Description
・全周波数帯を解析するため演算量と必要メモリ量が多い。
・観測区間内のサンプル点数が2のべき乗に限定されるため解析対象周波数の選択肢が少ない。
・観測区間内のサンプル点数が固定されるため、周波数に対する時間分解能にばらつきが生じる(高周波になるほど振動強度の変化は高速になるが、低周波の低速な変化を捉えるように長めに設定した解析区間であれば、低速な変化は捉えられても、高周波の高速な変化を捉えることができない場合が生じる)
という問題があった。
Claims (5)
- 内燃機関に設けられたノックセンサまたは筒内圧センサの出力信号に基づいてノックの発生を判定するノック検出手段と、
前記ノック検出手段によるノック検出時にノックを回避するためのノック制御を行うノック制御手段と
を備えた内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記ノック検出手段は、
前記ノックセンサまたは筒内圧センサの出力信号の高周波成分をカットするローパスフィルタと、
前記ローパスフィルタの出力信号を所定時間毎にA/D変換するA/D変換手段と、
前記A/D変換手段によりA/D変換されたデータをデジタル信号処理して時間−周波数解析を行うデジタル信号処理手段と
を含み、前記デジタル信号処理手段によるデジタル信号処理結果に基づいてノック検出を行う手段であり、
前記デジタル信号処理手段は、
前記A/D変換手段によりA/D変換されたデータを所定のサンプル点数毎に区切ることで観測区間を設定する観測区間設定手段と、
前記A/D変換手段によりA/D変換されたデータを予め定められたノック固有周波数に近い解析対象周波数に対応するサンプル点数により区切ることで観測区間を設定する観測区間設定手段と、
前記観測区間設定手段により設定された観測区間毎に前記サンプル点数で再現される基底関数の波数を用いて離散フーリエ変換により複数の周波数を同時に解析する複数周波数同時解析手段と、
を有し、
前記観測区間設定手段は、解析対象周波数に応じて観測区間に含まれるサンプル点数を変更する
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記観測区間設定手段は、観測区間を前の観測区間と一部オーバーラップしながら移動させる
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記観測区間設定手段は、解析対象周波数に応じたサンプル点数を、低周波数側では多く、高周波数側では少なくする
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記複数周波数同時解析手段は、離散フーリエ変換により複数周波数を同時に解析する際、演算に用いる定数をテーブルにあらかじめ記憶させておく
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 請求項4に記載の内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記テーブルには、基底関数と窓関数から算出された定数が設定されている
ことを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。
