【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、大人用あるいは失禁用などの使い捨て吸収性物品に関する。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨て吸収性物品には、例えば、特公平４−６７８６５号公報に記載されている使い捨ておむつが知られている。この使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シート、この透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設した吸収体とにて形成したおむつ体を有している。そして、おむつ体は、背側腰回り部、幅方向両側縁に脚回り部を有した股下回り部および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次一体的に形成している。また、おむつ体の背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部との長手方向外端部には、それぞれ幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が設けられている。さらに、おむつ体の背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部にそれぞれ面ファスナなどの結合部が設けられるとともに、腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部に結合部に装着状態で使用者の腹部側に位置して係脱自在に結合される面ファスナなどの結合受け部が設けられ、装着状態でパンツ形となる構成が採られている。

そして、この種の使い捨ておむつは、使用者自身が装着するのではなく、介護者が装着し、または、取り外しする。このため、使い捨ておむつを装着するとき、使い捨ておむつがずれたり、肌との間に隙間が生じることがないように、腹回り、脚回りを締めて尿漏れを防止することから、使い捨ておむつを強く締めすぎる傾向がある。そして、使い捨ておむつの装着状態で背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部の上端部の弾性体を設けた部分以外には、おむつは幅方向に殆ど伸縮性がない。このため、例えば、食事後に腹部が膨れた状態では、締め付け状態がさらに強くなり、使用者に大きな装着違和感を与えることになる。

また、ある程度ゆるくおむつを装着すると、使用者が動作する際に背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部との股下回り部側で隙間が生じて尿などの***液漏れが生じるおそれがある。

さらに、使い捨ておむつは装着状態で背側腰回り部の両側部に設けた結合部が、使用者の腹部側で腹側腰回り部の両側に設けた結合受け部で結合されるため、使い捨ておむつの装着が容易である一方、使用者が勝手に結合を解いて使い捨ておむつを外してしまうことがあるなどの問題があった。

また、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シート、この透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設した吸収体とにて、背側腰回り部、幅方向両側縁に脚回り部を有する股下回り部および腹側腰回り部を長手方向に順次一体的に形成され、背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部との長手方向外端部にそれぞれ幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が設けられ、背側腰回り部の幅方向両側部を腹側腰回り部の幅方向両側部にそれぞれ予め接合した構成のいわゆるパンツ型の使い捨ておむつも知られている。

このパンツ型の使い捨ておむつは、通常の下着と同様に着脱されるので、装着の際に締め付けすぎることがなく装着者が快適に使用でき、また、使用者が勝手におむつを外すことができない利点を有する。しかしながら、このパンツ型の使い捨ておむつは、通常の下着と同様に着脱されるので、介護者がおむつを交換する場合、使用者のズボン、下着類を全て脱がせた後におむつを脱がし、次いで、新しいおむつを履かせる必要があり、臥せている使用者ではおむつの着脱時に腰部を持ち上げるようにして着脱しなければならず、おむつの交換作業が不便で時間が掛かるなどの問題を有している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述のように、前記特公平４−６７８６５号公報に記載の構成の使い捨ておむつでは、おむつの装着時に、尿漏れが生じないように締め付けすぎて装着すると使用者に大きな装着違和感を与えてしまうとともに、使用者の腹部側でおむつの背側腹回り部に設けた結合部を腹側腰回り部の外面側の結合受け部に着脱するため、使用者が勝手に外してしまうおそれがある問題がある。また、予め背側腹回り部と腹側腰回り部との両側部をそれぞれ結合したパンツ型とした使い捨ておむつでは、使用者のズボンや下着類を全て脱がせた後におむつを着脱しなければならず、おむつの交換作業が困難である問題がある。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、使用者に快適な装着感が得られ、また、使用者が勝手に外すことができず、介護者が容易に交換できるおむつなどの使い捨て吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の発明の使い捨て吸収性物品は、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートと間に配設された吸収体と、前記不透液性裏面シートの外側に結合された外層シートとを有し、背側腰回り部、幅方向両側縁に脚回り部を有した股下回り部および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成され前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部がそれぞれ互いに係脱自在に結合される吸収性物品体を備え、この吸収性物品体の前記背側腰回り部の幅方向での両側部の全域には結合受け部が設けられるとともに前記吸収性物品体の腹側腰回り部の幅方向での両側部の全域にはこの結合受け部に結合される結合部が設けられ、前記外層シートは前記不透液性裏面シート側に面する内側外層シート片と装着者の衣服側に面する外側外層シート片とにて形成され、この外層シートに形成された前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部の前記吸収性物品体の長手方向の略全域にわたって前記内側外層シート片と前記外側外層シート片との間に少なくとも前記吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体がそれぞれ前記結合受け部および結合部の両側部を除いて配設され、吸収性物品体の前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部に配設された前記弾性体と、前記背側腰回り部の両側部に設けられた前記結合受け部と、前記腹側腰回り部の両側に設けられた前記結合部とは、この吸収性物品体の長手方向の幅寸法が略同寸法であるものである。

