Claims (8)
- 回転子鉄心に界磁巻線が巻回されて形成される回転子と、該回転子と所定間隙をもって対向配置され、固定子鉄心に固定子巻線が巻回されて形成される固定子とを備え、前記固定子鉄心は、前記固定子巻線を挿入するためのティース部分と外周部のコアバックから成る分割片を電磁鋼板から打ち抜き、この分割片を周方向に複数並べて円としたものを軸方向に複数枚積層して構成されると共に、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向の途中に、径方向に冷媒を流通させるための複数の冷却ダクトが形成されている回転電機において、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数種類の電磁鋼板を積層して構成され、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向端部における前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔より、軸方向中央部における前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が狭いと共に、この冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が狭い部分においては、厚みの厚い電磁鋼板、間隔が広い部分においては厚みの薄い電磁鋼板を積層したことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 機内の冷媒を前記冷却ダクトの内径方向から外径方向に流通させる排気セクションと、該排気セクションとは反対に、機内の冷媒を前記冷却ダクトの外径方向から内径方向に流通させる給気セクションを、軸方向に複数有し、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数種類の電磁鋼板を積層して構成され、軸方向中央部に位置する排気セクションに厚みの厚い鋼板、それ以外の排気及び給気セクションに厚みの薄い鋼板が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。 - 磁束密度1.5Tにおける前記固定子鉄心の径方向の透磁率が高い電磁鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔の狭い部分に、径方向の透磁率が低い電磁鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が広い部分にそれぞれ積層して固定子鉄心を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回転電機。
- 5000A/mの磁界における前記固定子鉄心の径方向の磁束密度が高い鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔の狭い部分に、径方向の磁束密度が低い鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が広い部分にそれぞれ積層して固定子鉄心を構成したことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載の回転電機。
- 回転子鉄心に界磁巻線が巻回されて形成される回転子と、該回転子と所定間隙をもって対向配置され、固定子鉄心に固定子巻線が巻回されて形成される固定子とを備え、前記固定子鉄心は、前記固定子巻線を挿入するためのティース部分と外周部のコアバックから成る分割片を電磁鋼板から打ち抜き、この分割片を周方向に複数並べて円としたものを軸方向に複数枚積層して構成されると共に、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向の途中に、径方向に冷媒を流通させるための複数の冷却ダクトが形成されている回転電機において、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数種類の電磁鋼板を積層して構成され、前記固定子鉄心の軸方向端部における前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔より、軸方向中央部における前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が狭いと共に、この冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が狭い部分においては、無方向性電磁鋼板、間隔が広い部分においては方向性電磁鋼板を積層したことを特徴とする回転電機。 - 機内の冷媒を前記冷却ダクトの内径方向から外径方向に流通させる排気セクションと、該排気セクションとは反対に、機内の冷媒を前記冷却ダクトの外径方向から内径方向に流通させる給気セクションを、軸方向に複数有し、
前記固定子鉄心は、複数種類の電磁鋼板を積層して構成され、軸方向中央部に位置する排気セクションに無方向性電磁鋼板、それ以外の排気及び給気セクションに方向性電磁鋼板が積層されていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回転電機。 - 磁束密度1.5Tにおける前記固定子鉄心の径方向の透磁率が高い電磁鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔の狭い部分に、径方向の透磁率が低い電磁鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が広い部分にそれぞれ積層して固定子鉄心を構成したことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の回転電機。
- 5000A/mの磁界における前記固定子鉄心の径方向の磁束密度が高い鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔の狭い部分に、径方向の磁束密度が低い鋼板を前記冷却ダクト間の軸方向間隔が広い部分にそれぞれ積層して固定子鉄心を構成したことを特徴とする請求項5乃至7のいずれかに記載の回転電機。
