Claims (9)
- 椎骨または骨部分において固定するためのシャフト(1)と本質的に円筒形の収容部(2;22)とを備えた脊柱または骨の外科手術に用いるための固定要素であって、前記収容部(2;22)は、前記シャフトに接続され、かつ予め定められた直径(D)を備えたロッド(100)と接続する役割を果たし、それにより、前記収容部(2;22)は、前記ロッドの収容のためのチャネルおよび2本の脚(5,6;27,28)を備えたU字型凹み(3;26)を含み、前記脚(5,6;27,28)は、それらの端部が自由であってねじ切り部(8,13;30,31)を含み、前記固定要素はさらに、

- 前記シャフト(1)と前記収容部(2)との間の接続は多軸として実現されることを特徴とする、請求項1から請求項6のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 前記ねじ切り部が不完全ねじ部を有しない、請求項1から請求項7のいずれかに記載の固定要素。
- 請求項1から請求項8のいずれかに記載の固定要素の製造方法であって、収容部の製造は、第1にアンダーカット(9,14;33,34)の製造を含み、次いでねじ切り部(8,13;30,31)の製造を含むことを特徴とする、方法。
