Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to a method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire having a carcass layer which central portion is missing.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a pneumatic tire having a carcass layer with a missing central portion, for example, a tire described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-11109 is known.
[0003]
This consists of a pair of beads with fillers and a pair of side carcasses extending radially outward from the bead to the front of the tread center, with the radially inner end folded back around the bead. An approximately toroidal carcass layer having a deficient portion formed in the center portion of the tread, a belt layer disposed radially outward of the carcass layer and having both widthwise end portions overlapping the side carcass, and the belt layer And a tread disposed radially outward.
[0004]
Here, although there is no description in the said gazette regarding the manufacturing method of such a pneumatic tire, when manufacturing the said pneumatic tire using a conventionally well-known manufacturing method, it becomes as follows. That is, after the inner liner is pasted around the cylindrical first molding drum, the side carcasses are pasted around the first molding drum on both sides in the axial direction, and then each side carcass is pasted. A cylinder in which a bead with a filler is set at a predetermined position on the outer side of each side, and then a side carcass axially outer than the bead is turned around the bead inward in an axial direction, and the axial central portion of the carcass layer is missing. Molded green case.
[0005]
Next, the green case is transferred from the first forming drum to the second forming drum, and both beads of the green case are supported from the inside in the radial direction by bead supports. Thereafter, while the bead support and the beads are brought close to each other, a fluid is supplied into the green case between the beads, thereby deforming the green case between the beads into a substantially toroidal shape. At this time, the front end portion of the side carcass is attached to both end portions in the width direction of the belt layer of the belt tread band carried in and arranged radially outside the green case to obtain a green tire.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when a pneumatic tire having a defective portion is manufactured using such a known manufacturing method, there is a problem that a crease (radial wrinkle) is generated in the folded portion of the side carcass folded by the bead. is there.
[0007]
The reason is as follows. That is, when the green case is shaped from a cylindrical shape to a substantially toroidal shape, the side carcass turns to gradually rise around the bead. At this time, the side carcass inside the filler is pulled, while the side carcass is pulled from the filler. The outer side carcass (folded part) sags.
[0008]
Here, in the case of a normal pneumatic tire, since the carcass layer is continuous between both beads, the entire carcass layer is drawn to the tread center side by the above-described tension. The sagging is absorbed.
[0009]
However, if the side carcass ends before the tread center as described above, the tension in the side carcass becomes zero, so the carcass layer (side carcass) is not drawn into the tread center side. As a result, a crease (wrinkle) based on sagging occurs in the side carcass (folded portion) outside the filler.
[0010]
This invention aims to provide a manufacturing method of a pneumatic tire which can effectively suppress the occurrence of Chris in the folded portion of the carcass layer.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Such objects after adhered sides carcass respective axial sides of the formed shape drum, by folding the side carcass around the filler with a bead which is set on the outside of the side portions carcass, axial Forming a cylindrical green case having a carcass layer with a defect portion in the center, and supplying the fluid into the green case between the beads while bringing the beads close to each other, thereby making the green case substantially toroidal. A step of forming a green tire by deforming and adhering the side carcass to both ends in the width direction of the belt layer of the belt tread band disposed outside the green case, and taking out the green tire from the forming drum A method of manufacturing a pneumatic tire comprising a step of carrying into a vulcanizing device and vulcanizing the The value M obtained by subtracting the bead rotation angle K from the bead rotation angle G after pressurizing 硫直 can be achieved by the production method of the
[0012]
As described above, if the value M obtained by subtracting the bead rotation angle K immediately after vulcanization from the bead rotation angle G in the green case is 40 degrees or less, the amount of turning of the side carcass around the bead during shaping is reduced. As a result, the amount of sag in the folded portion of the carcass layer (side carcass) is reduced, and the generation of chris is effectively suppressed .
[0013]
Furthermore, if it comprises as described in Claim 2 , the value M mentioned above can be easily made into 40 degrees or less.
Moreover, if comprised as described in Claim 3 , the value M mentioned above can be made still smaller value.

Next, test examples will be described. In this test, the comparative tire 1 in which the difference M between the bead rotational angles G and K is 85 degrees, the comparative tire 2 in which the difference M between the bead rotational angles G and K is 72 degrees, and the bead rotational angle G In addition to manufacturing the implementation tire 1 having a difference M with K of 38 degrees and the implementation tire 2 with a difference M between the bead rotation angle G and K of 15 degrees, The state of occurrence was visually inspected and evaluated in 6 stages.
[0037]
The results are shown in FIG. 6. In FIG. 6, level A has almost no occurrence of chris, level B has no occurrence of chris in practical use, and after level C, it approaches level F. The bigger Chris is generated. As can be understood from FIG. 6, when the value M is 40 degrees or less, Chris is suppressed to a level that causes no practical problem, and when the value M is 20 degrees or less, the occurrence of Chris is almost prevented. . Here, tires having sizes of 195/65 R14, 195/70 R14, and 235/45 ZR17 were used.