そして、吸収性物品体は、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の長手方向の略全域にわたって外層シートの内側外層シート片と外側外層シート片との間に少なくとも吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が配設されているため、吸収性物品体は背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の全域にわたり幅方向に伸縮性が付与され、背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部との両側部を結合した状態で、吸収性物品体は腹回り部に全体的に伸縮性が得られ、背側腰回り部に配設された弾性体と、腹側腰回り部に配設された弾性体と、結合受け部と、結合部とは、吸収性物品体の長手方向の幅寸法が略同寸法であるため、弾性体による伸縮性が効率よく作用し、使用者の腹回りを締め付けすぎることがなく、吸収性物品体は使用者の肌に密着し、尿漏れが生じることがなく使用者の装着感が向上する。

また、吸収性物品体を装着する際に背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部を結合するので、介護者による吸収性物品の着脱交換が容易となるとともに、背側腰回り部に結合受け部を設けるとともに腹側腰回り部に結合受け部に結合する結合部を設けたので、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の結合位置が使用者の背部側に位置し、結合位置が使用者の腹部側に位置することがなく、使用者が勝手に吸収性物品を外することを防止する。

さらに、吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体は結合受け部および結合部の両側部を除いて略全域に配設したので、弾性体が配設された背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部を直接結合することがないので、不規則なしわが生じることがなく、背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部との結合が確実となり、吸収性物品の装着作業性も向上する。

請求項２記載の使い捨て吸収性物品は、請求項１記載の使い捨て吸収性物品において、吸収性物品体の股下回り部の幅方向の両側部に形成した脚回り部には、この吸収性物品体の外層シートの内側外層シート片と外側外層シート片との間に位置して、前記吸収性物品体の長手方向に伸縮する弾性体が配設されたものである。

そして、吸収性物品体の股下回り部の両側部に設けた脚回り部には、外層シートの内側外層シート片と外側外層シート片との間に位置して、吸収性物品体の長手方向に伸縮する弾性体が配設されたため、股下回り部の両側の脚回り部に沿って弾性体が伸縮性を付与し、使用者の脚回りに密着して装着感が良好で、脚回りからの尿漏れを防止する。

請求項３記載の使い捨ては吸収性物品は、請求項１または２に記載の使い捨て吸収性物品において、吸収性物品体に形成された腹側腰回り部の幅方向両側縁間の寸法は、背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側縁間の幅寸法より長い寸法であるものである。

そして、吸収性物品体の腹側腰回り部の幅方向における長さ寸法が、背側腰回り部の幅方向における長さ寸法より長いため、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の結合する位置が確実に使用者の背部側となり、結合位置が使用者の腹部側に位置することがないので、簡単な構造で使用者が勝手に外すことを防止する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨て吸収性物品の一実施の形態の構成を図面を参照して説明する。

使い捨て吸収性物品は、例えば使い捨ておむつで、吸収性物品体としてのおむつ体１を備えている。このおむつ体１は、図１に示す展開状態から病人、失禁者などの使用者の背部側から腹部側に身体に添って装着するものである。そして、このおむつ体１は、細長矩形形状の液透過性を有する透液性表面シート２と、細長矩形形状の液不透過性を有する不透液性裏面シート３と、この透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との間に配設された細長矩形状の吸収体４と、不透液性裏面シート３の外側に結合された外層シート５とて形成されている。

