Description

The present invention relates to an article holder, and more particularly to an article holder that is installed on a vertical wall surface of a vehicle interior member and can store and hold various articles.

In automobiles produced in recent years, pocket-shaped article holders that can receive and hold various articles such as passenger portable items (cell phones, wallets, glasses, etc.) and beverage containers (cans, bottles, plastic bottles, etc.) are arranged in the passenger compartment. In many cases, it is provided at a required position of the installed vehicle interior member (instrument panel, floor console, armrest, door panel, etc.). For example, FIG. 9 shows an article holder 20 provided in the center console section of the instrument panel IP, which is composed of an article storage member 22 opened in the vertical wall surface 10 of the center console section. The article storage unit 26 is configured to store and hold it. In some cases, the opening 24 is provided with a lid member such as a slide type or a rotation type that can be opened and closed. Such an article holder is disclosed in, for example, Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2.

FIG. 10 is a vertical side view of the article holder 20 illustrated in FIG. 9. As illustrated in the two-dot chain line in the figure, when the depth dimension of the article storage unit 26 is H2, an article having a length L ( In the figure, a plastic bottle is shown as an example) M can be appropriately held. However, in the case of the above-described instrument panel IP, a large number of in-vehicle devices and parts are installed on the back side thereof. Therefore, as illustrated by the solid line in FIG. Since it cannot be formed and the depth dimension is small, there is a problem that an article having a length L is lowered or dropped. In addition, since there is no cover member, the opening 24 is always open, and when not in use, the inside of the article storage unit 26 is exposed, which deteriorates the appearance of the instrument panel IP and reduces the texture of the instrument panel IP. There was also a problem that dust and dust entered the article storage unit 26 and accumulated.

On the other hand, in the article holder 20 of the type in which the lid member is disposed in the opening 24, when the article M is stored in the article storage section 26, (a) the lid member is first opened by hand, and (b) the article M is then opened. The two steps of the operation of storing the item M in the item storage unit 26 are stepped on, and the storing of the item M is troublesome. Moreover, similarly to the article holder 20 illustrated in FIG. 10, when the depth dimension of the article storage unit 26 is about H1, a problem that the article M having the length L cannot be appropriately held occurs.

Moreover, the article holder 20 can store articles M of various sizes in order to have versatility. For this reason, in the case of the article M suitable for the size of the article storage unit 26, the article M is appropriately stored and held. However, in the case of the article M smaller than this, it shakes due to vibration of the vehicle body or drops off in some cases. Such inconveniences were easily generated.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an article holder that can appropriately hold an article even when an article storage section having a small depth dimension is defined.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems and achieve the intended purpose, the present invention provides:
An article storage member installed inside the vehicle interior member and having an opening communicating with an article storage portion defined therein opened in a vertical wall surface of the vehicle interior member;
A lid member that is freely openable and closable in the opening, and that always closes the opening and aligns the outer surface with the vertical wall surface;
The lid member is pivotally supported, and the lid member in the closed state is applied with an urging force from the outside, so that the lid member falls down into the article storage unit and the lower end thereof is moved forward. A lid interlocking mechanism that opens the opening in an extended state ,
The lid interlocking mechanism is disposed so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to a lower wall surface of the article storage member, and supports a lower end edge of the lid member; The second support member is pivotally provided on the wall surface and supports the required position on the back surface of the lid member .

According to the article holder according to the present invention, since the lid member displaced in the open state is used to increase the substantial depth dimension of the article storage unit, even a large article is suitably accommodated. There is a beneficial effect that can be maintained. In addition, when the article holder is not used, the opening is closed by the lid member and the article storage section is covered, so that the material quality of the vehicle interior member is not deteriorated, and the article storage section is free of dust and dirt. There is an advantage that dust can be suitably prevented from entering and collecting. Furthermore, since it is possible to displace the lid member to the open state simply by pushing the closed lid member with the article to be stored in the article storage section, there is no trouble in storing. Furthermore, the lid member displaced to the open state is held in the open state by the engagement of the engagement portion and the engagement receiving portion, and is inadvertently rotated in the closing direction by the urging force of the urging means. There are effects such as being prevented.

Next, the article holder according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by giving a preferred embodiment.

The article holder of the present application is assumed to be installed on the vertical wall surface of the vehicle interior member such as the instrument panel, floor console, armrest, door panel, etc., and is a haberdashery such as a mobile phone, a wallet, glasses, etc. A “pocket” for storing and holding a container, a “container holder” for storing and holding beverage containers such as cans, bottles, plastic bottles, and the like are targeted. Therefore, in an embodiment described later, an instrument panel is illustrated as a vehicle interior member, and an article holder for mainly storing and holding a beverage container will be illustrated and described. The “longitudinal wall surface” defined by the present application includes not only a vertical wall surface but also a wall surface to which an appropriate inclination is given.

