Description
The present invention relates to a lens imaging device that detects, using an image of a test lens, a mark that is difficult to distinguish with the naked eye, particularly on the periphery, such as the surface of the test lens.
When an unprocessed spectacle lens is attached to a spectacle frame desired by a spectacle wearer, the spectacle lens is trimmed in accordance with the shape of the spectacle frame. At that time, as shown in FIG. 3, edge processing is performed using the
The temporary
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a lens mark detection method and apparatus for observing and detecting engraved marks such as a
However, in the lens
Thus, the cause of the shadow S occurring in the peripheral portion of the lens L (eyeglass lens 1) can be considered as follows.
First, in the conventional lens
Further, even if the test lens L is a minus power lens, and the light beam incident on the edge portion of the test lens L is emitted from the test lens L, the emitted light beam has a negative power of the minus power lens. Since it spreads and diverges due to the influence, the
On the other hand, in the conventional lens
The object of the present invention has been made in consideration of the above-mentioned circumstances, and even when the edge (edge) of the lens to be examined is thick, it reduces shadows that occur in the periphery of the image of the lens to be examined. Thus, an object of the present invention is to provide a lens imaging device capable of suitably detecting a mark provided on the periphery of the lens to be examined.
The invention according to
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the first aspect of the present invention, a lens having a positive focal length is arranged as an imaging lens between the lens to be examined and the reflective screen. It is what.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, the imaging lens is disposed close to a position where the test lens is placed.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, there is provided the auxiliary lens according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein an auxiliary lens having a positive focal length is provided between the objective lens and a position where the test lens is placed. It is characterized by being arranged so as to be removable.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, in the invention according to any one of the first to fourth aspects, the test lens is a spectacle lens, and the mark applied to the periphery of the test lens is a stamp mark. It is characterized by.
According to the first or fifth aspect of the invention, the principal ray of the light beam is set to parallel light parallel to the optical axis of the optical system in a range from the objective lens to the position where the test lens is placed. Therefore, even if the test lens is a minus power lens having a thick edge (edge), the light beam can pass through the edge portion of the minus power lens. For this reason, it is possible to suitably detect a mark applied to the periphery of the lens to be examined.
In addition, since the principal ray of the light beam is set to parallel light parallel to the optical axis of the optical system in a range from the objective lens to the position where the test lens is placed, an afocal optical system can be realized. Even when the position of the test lens changes in the optical axis direction, the imaging magnification of the image of the test lens is constant. Therefore, even when the thickness of the test lens is different and the set position of the test lens is shifted, the mark applied to the test lens can be photographed with the same imaging magnification.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, a lens having a positive focal length is disposed as an imaging lens between the test lens and the reflective screen. It is possible to collect the light flux from the light toward the reflective screen. For this reason, when the lens to be tested is a negative power lens, it is possible to suppress the light flux that has passed through the negative power lens from spreading and diverging by the light condensing action of the imaging lens, so it is necessary to enlarge the reflective screen. In addition, it is possible to further reduce the shadow generated in the peripheral portion of the image of the test lens.
By the condensing action of the imaging lens arranged between the test lens and the reflection type screen, when the test lens is a negative power lens, it is possible to prevent the light beam passing through the negative power lens from spreading and diverging, Since it is possible to suppress a decrease in the amount of light flux directed toward the reflective screen, it is possible to reduce the difference in brightness of the image of the test lens that occurs when the test lens is a plus power lens and a minus power lens.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the imaging lens is disposed close to the position where the test lens is placed, when the test lens is a negative power lens, it passes through the negative power lens. Even if the light beam spreads and diverges, the imaging lens captures and collects most of the light beam, and even if the reflective screen is not enlarged, the divergence can be suppressed and guided to the reflective screen. Further, it is possible to further reduce the shadows generated in the peripheral portion of the image of the test lens (minus power lens). At the same time, it is possible to minimize the difference in brightness of the image of the test lens between the case where the test lens is a plus power lens and the case of a minus power lens, and further reduce the size of the reflective screen and the imaging lens. realizable.
According to the invention described in
The best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a layout diagram of an optical system showing a lens mark detection device which is an embodiment of a lens imaging device according to the present invention.
A lens
The illumination
The light beam emitted from the
The imaging
In the
The imaging magnification of the lens L to be imaged by the
The
The
With the configuration as described above, the following effects (1) to (5) are achieved according to the above embodiment.
(1) The light beam traveling between the
In addition, since the
Further, since the
When the test lens L is a plus power lens, since the edge of the lens is thin, the light beam passes through the edge of the test lens L well, and a shadow S is formed on the periphery of the image of the test lens L. The temporary
(2) As shown in FIG. 1, since the
When the
When the test lens L is a plus power lens, the image of the test lens L is bright due to the condensing action of the lens itself, but when the test lens L is a negative power lens as described above, the test lens L is also bright. The image of the lens L can be brightened. For this reason, it is possible to reduce the difference in brightness of the image of the test lens L that occurs when the test lens L is a minus power lens and a plus power lens.
(3) When the
(4) The luminous flux traveling between the
(5) As shown in FIG. 1, the image of the surface of the test lens L is projected onto the
As mentioned above, although this invention was demonstrated based on the said embodiment, this invention is not limited to this.
For example, as shown in FIG. 1, an

An imaging device for a lens that detects a marking mark provided on a peripheral portion of a test lens using an image of the test lens,
A light beam from the light source unit is reflected by a reflective screen through the objective lens and the test lens, and has an optical system that is guided to the imaging device through the test lens and the objective lens.
A lens having a positive focal length is arranged as an imaging lens between the test lens and the reflective screen,
In the range from the objective lens to a position where the test lens is placed, the optical system is set so that the principal ray of the light beam is parallel light parallel to the optical axis of the optical system , and the imaging The light-receiving surface of the apparatus and the reflective screen are conjugated, and an image of the test lens projected on the reflective screen is reflected, and passes through the imaging lens, the test lens, and the objective lens, and the imaging apparatus A pinhole position of the light source unit and an optical diaphragm surface of the imaging device are arranged at the focal position of the objective lens so as to form an image on the light receiving surface of
When the test lens is a negative power lens, the imaging lens is configured to capture a light beam that has spread and diverges through the negative power lens and guides it to the reflective screen while suppressing the spread and divergence. Is disposed close to the position where the lens to be tested is placed.