そして、透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３とは周縁部が接着剤などで接合されて吸収体４が封着されている。また、この透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との幅方向の両側長手方向に沿った接合部分には、液不透過性の細長ギャザシート片６の長手方向に沿う一側縁が挟着結合されている。さらに、このギャザシート片６の他側縁には、長手方向に沿って紐状ゴムなどのギャザ形成弾性体７が伸張した状態で固着されている。そして、ギャザシート片６は、装着前の展開状態では、ギャザ形成弾性体７が伸張して吸収体４の透液性表面シート２側に重なり合って表面に沿った状態となり、おむつ体１を内側外層シート５が内側に位置するように屈曲した装着状態では、ギャザ形成弾性体７の収縮により透液性表面シート２から立ち上がる壁状となる立体ギャザ８が形成される。

なお、透液性表面シート２は、尿などの***液を吸収体４へ透過できるように、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム、合成繊維などの液透過性および通気性を有しかつ身体に直接接触する部分であることから不快感を与えないように肌着に近い感触のシート材にて形成されている。また、不透液性裏面シート３およびギャザシート片６は、尿などの***液にて下着などの他の衣類、あるいはシーツなどが汚れるのを防止するために、例えば、ポリエチレン樹脂などの合成樹脂などの液不透過性および通気性を有したシート材にて形成されている。なお、ギャザシート片６は、透液性表面シート２と同様に、立体ギャザ８として身体に直接接触する部分であることから、肌着に近い感触のシート材にて形成される。また、吸収体４は、尿などの***液を十分に吸収するために、例えばパルプを主とする材料であって一部に高分子吸収体などの物質を含んだ材料にてシート状に形成されている。

一方、外層シート５は、通気性かつ液不透過性を有する内側外層シート片９と外側外層シート片10とが厚み方向に重ね合わせて一体的に接合して形成され、不透液性裏面シート３の外側が内側外層シート片９に接着剤などにて接合されている。

また、この外層シート５は、展開状態で背側腰回り部11、股下回り部12および腹側腰回り部13がおむつ体１の長手方向に順次一体的に形成されるとともに長手方向に沿った中心線にて略線対称な矩形形状に形成され、この股下回り部12の幅方向の両側縁は凹円弧状に切り欠かれた脚回り部14が形成されている。

また、透液性裏面シート２、吸収体４および不透液性裏面シート３は、おむつ体１の外層シート５の長手方向に沿う状態で略中央に背側腰回り部11、股下回り部12および腹側腰回り部13にわたって配設されている。

そして、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の一端側に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの背部側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この背側腰回り部11は、おむつ体１の幅方向が長い略矩形形状に形成され、背側腰回り部11のおむつ体１の長手方向における両側縁の全域には、面ファスナなどの結合受け部15が一体的に設けられている。

また、おむつ体１の股下回り部12は、展開状態における長手方向の中間部に背側腰回り部11のおむつ体１の長手方向側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の股下に位置する部分となっている。また、股下回り部11の両側縁に凹円弧状に形成された脚回り部14は、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の幅寸法より幅が狭く使用者の脚回りに適合される。

さらに、おむつ体１の腹側腰回り部13は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の他端側に股下回り部12の背側腰回り部11と反対側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの腹部側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この腹側腰回り部13は、背側腰回り部11と略同様に、おむつ体１の幅方向に長い略矩形形状に形成されている。

また、腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における両側縁の全域には、背側腰回り部11の結合受け部15に係脱可能な半円状の面ファスナなどの結合部16が一体に複数連続して設けられている。なお、この結合部16は、半円状に複数設ける構成に限らず、例えば結合受け部15のように１つのみでもよい。

そして、これら結合受け部15および結合部16は、例えば面状ファスナに限らず、粘着層による結合するなど適宜の手段で係脱できる構造とすることもできる。

なお、おむつ体１は、腹側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側縁間における長さ寸法Ｌ₁が、背側腰回り部11の幅方向両側縁間における長さ寸法Ｌ₂より長く形成されている。さらに、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における長さ寸法Ｌ₃，Ｌ₄は、略同寸法に形成されている。

