Claims (12)
- 光源であって、
第1の制御信号によって設定された第1の強度において第1の波長の第1の光信号を生成する光生成器と、
前記第1の強度によって決定される振幅を有する第1のモニタ信号を生成する光モニタと、
第1の目標値を示す振幅を有する第1の目標信号を生成する目標信号生成器と、
前記第1のモニタ信号と前記第1の目標信号の前記振幅の差に関係する大きさを有する第1の誤差信号を生成する差分回路と、
前記第1の誤差信号に応答して前記第1の制御信号を生成するフィードバックコントローラと、及び
前記フィードバックコントローラに、前記第1の制御信号の代わりに、予備の第1の制御信号を生成させる初期制御信号生成器であって、前記予備の制御信号が、前記第1の誤差信号とは無関係であると共に、前記第1の目標値が新しい第1の目標値に変化した後に第1の時間期間にわたって生成される、初期制御信号生成器とを含む、光源。 - 前記予備の第1の制御信号が、前記新しい第1の目標値に依存する、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記光生成器が、LEDからなる、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記光生成器が、レーザーからなる、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記第1の制御信号が、前記光生成器に前記第1の波長の光を生成させる第1の値と前記光生成器が前記第1の波長の光を生成しない第2の値との間において切り替わる周期的な信号からなる、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記フィードバックコントローラは、前記第1の制御信号が前記第1の値にいる時間の部分量を変化させる、請求項5に記載の光源。
- 前記光モニタが、光検出器とローパスフィルタからなる、請求項1に記載の光源。
- 前記ローパスフィルタが、遅延時間によって特徴付けられており、前記第1の時間期間が、前記遅延時間より大きい、請求項7に記載の光源。
- 前記光生成器が、第2の制御信号によって設定される第2の強度において第2の波長の第2の光信号を生成し、
前記光モニタが、前記第2の強度によって決定される振幅を有する第2のモニタ信号を生成し、
前記目標信号生成器が、第2の目標値を示す振幅を有する第2の目標信号を生成し、
前記差分回路が、前記第2のモニタ信号と前記第2の目標信号の前記振幅の差に関係する大きさを有する第2の誤差信号を生成し、
前記フィードバックコントローラが、前記第2の誤差信号に応答して前記第2の制御信号を生成し、
前記初期制御信号生成器が、前記フィードバックコントローラに、前記第2の制御信号の代わりに、予備の第2の制御信号を生成させ、前記予備の制御信号が、前記第1及び第2の誤差信号とは無関係であると共に、前記第1の目標値又は前記第2の目標値のいずれかが変化した後に第2の時間期間にわたって生成される、請求項1に記載の光源。 - 制御信号によって設定される波長及び強度で光信号を生成する光源を制御するための方法であって、
前記強度によって決定される振幅を有するモニタ信号と目標値を示す振幅を有する目標信号から誤差信号を形成するステップであって、前記誤差信号が、前記モニタ信号と前記目標信号の前記振幅の差に関係する大きさを有する、ステップと、
前記誤差信号に応答して前記制御信号を生成すると共に、前記制御信号の代わりに予備の制御信号を生成するステップであって、前記予備の制御信号が、前記誤差信号とは無関係であると共に、前記目標値が新しい目標値に変化した後に或る時間期間にわたって生成される、ステップとを含む、方法。 - 前記予備の制御信号が、前記新しい目標値に依存する、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記制御信号が、前記光源に前記波長の光を生成させる値と前記光源が前記波長の光を生成しない第2の値との間において切り替わる周期的な信号からなる、請求項10に記載の方法。
