BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
In the present invention, pre-stress is introduced using unbonded PC steel, and a precast concrete beam (hereinafter sometimes abbreviated as a beam) is pressure bonded to a precast concrete column (hereinafter abbreviated as a column). It belongs to the technical field of RC system structure self-isolation method and self-isolation structure, more specifically, self-isolation that controls the horizontal displacement of the beam after lifting by increasing the horizontal rigidity of the RC system structure. Concerning construction method and self-isolation structure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The self-seismic isolation structure of RC structure, in which pre-stress is introduced using unbonded PC steel and the pre-cast concrete beam is pressure-bonded to the pre-cast concrete column, is, in other words, depending on the magnitude of horizontal forces such as earthquakes. This structure changes the horizontal rigidity of the RC structure by raising the beam.
[0003]
That is, the self-isolation structure of the RC structure has a horizontal rigidity equivalent to that of a general RC structure in a normal state, and in the event of a large earthquake, the horizontal rigidity is reduced by raising the beam to reduce the earthquake. Since the input is reduced, it is possible to provide a structure that is resistant to micro vibrations and excellent in comfort.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Depending on the use and importance of the building, it may be necessary to control the maximum horizontal displacement expected during an earthquake. The demand is particularly high in cities where buildings are forested. The maximum horizontal displacement of the self-isolating structure of this RC structure is largely dependent on the horizontal stiffness after the beam is lifted.
[0005]
Therefore, when the self-isolation structure of the RC structure is implemented in a place where the maximum horizontal displacement of the building must be controlled, a technique for controlling (increasing) the horizontal stiffness after the beam is lifted is introduced. There is a need.
[0006]
However, in the current self-isolation structure of an RC structure, a technique for increasing the horizontal rigidity after the beam is lifted and controlling the maximum horizontal displacement assumed at the time of an earthquake has not been proposed yet.
[0007]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to introduce a technique for bonding a fixed length portion of unbonded PC steel material to a precast concrete beam to increase the horizontal rigidity after the beam is lifted, thereby increasing the maximum horizontal displacement expected during an earthquake. It is to provide a self-isolation method and a self-isolation structure of RC system structure that can control.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a means for solving the above-mentioned problem, the self-isolation method of the RC structure according to the invention described in
RC structure without pre-stressed pre-cast concrete beam using unbonded PC steel and pressure bonding to the pre-cast concrete column to allow the column beam joint interface to float and to provide energy absorption by the lifting deformation Self-isolation construction of objects,

It is characterized by controlling the horizontal displacement accompanying the rising of the beam.
[0009]
The invention as set forth in
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the self-isolation method of the RC structure according to the first aspect, a cylindrical container integrated with the grout injection pipe is provided on the precast concrete beam so as to surround the unbonded PC steel material. In addition, it is characterized by injecting and filling grout from the grout injection pipe and bonding the cylindrical container portion of the unbonded PC steel material to a precast concrete beam.
[0011]
The self-isolation structure of the RC structure according to the invention described in