また、おむつ体１の長手方向における背側腰回り部11の全域には、外層シート５の内側外層シート片９および外側外層シート片10間に位置して、例えば複数本の紐状ゴムなどの第１弾性体17が伸張した状態で幅方向に沿って接着などにより固着されている。さらに、おむつ体１の長手方向における腹側腰回り部13の全域には、外層シート５の内側外層シート片９および外側外層シート片10間に位置して、例えば複数本の紐状ゴムなどの第２弾性体18が伸張した状態で幅方向に沿って接着などにより固着されている。そして、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13は、第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18にておむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されている。

なお、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13におむつ体１の長手方向の略全域に配設した第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18と、背側腰回り部11の両側部に設けた結合受け部15と、腹側腰回り部13の両側に設けた結合部16とは、この吸収性物品体１の長手方向の幅寸法が略同寸法に形成されている。

さらに、おむつ体１の脚回り部14には、外層シート５の外側外層シート片10および内側外層シート片９間に位置して、例えば紐ゴム状の第３弾性体19，20が伸張した状態で固着されている。この第３弾性体19，20は、背側腰回り部11と腹側腰回り部13側から脚回り部14に沿い、かつ、おむつ体１の長手方向の略中央部分で股下回り部12を横切って反対側の脚回り部14にわたって略Ｕ字状に折り返し連続する状態で対称状に２条配設されている。そして、この脚回り部14は、長手方向に沿って第３弾性体19，20によって実質的に直線状に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されるとともに、おむつ体１の長手方向および幅方向に伸縮性が付与され、おむつ体１の脚回り部14はギャザ部21に形成される。

次に、上記実施の形態の作用について説明する。

まず、装着に際しては、図１に示す展開状態の使い捨ておむつ体１の背側腰回り部11を、仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート２側を使用者の肌側に臨ませて敷く。この状態で、上面に位置する透液性表面シート２が使用者の股下に沿うように折り曲げ、股下回り部12を股下に当てるとともに腹側腰回り部13を使用者の腹部側に当てる。この状態で、立体ギャザ８が壁状に突出する状態に起き上がって先端縁部分が使用者の股下部に接触する。

そして、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の両側部を腰回りに当て、腹側腰回り部13の両側部の接合部16を背側腰回り部11の両側部の結合受け部15に係着することによりパンツ形状として装着する。この状態で、脚回り部14のギャザ部21が使用者の脚回りに当接する。

この装着した状態では、結合部16と結合受け部15との係着して結合する位置が腰回りの背部側に位置することから、結合位置が使用者の手の届きやすい腹部側ではなく背部側に位置するので、使用者が寝返るなどの動作の際に手が届いて勝手に外してしまうことを防止できる。

そして、この結合部16および結合受け部15の結合位置は、略全域に第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18が設けられた背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の両側に位置することから、腰回りで伸縮性が得られ、締め付けすぎることを防止でき、伸縮性により背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13が身体に密着して、尿などの***液の漏れを防止できるとともに、食事などにより腹部が膨れても背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13が伸びて締め上げることを防止でき、使用者の装着感を向上できる。

さらに、結合部16および結合受け部15の結合により立体ギャザ８の先端縁がギャザ形成弾性体７の伸縮性により使用者の股下部両側に密着する状態となるとともにおむつ体１の第３弾性体19，20にて形成されるギャザ部21が使用者の脚回りに密着するため、脚回りが締め付けられることを防止できるとともに、尿などの***液の漏れを確実に防止できる。

一方、おむつ体１の取り外しに際しては、結合部16を結合受け部15から取り外し、腹側腰回り部13を引っ張るようにして仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下から引き抜いて取り外すことができるので、容易におむつ体１を着脱でき、作業性を向上できる。

