〔試薬2〕1N KMnO4溶液
〔試験条件〕試料を1mgまで正確に採取して500mlビーカーに入れ、前記試薬1を100ml、蒸溜水300mlを入れて撹拌する。試薬2を用いて淡いピンク色が30秒間持続するところを終点として滴定し、次数式によって活性酸素を計算する。
Claims (9)
- 化学式6の14−deca−4,11−dieneを水(H2O)に分散させた後、pH9以上のアルカリ水溶液に溶かした水素化ホウ素ナトリウムを0℃ないし10℃で滴下により添加しながら撹拌し、前記混合物を50℃以上の加温状態で30分以上保持し、常温に冷却した後、pH9以上のアルカリ水溶液を投入して生成物を沈澱させることによって前記テトラアザ大環状リガンドを製造することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の漂白活性化剤。
- 前記大環状マンガン錯体が顆粒化されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の漂白活性化剤。
- 前記顆粒化された大環状マンガン錯体が、a)結合剤1〜30重量%、b)充填剤10〜87.99重量%、c)崩解剤10〜60重量%、d)後コーティング剤1〜20重量%、及びe)前記大環状マンガン錯体0.01〜50重量%を混合して製造されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の漂白活性化剤。
- 前記結合剤は、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリビニルピロリドン、エチレンオキサイド系非イオン界面活性剤の中から1種以上選択され、前記充填剤は、ソーダ灰(Na2CO3)、塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)、および硫酸ナトリウム(Na2SO4)の無機塩の中から1種以上選択され、また崩解剤はシリカ、カルボキシルメチルセルロース塩(SCMC)、ヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース(HMPC)の中から1種以上選択され、後コーティング剤はゼオライト、酸化チタン(TiO2)の中から1種以上選択されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の漂白活性化剤。
- 前記組成物に含まれる過酸化物は、過炭酸ソーダまたは過ホウ酸ソーダであり、その含量は1ないし99重量%であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の漂白剤組成物。
- 過酸化物、界面活性剤、ビルダー、漂白活性化剤として、下記の化学式1ないし3で示される[MnIII(rac−14−decane)X2]Y、[MnIII(mes−14−decane)X2]Y・H2O、[MnIII(mes−14−decane)X2]Yからなる群から選択された1種以上の大環状マンガン錯体を0.001ないし5重量%含むことを特徴とする漂白洗剤組成物。
