Description
The present invention relates to a yarn winding machine that winds a yarn around a bobbin to form a package.
Conventionally, as a yarn winding machine for winding a yarn around a bobbin to form a package, a spiral groove is formed on the surface of a cylindrical member (cylindrical groove cam), and the cylindrical member is rotated, thereby traversing. A yarn winding machine is known in which a guide reciprocates at a speed corresponding to the rotational speed of a cylindrical member and the inclination angle of a groove to perform traverse (for example, Patent Document 1). In such a yarn winding machine, the traverse range is fixed by the shape of the groove of the cylindrical member (cylindrical groove cam), and therefore the traverse width cannot be changed during winding.
Further, as a technology of a yarn winding machine for winding a yarn around a bobbin to form a package, a traverse guide for engaging the yarn and traversing the yarn, and a traverse guide for moving the traverse guide A yarn winder provided with a drive motor is known (for example, Patent Document 2). In such a yarn winding machine, since the movement of the traverse can be controlled by controlling the driving of the traverse guide drive motor, the traverse width can be changed during winding.
However, in the yarn winding machine provided with the cylindrical groove cam as described above, the traverse range is fixed by the shape of the groove of the cylindrical member (cylindrical groove cam), so that the traverse width is changed during winding. I can't. Therefore, the yarn winder provided with the cylindrical groove cam has a problem that it is difficult to form a package by taper winding.
Further, in the yarn winder that moves the traverse guide as described above by driving the traverse guide drive motor, it is easy to change the traverse width during winding, and it is easy to form a package by taper winding. However, there is a problem that the configuration of the apparatus for moving the traverse guide is complicated.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method capable of manufacturing a package by taper winding in a yarn winding machine.

The yarn winding method according to the seventh invention is:
A yarn winding method for forming a package,
During the formation of the package, the end length of the package is tapered by substantially increasing the free length from the start to the end of winding.
As effects of the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
In the first invention, during the formation of the package, the free length is substantially increased, and the package end surface is wound in a taper shape. Therefore, the package can be formed by taper winding, and the yarn easily falls. Even if it is a strip, it can be wound up without falling.
In the second aspect of the invention, since the taper winding is performed by increasing the free length from the beginning to the end of winding of the package, the package can be formed by taper winding, and the yarn is easy to fall. Can be rolled up without falling.
In the third aspect of the invention, winding is performed while partially increasing or decreasing the free length, and the free length is increased as a whole as the package diameter increases, so that the package can be formed by taper winding. Threads that are prone to traverse can be wound without traversing, and the yarn density is concentrated in the turn part of the thread, resulting in an ear height phenomenon where both ends of the package are higher than the center part. Can be prevented.
In the fourth invention, the free length changing means increases the free length by moving the traverse device to the upstream side of the yarn traveling direction with respect to the contact roller, so that the contact roller is always in contact with the package. Can increase the free length. For this reason, even when the free length is increased, the yarn traversed by the traverse device can be accurately inherited and accurately delivered to the outer periphery of the package. Can be prevented.
In a fifth aspect of the invention, the free length changing means includes a position detection sensor for detecting the raising / lowering position of the traverse device, and detecting and controlling the raising / lowering amount of the traverse device preset from the package diameter and the free length amount. Since the control means is provided, the position of the traverse device can be fed back to the free length control, and the desired free length can be accurately controlled.
In the sixth invention, the free length changing means controls the movement of the traverse device in accordance with the change amount of the winding diameter of the package and the increase amount of the free length, so that the shape of the package and the increase amount of the free length are controlled. The traverse device can be moved in consideration of the above. For this reason, the shape of the package and the increase amount of the free length can be fed back to the free length control, and the desired free length can be controlled with high accuracy.
According to a seventh aspect of the invention, there is provided a yarn winding method for forming a package, wherein the package end face is taper-wound by substantially increasing the free length from the start of winding to the end of winding during package formation. Since it did in this way, a package can be formed by taper winding, and even if it is a thread which tends to fall, it can wind up without making it fall.
Hereinafter, a
The
The
The
The traverse device 7 is a device that traverses the
The
The
The free
The
The raising / lowering
The

The
As described above, the free
Next, the relationship between the free length FL and the taper winding will be described. FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the relationship between the free length FL and the traverse delay. As described above, the free length FL is the free length of the
This will be specifically described with reference to FIG. 3. First, when the twill angle is A1 and the free length FL = FL1, the
Next, control for increasing the free length FL will be described. FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the relationship between the amount of change in the free length FL and the amount of decrease in the winding width of the package 4. FIG. 5 shows the case where the free length FL is wound at a constant value (4a) and the continuous free length FL. It is sectional drawing of the package 4 of the case (4b) when it winds up changing by changing automatically.
As described above, by increasing the free length FL, it is possible to perform taper winding for winding the
This will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5. When the free length FL is wound constantly at FL0, a
As described above, the package 4 can be formed by taper winding in which the winding width of the package 4 is gradually narrowed by continuously increasing the free length FL. That is, in the
Next, control for continuously increasing the free length FL will be described. FIG. 6 is a diagram showing control for making the free length FL constant in accordance with the increase in the diameter of the package 4 during the formation of the package 4, and FIG. 7 is a diagram in accordance with the increase in the diameter of the package 4 during the formation of the package 4. It is a figure which shows the control which increases free length FL continuously.
First, as shown in FIG. 6, when the
As the
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 7, in the
Next, control of the rising amount of the
As described above, the
The amount of increase of the
“Increase in free length FL” is calculated from “calculated package diameter value” calculated in advance and “set value” set by a combination of the winding diameter of package 4 and the increase in free length FL. The
Here, the “package diameter calculation value” is calculated from “the rotational speed of the
In addition, the above “set value” has a predetermined combination of “winding diameter of package 4” and “increase in free length FL”, and has a relationship as shown in FIG. Is set to
Here, the amount of ascent of the
In this way, by raising the
FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating the relationship between the winding time of the package 4 and the amount of lift of the
As shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 10, the
By the way, in the yarn winding machine in which the
In the above description, the case where the free length FL is continuously increased has been described. However, in the
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing the relationship between the winding time of the package 4 and the amount of lift of the
As shown by the solid line in FIG. 11, by temporarily raising the
According to the present embodiment described above, the
Further, in the
Further, in the