上述したように、上記実施の形態では、長手方向の両側部がそれぞれ接離可能に接合する背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向での略全域に、外側外層シート片10および内側外層シート片９間にそれぞれ第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18を配設し、おむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮性を付与するため、従来のパンツ型の構成のように、着衣を脱がして腰を持ち上げるようにして着脱する必要がなく、横になって臥せている使用者でも容易に着脱でき、作業性を向上できるとともに、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13には腹回り全体的に伸縮性が得られるので、締め付けすぎることを防止して密着させることができ、尿などの***液の漏れを生じることなく使用者の装着感を向上できる。

そして、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における第１弾性体17および第２の弾性体18の寸法と、結合受け部15のおむつ体１の長手方向での寸法と、結合部16のおむつ体１の長手方向での寸法とを略同寸法としたため、伸縮性が効率よく作用し、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13を締め付けることなく腰回り全体に密着でき、漏れを生じることなく使用者の装着感を向上できる。

また、おむつ体１の腹側腰回り部13の長手方向の両側近傍に設けた結合部16を、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11の両側近傍に設けた結合受け部15に着脱可能に結合して装着するため、結合位置が腹部側に位置することがなく、接合位置に手が届きにくく勝手に外されることを防止できるとともに、第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18が設けられた背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13に直接結合することなく、第１弾性体17および第２弾性体18が配設されていない結合部16および結合受け部15で結合することから、不規則なしわが生じることを確実に結合できるとともに、作業性も向上できる。

さらに、腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の幅方向における長さ寸法を背側腰回り部11のおむつ体１の幅方向における長さ寸法より長くしたため、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の結合する位置が確実に背部側となり、簡単な構造で勝手に外されることを防止できる。

また、おむつ体１の股下回り部12の両側脚回り部14に沿って第３弾性体19，20を設けたため、脚回り部14に沿った方向に伸縮性が付与され、使用者の脚回りに密着でき、脚回りが締め付けられることを防止できるとともに脚回りからの尿などの***液の漏れを防止できる。

さらに、おむつ体１の長手方向に沿って長手状に配設した吸収体４の両側に位置して伸縮性を有した立体ギャザ８を形成するため、立体ギャザ８が股下の両側回りに密着でき、また、脚回り部14に設けた第３弾性体19，20に形成されるギャザ部21により、確実に脚回りからの漏れを防止できる。

また、脚回り部14に沿って設けた第３弾性体19，20は股下回り部12を横切って反対側の脚回り部14にわたって連続する状態で設けるため、股下回り部12も良好に密着でき、弛みが生じるなどの装着不快感を防止できるとともに、吸収体４にて確実に吸収して脚回りからの漏れを確実に防止できる。

そして、第１弾性体17、第２弾性体18、第３弾性体19，20を外層シート５の内側外層シート片９および外側外層シート10間に固着したため、外観が損なわれず外観を向上できるとともに、直接使用者に当接しないので肌触りを向上できる。

また、例えば透液性の内側外層シート片９および不透液性の外側外層シート片10間に吸収体４を設ける構成では、股下回り部12の脚回り部14の部分を切除した形状の吸収体４を設けることとなり、製造性の向上および材料歩留りの向上が図れないが、透液性表面シート２および不透液性裏面シート３間に設けた吸収体４を外層シート５に配設したため、製造性および材料歩留りを向上できる。

なお、背側腰回り部11、腹側腰回り部13、股下回り部12、脚回り部14および立体ギャザ８に設けられる第１弾性体17、第２弾性体18、第３弾性体19，20およびギャザ形成弾性体７は、紐状ゴムに限らず、幅広の帯状のゴムなどでもよく、複数本に限らず、面状に形成したものを１本のみとすることもできる。

そして、吸収体４は、長手矩形形状に形成したが、例えば腹側腰回り部13および背側腰回り部11に位置する両端部が幅広で長手方向の両側部が股下回り部12の両側縁に沿う状態に形成するなどしてもできる。

また、吸収体４の両側に位置して形成される立体ギャザ８は必ずしも必要でない。

そして、脚回り部14に設けた第３の弾性体は２本の弾性体19，20にて脚回り部14に沿って実質的に直線状に配設したが、直線状に弾性体を脚回り部14に沿って配設することもできる。

上記実施の形態では、使い捨ておむつについて説明したが、各種吸収性物品に適用できる。

【発明の効果】
