本発明は、椅子における座の取付装置に関する。

従来の回転椅子には、背凭れに寄り掛かる座者の荷重により、背凭れが後方に揺動するとともに座も傾動し、かつ前後動するものがある。このような機構のものは、座者の座り心地を改善し、疲労感をなくす利点がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
近年のパソコン等OA機器の普及により、回転椅子において、上述のような座の傾動機構ばかりでなく、背凭れや肘掛けに対する座の前後位置を微妙に調節して、机上のパソコンのキーボード使用時における座者の背凭れ及び肘掛けに対する関係位置を最適に保ち得たいという要求が生じている。この要求に応ずるように、座の座板を、支基上の座板取付金具に取り付けるには、可成りの面倒な機構が必要となる。

本発明は、上述の問題点に鑑み、単純な構造であり、かつ簡単な操作により、回転椅子の座板を、支基上の座板取付金具に取り付けるようにすることを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 椅子の支基上に配設された座板取付金具の左右両側の前後に、大径孔と、この大径孔から前後方向いずれかから連設された大径孔よりも幅狭の長孔とからなる取付孔を穿設し、座板の下面における前記大径孔との対向位置に、前記長孔の幅と同幅もしくは幅狭の下方を向く取付軸を突設し、該取付軸の下端に設けた、前記大径孔より小径で、前記長孔の幅より幅広の鍔を、前記大径孔より挿通した状態から、取付軸が前記長孔内に位置するように、前記座板を、座取付金具に対して前後移動させることによって、前記座板取付金具に前記座板を取り付けるようにし、さらに、前記座板取付金具を、後部の左右方向に延びる横杆の左右端部に、前後方向に延びる断面上向コ形のレールを固着して構成し、前記両レールの底部に、前記取付孔を設け、かつ前記座板の裏面に、前記レールの外側の立ち上がり部の内側に接する前後方向を向く突条を設ける。

(2) 上記(1)項において、座板取付金具の取付孔の長孔を、大径孔の後方に連設し、座板の取付軸を、前記座板取付金具の取付孔に挿通移動させた状態において、前記座板の後部にストッパを取り付け、このストッパが、前記座板取付金具の後端に係合して、前記取付軸が前記取付孔の大径孔まで戻らないようにする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1は、本発明装置の一実施形態を備えるキャスター付き回転椅子の分解斜視図で、キャスター付きの脚(1)の上端に、支基(2)が回転自在に装架されており、支基(2)の後部において左右方向に延びる横軸(3)には、背凭れ(4)の左右を支持し、かつ背凭れ(4)の下端から前方に延びる背杆(5)の先端に形成された、左右方向を向く軸筒(6)が軸着されている。
