Description
The present invention relates to a bulb-type fluorescent lamp device including a main light source such as a fluorescent lamp and an auxiliary light source.
A power-saving bulb-type fluorescent lamp device that has an E26 base that can be attached to a socket for an incandescent bulb at home or the like and that has an inverter built therein has been commercialized.
In the case of the integrated light source, since the LED that is the second illumination element is disposed in the vicinity of the electrode portion of the fluorescent discharge container that is the first illumination element, the LED deteriorates due to heat generated in the electrode of the fluorescent discharge container. There is concern to do.
Further, in the case of a conventional integrated light source, no specific disclosure has been made regarding the LED mounting method. In order to actually realize an integrated light source, it is necessary to construct a technology that takes into consideration mass productivity such as how to wire a plurality of light sources and how to assemble them.
The present invention has been made to solve such problems, and in constructing a device having a fluorescent lamp and an auxiliary light source as a main light source, a light bulb having a functional structure in consideration of durability against heat and mass productivity. An object of the present invention is to provide a fluorescent lamp apparatus.
In order to achieve the above object, a light bulb shaped fluorescent lamp device according to
The auxiliary light source is preferably disposed on the front end side of the fluorescent lamp as a main light source from an optical viewpoint and a thermal viewpoint. Therefore, the auxiliary light source is disposed at a position (place) away from the holder that supports the fluorescent lamp.
Therefore, according to the first aspect of the present invention, when the fluorescent lamp as the main light source and the auxiliary light source are integrally provided, a support member is projected from the substantially central position of the holder to the fluorescent lamp side, and the tip of the support member is provided. In addition, by fixing the second wiring board on which the auxiliary light source is mounted, the positions of the fluorescent lamp and the auxiliary light source are optically and heat-resistant (functional), and also in a good position from the viewpoint of mass productivity. Can be provided.
A light bulb shaped fluorescent lamp device according to a second aspect of the invention is the light bulb shaped fluorescent lamp device according to the first aspect, wherein the lead wire drawn from the second wiring board through the cylindrical portion into the holder A lead wire connecting terminal is provided for lapping connection at a pin portion protruding from the component placement surface.
In the invention according to
A light bulb shaped fluorescent lamp device according to a third aspect of the present invention is the light bulb shaped fluorescent lamp device according to the first or second aspect, wherein the first wiring board projects from the fluorescent lamp toward the holder. And a notch or a hole for inserting the lead wire drawn into the holder from the solder surface side to the component placement surface side.
In the invention according to
As described above, according to the present invention, a bulb-type fluorescent lamp device having a functional structure in consideration of heat durability and mass productivity is provided in configuring a device including a fluorescent lamp and an auxiliary light source as main light sources. can do.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the bulb-type fluorescent lamp device includes a
Although an example in which the auxiliary light source is configured by three light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 has been shown, if there are one or more light emitting diodes, one or two, or four or five may be used. The present invention is not limited to the number of light emitting diodes.
In addition to the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3, for example, a light source such as an organic EL may be used as the auxiliary light source. External parts such as the
The main body of the apparatus is configured such that the outer shape forms the shape of a light bulb by fixing the
The
The
The
The
By providing the
The light-emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 are supported at least at a position higher than the U-shaped glass tube 1a1 (light-emitting tube) by an
The
The
The
If the outer shape of the tube is too thick, it will be too close to the bulb and the light reabsorption rate will increase, or the light transmission effect to the side of the U-shaped glass tube 1a1 on the half paper or the reflection side will decrease. For example, it is preferable to set the diameter to 8 mm or less because there is a possibility that the luminous flux is lowered.
The
In other words, the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 are raised from the surface of the
That is, each of the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 is at a substantially central position in which at least the LED chip portion is surrounded by the plurality of U-shaped glass tubes 1a1, and the tip portion is from the tip of the U-shaped glass tube 1a1. Also, when the

The
In addition, the U-shaped glass tube 1a1 may have an H shape. That is, the
The seal portion 1a3 of the U-shaped glass tube 1a1 is inserted into the insertion hole 6a2, and is bonded to the

The
Furthermore, the
In the
That is, the
A seal portion 1a3 is provided at the lower end of each U-shaped glass tube 1a1. A long thin tube 1a4 is provided at the lower end of one of the plurality of U-shaped glass tubes 1a1. One end of the narrow tube 1a4 protrudes downward from the seal portion 1a3. The other end of the thin tube 1a4 communicates with the inside of the
The thin tube 1a4 in this example protrudes downward from the lower end of the U-shaped glass tube 1a1 and is partially bent. The thin tube 1a4 is a portion where the temperature is lowest in the connected U-shaped glass tube 1a1, and is used when housing a main amalgam (not shown) having a relatively high mercury vapor pressure characteristic. The thin tube 1a4 is for improving the luminous flux rise characteristic of the
A bulb-type fluorescent lamp becomes hot during lighting. For this reason, it is common to supply by amalgam in order to optimally control the mercury vapor pressure at high temperatures. By using an amalgam, the mercury vapor pressure can be stably controlled against changes in ambient temperature, and thus a stable light output can be obtained.
The
In this example, as an example of the

Next, the operation of this bulb-type fluorescent lamp device will be described.
(Fluorescent lamp lighting operation)
When the user turns on the wall switch and AC power is supplied to the ports PortV1 and V2, the DC voltage smoothed by the rectifying and smoothing circuit RS is applied between the input terminals of the inverter INV.
Then, the DC voltage smoothed by the rectifying / smoothing circuit RS is also applied to the starting circuit ST. Thereby, when the capacitor C3 is charged and the trigger diode DB3 breaks over, the trigger pulse is supplied to the base terminal of the second switching element Q2, and the second switching element Q2 is turned on.
Then, the inverters INV are activated and the self-excited oscillation based on the induction of the drive transformer CT causes the switching elements Q1 and Q2 to perform on / off operations alternately to induce a secondary voltage. The secondary voltage is increased by the series resonance of the inductor L3 and the resonance capacitor C7 and applied to the
(Lighting operation of the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3)
When power is supplied to the
On the other hand, after the power is supplied, the user turns off the wall switch → quickly turns on the switch for 1 second to 2 seconds, thereby turning on the fluorescent lamp
Actually, when realizing a light bulb-type fluorescent lamp device in which a plurality of light sources (
The light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 are preferably arranged on the front end side of the
In order to realize such a structure and to align the lighting directions of the light-emitting diodes LD1 to LD3, a board different from the
In order to provide the
However, in this case, since the LED lighting circuit for controlling the currents of the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 is located on the
The light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 face the tip side of the
In this case, by using the
On the
As described above, according to the bulb-type fluorescent lamp device of this embodiment, the
Further, by setting the
Furthermore, the assembly workability can be improved by pulling the
In addition, by using the
That is, the mounting structure of the light-emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 and the fixing structure of the current-limiting resistance elements R7, R8, and R9 are as described above, so that the storage property and heat resistance of the
That is, the current-limiting resistor elements R7, R8, R9 are embedded in the
The present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. In the above-described embodiment, the resistance elements R7, R8, and R9 are used for current limiting. In this case, since a constant current flows when the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3 are turned on, the energy corresponding to the reduced pressure is simply consumed by heat generation. Because it is only done, energy use efficiency is bad.
Therefore, an incandescent bulb having a resistance component similar to that of the resistance elements R7, R8, R9 may be connected to this circuit portion instead of the resistance elements R7, R8, R9 and lighted together with the light emitting diodes LD1 to LD3. In this case, since the energy consumed as heat is emitted as light, the energy utilization efficiency of the lamp is improved.
