この発明は、ハサミの親指側を静刃とすることで安定した開閉動作を、容易に出来るハサミに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来よりハサミを開閉する際においては、力点の親指側のリングのみもしくは、両側のリングを動かし開閉している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
これには次の様な欠点があった。
イ．力点が不規則に動くため作用点も不安定に動いていた。
ロ．和、洋裁及び理、美容等、土台を要する職業において、親指側リングの開閉動作により刃先下部が土台との接点において、上下に不必要に動いてしまい正確な切断が困難であった。
ハ．特に理、美容バサミにおいては親指のみの開閉動作のため親指に障害をおこす例が多々あった。
本発明は、以上の欠点を解決するためになされたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
リング（１）と柄（４）の接合部に貫通する穴（５）を設け親指を挿入するためのリング（３）を取り付ける。
本発明は以上の構成により、親指側の刃を静刃として安定させるハサミである。

【発明の実態の形態】
以下、本発明の実態の形態を説明する。
（イ）．リング（１）と柄（４）の接合部に貫通する穴（５）を設ける。
（ロ）．穴（５）の大きさに適合する太さのリング（３）を通し、取り付けるリング（３）は固定ではなく、穴（５）を軸として前後にのみ可倒するものとする。
本発明は、リング（３）に親指を挿入する事により親指の腹を柄（４）が、親指中間部をリング（３）が、又、リング（１）の上部の弧のふくらみが親指の根元部に接する事により、この三点にて親指のふらつきを防止することが出来、対応するリング（２）の付いたハンドル側を、親指以外の四指にて開閉することが可能になるハサミである。

【発明の効果】
本発明を、使用することにより、容易にハサミの静刃の安定を確保し、かつ動刃が切断対象物の表面上で動くことで、より正確な作業を求め得る事が可能となる。
