【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement in a drain pipe cleaning method and apparatus for cleaning piping equipment such as drain pipes installed in an apartment, a building, and the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The head portion arranged at the tip of a conventional high-pressure hose used for cleaning piping equipment has injection holes for ejecting the high-pressure water radially diagonally backward with respect to the traveling direction at a predetermined pitch along the circumferential direction. A plurality of nozzles are formed, and a free guide is provided continuously at the tip of the nozzle.
[0003]
Such a high-pressure hose is housed in a rotating drum as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 55120380 and Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 49-37403, and is rotated against the high-pressure hose by rotating the rotating drum. Giving rotation.
[0004]
On the other hand, the nozzle connected to the tip of the high-pressure hose described above includes a propulsive force generated by high-pressure water sprayed from the nozzle and a high-pressure hose from a rotating drum as disclosed in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 54-110658. It advances while rotating in the drainage pipe by the pulling-out operation, thereby cleaning the inner peripheral surface of the pipe.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the drain pipes to be cleaned are roughly divided into vertical pipes and horizontal pipes. However, according to the conventional drain pipe cleaning device described above, the high-pressure hose is rotated in the vertical pipes, so that the high-pressure hose ends. When the connected nozzle is rotated, the nozzle turns along the inner peripheral surface of the vertical tube.
[0006]
In this state, when the high-pressure hose is gradually pulled out from the rotating drum and fed into the vertical pipe, the nozzle advances while spirally turning along the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe, and the solid matter adhering to the inner peripheral surface of the vertical pipe is It is pulverized and removed with high-pressure water jetted from
[0007]
On the other hand, when the drain pipe is a horizontal pipe, even if the high-pressure hose is rotated in the horizontal pipe, the nozzle does not rotate along the inner peripheral surface because its own weight acts toward the bottom of the pipe.
[0008]
Therefore, even if the high pressure hose is rotated in the horizontal pipe when the drain pipe is a horizontal pipe, and the high pressure hose is gradually pulled out from the rotating drum and fed into the pipe, the nozzle simply advances linearly along the bottom of the horizontal pipe. Only by doing this, it does not turn spirally along the inner peripheral surface of the horizontal tube, and there is a problem that the cleaning power of the upper portion of the inner surface of the horizontal tube is particularly poor.
[0009]
Moreover, since the injection pressure of the high-pressure water injected from the nozzle injection hole decreases as the distance from the tube wall decreases, the solid matter adhering to the upper portion of the horizontal tube far from the tube bottom is crushed with high-pressure water. In order to pulverize this, a facility for supplying a higher pressure and a larger amount of water is required, and in this respect as well, the conventional one cannot efficiently and uniformly clean the inside of the tube.
[0010]
In view of the circumstances described above, an object of the present invention is to provide a drain pipe cleaning method and apparatus capable of rotating a nozzle along a pipe inner peripheral surface even in a horizontal pipe.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a nozzle is provided at the tip of the high-pressure hose, a free guide is connected to the tip of the nozzle, and the jetting medium is inclined rearward from a plurality of jet holes drilled in the nozzle. Injecting, generating a propulsive force to the nozzle by the injection force, sending the high-pressure hose into the drainage pipe while rotating the high-pressure hose, turning the nozzle spirally along the inner peripheral surface of the pipe, In the drain pipe cleaning method for cleaning the inside of the pipe with an injection medium injected from a nozzle, the plurality of injection holes include a specific injection hole having a large diameter and a plurality of other injection holes having a diameter smaller than the specific injection hole. The angle α at which the center axis I of the specific injection hole and the center axis H of the nozzle intersect is smaller than the angle β at which the center axis J of the other injection hole and the center axis H of the nozzle intersect. (Α < ) And sets, to adjust the injection quantity of injection medium injected from the plurality of injection holes forming position and the injection holes of the respective component of the injection pressure of each injection medium is injected from the other injection hole Only the specific injection hole is always pressed against the inner peripheral surface of the pipe.

[0053]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the drain pipe cleaning method and apparatus of the present invention, the nozzle is arranged on the inner periphery of the pipe so that the specific injection hole always faces the pipe inner peripheral surface among the plurality of injection holes formed in the nozzle. Since the spiral swirl along the surface, the adhering matter fixed to all parts around the tube wall by swirling the nozzle can be crushed with high-pressure water sprayed from the nozzle, Regardless of the vertical pipe, various types of pipes can be cleaned efficiently and completely.
[0054]
In particular, the diameter of the specific injection hole is set to be larger than the diameters of the other injection holes, and the angle α at which the central axis I of the specific injection hole and the central axis H of the nozzle intersect is set as the other injection hole. Since the angle β is set smaller than the angle β (α <β) where the center axis J of the nozzle and the center axis H of the nozzle intersect, the diameter of the specific injection hole that plays the role of cleaning is set to be large. The amount of jet water for pulverizing the deposits can be increased, and the cleaning ability can be greatly improved.
[0055]
In addition, by setting the angle α at which the center axis I of the specific injection hole that plays the role of cleaning and the center axis H of the nozzle intersect, the force acting directly on the pipe wall to be cleaned can be reduced, At this time, the risk of damaging the tube can be reduced as much as possible.
[0056]
Further, by setting the angle α at which the central axis I of the specific injection hole and the central axis H of the nozzle intersect to be smaller, the diameter of the specific injection hole is set to be larger than the diameters of the other injection holes, Since it is possible to further increase the amount of washing water sprayed from this specific spray hole, the size of the terminal that winds and rewinds the high-pressure hose by making the diameter of the high-pressure hose thinner (smaller) accordingly. Weight reduction can be achieved.
[0057]
Further, by narrowing the diameter of the high-pressure hose, it becomes easy to pass through the bend of the thin drain pipe, and the operability of the cleaning device is remarkably improved in conjunction with the downsizing of the terminal.
[0058]
In addition, by reducing the pressure of the high-pressure hose without reducing the cleaning capacity, the pressure generator that pumps the cleaning liquid can be made smaller. be able to.
[0059]
In addition, if the entire washing machine can be reduced in size and weight, and its operability can be improved, the handling of such equipment will be easy for elderly people, and it will be possible to ensure stable employment for elderly people with particularly severe working conditions. it can.
[0060]
In addition, when an elderly person engages in such a cleaning operation, the quality of the cleaning operation is further improved by the abundant knowledge and experience, and the level of the entire cleaning operation is improved.
[0061]
Moreover, the washing service price of the drain pipe provided to the customer can be significantly reduced by reducing the size and weight of the washing machine, reducing the manufacturing cost, and engaging in the washing work by the elderly.
