【従来の技術】
従来の圧空真空成型の内嵌合容器は、蓋と容器本体の嵌合部分を若干の逆テーパ状に形成して、蓋を圧嵌させる構成としてある。このため、蓋が外れにくいので、蓋の隅に摘み片を延設し、この摘み片を摘んで蓋を上方に引っ張り上げることにより、蓋を外しやすくすいようにしてある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、蓋の周縁は成型後水平シート面から打ち抜かれるので、延設された摘み片は水平状態に形成され、被蓋状態では容器本体の鍔面に接合した状態となってしまっていた。従って、開蓋しようとして摘み片を摘もうとしたときに、鍔面に接合状態となった摘み片を爪を立てて幾度か引き剥がしつつ摘もうとしなければならないなど、摘み片が摘みにくく、開蓋操作が円滑にできにくい問題点があった。
本発明は、このような問題点を解消すべくなしたものであり、内嵌合容器であっても蓋を外しやすくするために、摘み片と容器本体の鍔部の構成を工夫した包装用容器を提供せんとするものである。

上記課題を解決するために、本発明は、底面から立ち上がった周側面の上周縁に外折れ鍔部を形成し、この鍔部の内側に凹段部を有する容器本体と、天面から下り傾斜した周側面の下周縁にＵ字状に外折れしていて前記凹段部に嵌合する嵌合縁部を有する蓋とからなる圧空真空成型の包装用容器において、蓋の隅部に外方へ摘み片を延設し、容器本体の鍔部の隅部位には、蓋嵌合状態で摘み片の下側に当接し摘み片を上方に撓ませ得る上方突条を、摘み片の延出方向と交差方向に形成し、容器本体の鍔部の上面を内外段違い状に形成し、その内側部分は外側部分の凸面に対して低い凹面となすとともに隅部には凸面を分断して摘み片の幅以上の幅の隅凹面を形成し、この隅凹面内に前記上方突条を形成し、蓋の嵌合縁部の上端周縁に外側へ水平状に折れていて前記凹面に接面する縁辺を形成して包装用容器を構成したことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の実施の一例を図によって以下に説明する。
容器本体１は、底面２から立ち上がった周側面３の上端部に段違い部を設け、この段違い部は、蓋７の嵌合縁部１０が嵌合可能なように、嵌合縁部の下面と当接する水平状面と嵌合縁部の外側面に接合する若干逆テーパ状面の立ち上がり外側面を有した凹段部４として形成し、この上側に外折れした鍔部５を形成し、鍔部５は、その上面を内外段違い状に形成し、内側部分は外側部分の凸面５ａよりも若干低い凹面５ｂとなし、対向二隅部（図示）若しくは四隅部の鍔上面は両側辺の凸面５ａ，５ａを分断して摘み片１２の幅と略同じか以上の幅を持った隅凹面５ｃを形成し、この隅凹面５ｃの内側沿いに上方突条６を、摘み片１２の延出方向と交差方向に好ましくは両側凸面５ａ，５ａ端に亘って形成した構成を有して形成してある。上方突条６の高さは凸面５ａと略同じか若干低い高さが望ましい。

【発明の効果】
本発明は、上記構成とすることにより、内嵌合構成の容器において、蓋の隅部に摘み片を延設し、これを容器本体の隅部に形成した凹面部分に合わせるように形成してあっても、摘み片が上方突条に当接し、その先端方向が容器本体の鍔面から浮き上がった状態で閉蓋できるので、摘み片を簡単にかつ確実に摘みやすく、開蓋が容易となる。

鍔面の内側を凹面とし、隅部を隅凹面とすることにより、蓋の縁辺の収まりがよく、確実な閉蓋ができ、かつ摘み片のみ極端に上外方に突出して引っ掛かりやすく或いは邪魔になることを防ぐことができる。