FIG. 1 is a longitudinal side view illustrating an article holder according to a preferred embodiment in a state where a plastic bottle M as an article is stored and held. The article holder 30 of the present embodiment includes an article storage member 32 having an opening 34 communicating with an article storage section 36 defined therein, and an opening 34 that can be opened and closed to close the opening 34. And a lid interlocking mechanism 50 that rotatably supports the lid member 40. When the lid member 40 applies an urging force from the outside (front) to the lid member 40 in the closed state, a first support member 52 and a second support member 54 described later constituting the lid interlocking mechanism 50 are provided. With each of these posture displacements, the opening 34 is opened in a state where it falls into the article storage portion 36 and its lower end portion extends substantially horizontally forward.

The article storage member 32 is formed in a substantially rectangular casing made of a single or a plurality of molded members that are injection-molded into a predetermined shape from a resin material, and an article storage portion 36 is defined therein, and on one side thereof A rectangular opening 34 is opened. And it installs inside this instrument panel IP in the state which faced the opening part 34 in the vertical wall surface 10 of instrument panel IP. The depth dimension N1 of the article storage unit 36 is set to be approximately the same as the depth dimension H1 of the conventional article holder 30 illustrated in FIG. 10, and an in-vehicle device or component (not shown) installed inside the installation unit. In order to avoid interference with A frame-shaped front decorative panel 38 is assembled in the opening 34 of the article storage member 32, and the front decorative panel 38 is aligned with the vertical wall surface 10 of the instrument panel IP so as to be outward. To be exposed. Further, the lower wall surface 32A is formed with a step on the rear side of the portion where the falling lid member 40 is aligned, and the rear side portion is set to be substantially at the same level as the outer surface 42 of the falling lid member 40. ing.

The lid member 40 is a rectangular plate formed in an outer contour shape that matches the inner edge shape of the opening 34 of the article storage member 32 (the inner edge shape of the front decorative panel 38). The outer surface 42 is processed into an appropriate color and surface pattern, and the design of the instrument panel IP becomes flush with the front decorative panel 38 and the vertical wall surface 10 when the lid member 40 stands up in the closed state. Configure part of the surface. Further, the outer surface 42 functions as a mounting surface for the article M that constitutes the bottom portion of the article storage unit 36 and is accommodated in the article storage unit 36 when the lid member 40 is in the open state. A protruding edge 44 having a required height is provided along the lower edge of the outer surface 42, and the protruding edge 44 functions to support the article M stored in the article storage section 36. Further, a protruding piece 46 that engages with the rotation restricting piece 39 formed on the front decorative panel 38 described above is formed on the upper edge of the lid member 40, and the front side of the closed state in which the lid member 40 stands up. Rotation is restricted.

The lid interlocking mechanism 50 is disposed so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction with respect to the inside of the lower wall surface 32A of the article storage member 32, and is pivoted at the lower end edge of the lid member 40; The link mechanism includes a second support member 54 having one end pivotally provided on the lower wall surface of the article storage member 32 and the other end pivotally provided at the required position on the back surface of the lid member 40. By the combined operation of the sliding movement of the first support member 52 and the rotation of the second support member 54, the closed state standing at the opening 34 and the inside of the article storage section 36 are laid down and extended forward by a required amount. The posture displacement of the lid member 40 is expressed between the opened state and the opened state.

The first support member 52 is slidably disposed with respect to a support base 56 attached and fixed to the lower wall surface 32A of the article storage member 32, and a connecting shaft 58 for swingably supporting the lid member 40. It is built at the tip. A guide groove 56A that engages with a pin 52A that protrudes laterally from the first support member 52 is formed on both side surfaces of the support base 56, and the pin 52A is slidable along the guide groove 56A. Within this range, the first support member 52 is allowed to slide. That is, the first support member 52 has a length of the guide groove 56A between the retracted position retracted from the opening 34 (FIGS. 2 and 3) and the advanced position extended from the opening 34 (FIGS. 6 and 7). The slide is moved by the stroke S corresponding to the length.

One end of the second support member 54 is pivotally supported on the rear end portion of the support base 56 attached and fixed to the lower wall surface 32 </ b> A, and is a portion at a height position of about 1/3 from the lower end edge on the back surface of the lid member 40. The other end is pivotally supported via the support shaft 60. Then, it is allowed to rotate between an inclined position (FIG. 2) inclined in a forwardly raised state of about 30 degrees with respect to the support base 56 and a lying position (FIG. 6) lying down in close contact with the support base 56. Is done.

