Claims (13)
- 超電導体と遮断機とが直列回路で結線され、駆動コイル及び電磁反発板で構成された駆動部と短絡接点とが並列回路で結線され、前記駆動部及び短絡接点で構成された並列回路と限流素子とが直列に結線され、前記超電導体及び遮断機で構成された直列回路と、前記駆動コイル、短絡接点、及び限流素子で構成された回路とが並列に結線されてなる事故電流の迅速な限流のためのハイブリッド超電導限流器であって、
前記超電導体及び遮断機で構成された直列回路に直列に結線され、常時にはオン状態を維持し、前記事故電流流入によって生成された事故感知信号によって駆動された時にはオフ状態になる電力用半導体素子スイッチを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド超電導限流器。 - 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチによって発生する逆電圧を防止するために、前記並列回路及び前記限流素子で構成された回路に直列に結線される電力用ダイオードをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチによって発生する逆電圧を防止するために、前記駆動コイルと直列に結線される電力用ダイオードをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチの駆動が、前記超電導体のクエンチ発生の際、前記超電導体と並列に設置された絶縁変圧器に誘導された電気信号によって開始されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3から選択されたいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチの駆動が、前記事故電流流入による前記駆動コイルの磁気場発生に起因する前記電磁反発板の動きを感知する動作センサの信号によって開始されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3から選択されたいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチの駆動が、前記事故電流流入による前記駆動コイルの磁気場発生信号によって開始されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3から選択されたいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチの駆動が、前記事故電流流入による前記電磁反発板の動作によって行われる前記短絡接点の両接点の接触により発生する信号に応じて開始されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3から選択されたいずれか一つに記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記超電導体は、薄膜型超電導体または薄膜ワイヤー型超電導体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記超電導体は、Y−Ba−Cu−O系列高温超電導体またはBi−Sr−Ca−Cu−O系列高温超電導体であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項8に記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記限流素子は、前記事故電流を遮断するための事故電流遮断装置及び負荷抵抗体が並列に結線された回路であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記事故電流遮断装置は、電力ヒューズ、非線形可変導体及び超電導体からなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項10記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 前記電力用半導体素子スイッチは、IGBT、GTO、IGCT及びサイリスタからなる群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器。
- 請求項1に記載のハイブリッド超電導限流器を用いた事故電流の限流方法。
