight.
Although it does not specifically limit as a shape of a sheet | seat, Usually, what has the magnitude | size of about 150-200 mm long, 200-300 mm wide, and thickness about 0.05-1 mm is suitable. Such a sheet may be composed of a single layer or may be formed by laminating layers made of the same or different materials.
The sheet material is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include a nonwoven fabric, a woven fabric, and paper. From the viewpoint of high strength, low cost, and easy adjustment of the basis weight, the nonwoven fabric is used. Is preferred. These sheet materials can be produced according to a known method. Further, if a commercially available product is available, it may be used.
For example, the nonwoven fabric suitably used as a sheet material can be produced by a known method such as a chemical bond method, a thermal bond method, a spunlace method, a spunbond method, or a needle punch method. The material is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polypropylene, polyethylene, polyester, acrylic, rayon, cotton, and pulp. As the material of the nonwoven fabric, rayon or pulp is preferable from the viewpoint of easy impregnation of the dispersion or solution, and polyethylene or polyester is preferable from the viewpoint of maintaining strength. Furthermore, from both viewpoints, those obtained by blending materials exemplified as suitable materials in each of them at an appropriate ratio are more preferable.
In addition, as a fabric weight of a nonwoven fabric, ie, the fiber weight per unit area, about 30-80 g / m < 2 > is usually suitable.
The impregnation of the dispersion or solution into the sheet material can be performed according to a known method. For example, when the dispersion or solution is impregnated into a sheet material made of a nonwoven fabric having a suitable basis weight, the sheet material is immersed in about 2 to 3 times the amount of the dispersion or solution. It is preferred to impregnate the sheet material with the dispersion or solution. That is, when the basis weight is 50 g / m 2, it is preferable to impregnate 100 to 150 g of the dispersion or solution per 1 m 2 of the sheet material made of nonwoven fabric.
The powdery composition, dispersion or solution, and spray of the present invention described above are used by, for example, being applied to an indoor carpet, sofa, bedding or the like to be cleaned by a vacuum cleaner by spraying or the like. In such a case, immediately after application, preferably after being left as it is for several minutes to several hours, the object is cleaned as usual by a vacuum cleaner, so that the dust removal effect is enhanced and the indoor dust is effectively removed. be able to. In addition, for example, when bedding is dried outdoors, it can be applied to the bedding. In that case, dust can be effectively removed by tapping with a hand or a hand when taking it indoors after drying for a certain period of time. Usually, when the bedding is struck, dust attached may be crushed finely and it may become more difficult to remove. However, if the powdered composition of the present invention is applied in advance, the dust will be agglomerated and effective. Removal is possible.
Note that the dispersion or solution is preferably used as a spray because its dispersion or the like is not easy. Further, in the case of spraying, since the target spray application part is wet at the time of application, it is preferable to carry out cleaning after a certain period of time after application and after sufficiently drying. In addition, when the powdery composition of the present invention contains a deodorant component made of plant extracts such as green tea, straw, bamboo, etc., it can effectively remove dust and has the odor described above. It can be effectively removed.
On the other hand, the sheet of the present invention is suitably used for wiping a portion where dust is accumulated, for example, the surface of a bedding, an indoor electric lamp, a window frame, a floor, and the like. Normally, when such a portion is wiped with water, it is difficult to wipe off only by getting wet with the dust, but according to the sheet of the present invention, the dust can be aggregated and effectively removed. Moreover, if the deodorizing component as described above is contained, the odor as described above can be effectively removed.
Furthermore, according to the powdery composition, dispersion or solution, spray and sheet of the present invention, the allergens present in the human living environment can be positively removed by using each as described above. Can do. Here, the living environment includes all scenes involving human beings such as the body, dwelling, automobile, pet, textiles, and furniture.
Allergens present in the human living environment mainly include mite allergens and pollen. Mite allergens include, for example, mite-derived allergens belonging to the genus Lepidoptera, specifically, allergens that are abundant in mite carcasses and feces. Examples of pollen include cedar and cypress pollen. Since these allergens cause allergic diseases such as asthma, rhinitis, eczema and urticaria, it is desirable to actively remove them from the human living environment.