Further, the connecting shaft 58 is provided with a torsion spring (biasing means) 62 for biasing the lid member 40 so as to displace the lid member 40 to the closed state. The lid member 40 is always closed. The state is biased and held. Further, a push latch-type engagement receiving portion 64 is disposed on the lower wall surface 32 </ b> A of the article storage member 32, and a hook-like engagement portion 66 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the engagement receiving portion 64 is provided on the lid member 40. When the lid member 40 is displaced to the open state and the engaging portion 66 is engaged with the engagement receiving portion 64, the biasing force of the torsion spring 62 is applied to the lid member 40. Is also held in an open state. When the lid member 40 held in the open state is pressed from above, the engagement between the engagement portion 66 and the engagement receiving portion 64 described above is released, and the lid member 40 is based on the biasing force of the torsion spring 62. Is displaced to the closed position.

In the article holder 30 of the present embodiment configured as described above, when the plastic bottle M is not stored and held in the article storage portion 36, as illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3, the biasing force of the torsion spring 62 described above is used. The first support member 52 is moved to the retracted position, the second support member 54 is moved to the inclined position, and the protrusion 46 is engaged with the rotation restricting piece 39, so that the lid member 40 is in the closed state. It is held and is flush with the vertical wall surface 10 of the instrument panel IP. Accordingly, the vertical wall surface 10 of the instrument panel IP covers the article storage unit 36 with the lid member 40 being flush.

When an urging force is applied from the outside to the upper side of the lid member 40 in the closed state, the lid member 40 is pivotally supported by the second support member 54 as illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5. The first support member 52 moves forward as the lower side of the lid member 40 is displaced forward, with the support shaft 60 being pivoted counterclockwise in FIG. . Further, as the first support member 52 moves forward, the second support member 54 rotates in the clockwise direction of FIG.

Further, when the outward biasing force is continuously applied to the lid member 40, the first support member 52 moves forward to the advanced position and the second support member 54 falls as illustrated in FIG. 6 and FIG. It will turn to the position. Accordingly, the lid member 40 falls to a substantially horizontal state while extending forward by the stroke S of the first support member 52, and is displaced in the above-described open state. As a result, the substantial depth dimension of the article storage portion 36 increases by the stroke S to N2 because the lid member 40 extends forward, and is substantially equal to the depth dimension H2 illustrated in FIG. Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 1, the plastic bottle M having a length L is supported from below by the rear portion of the lower wall surface 32 </ b> A and the outer surface 42 of the lid member 40, and is suitably stored in the article storage unit 36. It becomes possible to hold.

When the plastic bottle M is stored in the article storage unit 36, the lid member 40 is displaced by pressing the closed lid member 40 with the plastic bottle M to apply a biasing force from the outside. The plastic bottle M can be accommodated while the operation is performed. Therefore, it is not necessary to open the lid member 40 in advance prior to storing the PET bottle M, and the PET bolt M can be stored in one action, so there is no trouble in storing.

As described above, in the article holder 30 of the present embodiment, the lid member 40 that has been displaced in the open state is used to increase the substantial depth dimension of the article storage unit 36. Even if it exists, it is possible to accommodate and hold it suitably. Further, when the article holder 30 is not used, the opening 34 is closed by the lid member 40 and the article storage section 36 is covered, so that the quality of the instrument panel IP is not deteriorated and the article is not provided. It is also possible to prevent dirt and dust from entering and accumulating in the storage unit 36.

Further, since the lid member 40 can be displaced in the open state simply by pushing the lid member 40 in the closed state with the plastic bottle M to be stored in the article storage unit 36, the lid member 40 is moved in advance. The PET bottle M can be stored in one action without being opened, and there is no troublesomeness in storing. Further, the lid member 40 displaced to the open state is held in the open state by the engagement of the engaging portion 66 and the engagement receiving portion 64, and is inadvertently rotated in the closing direction by the biasing force of the torsion spring 62. Is prevented.

When the juice can M or the like having a smaller and smaller diameter than the above-described PET bottle M is stored, as illustrated in FIG. 8, the juice can M should be placed so that the lid member 40 is not fully opened to the open state. It may be stored. In this case, since the engagement receiving portion 64 and the engagement portion 66 do not engage with each other, the juice can M is pushed upward in the article storage portion 36 and the upper wall surface 32b of the lid member 40 and the article storage member 32. Thus, the juice can M can be securely held and held. However, it is desirable to take measures to increase the protruding dimension of the protrusion 44 described above or to dispose the anti-slip member 68 or the like inside the upper wall surface 32b.

In the above-described embodiment, the case where the lower wall surface 32A of the article storage member 32 is formed horizontally has been illustrated. However, the lower wall surface 32A is formed as a rearwardly inclined surface so that the article storage section 36 is located at the rear. It may be defined as a falling space.

Further, in the above-described embodiment, the beverage container is illustrated as the article M. However, the article holder targeted by the present application is not limited to the beverage container, and can store and hold various articles having the same size. It is.

The article holder according to the present invention relates to an article holder that is installed on a vertical wall surface of a vehicle interior member and can store and hold various articles. For example, a vehicle interior member such as an instrument panel, a floor console, an armrest, and a door panel is disposed. The present invention can be suitably applied to a vehicle or the like.