These allergens are usually removed by using a vacuum cleaner, washing or the like, but it is still difficult to remove, for example, those that have entered textiles such as clothes and carpets.
According to the powdery composition and the like of the present invention, dust can be aggregated and its removal effect can be enhanced, and dust can be effectively removed. Therefore, in the case of the textile product, before the clothes are worn or the carpet is sun-dried, for example, the spray of the present invention is sprayed to agglomerate the dust, thereby enabling effective removal. The details of the reason why the allergen can be removed by the powdered composition of the present invention is not clear, but since the allergen is generally present together with dust, the allergen is also taken in at the same time when the dust is removed. It is considered to be removed. Therefore, according to the present invention, a very excellent sanitary environment can be realized.
That is, according to the present invention, as another aspect, the powder composition for dust removal further comprising a layered silicate for allergen removal, and further comprises a layered silicate for allergen removal. The dust removal dispersion or solution, further the allergen removal dispersion or solution in a spray container, and the allergen removal dispersion or solution as a sheet material. An impregnated dust removing sheet can also be provided. In these embodiments, the layered silicate is preferably hectorite, and may further contain a deodorizing component.

EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example demonstrates this invention further in detail, this invention is not limited only to this Example.
[Examples 1-3 and Comparative Examples 1-3]
Each component was mixed according to the composition shown in Table 1 to obtain test solutions (Examples 1 to 3). In each example, hectorite was used as the layered silicate. Moreover, each component was mixed according to the mixing | blending shown in Table 2, and the test liquid (Comparative Examples 1-3) was obtained. Sodium sulfate, sodium citrate, and sodium bicarbonate used in each comparative example are active ingredients of the indoor processing powder composition described in Patent Document 2.
The hectorite was dissolved in water by adding a small amount to water at room temperature under rapid stirring.
Figure 0004554520
Figure 0004554520
Test Example The dust adsorption and aggregation effects of the test solutions of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 were evaluated by the following methods.
10 mg of standard dust [Cotton linter, manufactured by Japan Air Cleaners Association] as a dust is put into a plastic petri dish with a diameter of 9 cm, and the test solutions of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Examples 1 to 3 are put in commercially available hand spray containers, respectively. After spraying 0.7mL of the spray onto the standard dust and drying it at room temperature, it is microscopically examined with a stereomicroscope (Nikon; magnification 50x), and the degree of standard dust adsorption and aggregation Was observed. In addition, as a control, the one in which standard dust was simply put in a plastic petri dish and the one in which water was sprayed instead of the test solution were similarly observed. The microscopic images in each case are shown in FIGS. The dust adsorption and agglomeration effects were evaluated by observing the agglomerated state of standard dust, assuming that the control case had no dust adsorption and agglomeration effects.
3 to 5 show that when the test solutions of Examples 1 to 3 are used, the standard dust adsorption and agglomeration effects are improved depending on the concentration of hectorite. Also, comparing FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, the comparison between FIG. 5 and FIG. 7 shows that the hectorite concentration is 0.02% by weight and the sodium sulfate concentration is 0.2% by weight. From the comparison between FIG. 5 and FIG. 8, the hectorite concentration of 0.002% by weight is compared with the case of the hectorite concentration of 0.002% by weight and the sodium citrate concentration of 0.2% by weight. It can be seen that the case of No. 2 and the case of sodium bicarbonate concentration of 0.2% by weight exhibit the same standard dust adsorption and aggregation effects.
Thus, the hectorite used in Examples 1 to 3 is extremely excellent in dust adsorption and agglomeration effect as compared with the active ingredient used in the conventional composition. Therefore, according to the powdery composition of the present invention, the concentration of the active ingredient (for example, 60 to 99% by weight in the composition of Patent Document 2) is very low (for example, a dispersion liquid). Or, if the solution is about 0.2% by weight), sufficient dust adsorption and agglomeration effect can be exhibited, and further, the effect can be further improved by increasing the concentration.
[Example 4]
Each component is mixed according to the composition shown in Table 3 to obtain a solution containing hectorite as a layered silicate and green tea extract as a deodorant component, and then the dust is removed by filling the solution into a commercially available hand spray container. A spray was obtained.
