Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a joint structure for upper and lower piles.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a method of pile driving using a steel pipe pile or the like, after driving the lower pile, there is a method in which the lower end of the upper pile is jointed to the upper end of the lower pile and driven forward. In this case, the joints of the upper and lower piles are conventionally made by welding the upper and lower piles all around the site, or they can be screwed to the upper end of the lower pile and the lower end of the upper pile, respectively. It has been performed that screws are provided and screws are screwed together by rotating the upper pile.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, on-site welding requires time and effort, and the quality of the joint is difficult to stabilize. Further, an ultrasonic flaw detection test is required, and in addition, it is difficult to bring out the vertical of the pile.
[0004]
In addition, when screws are screwed together, it is troublesome because the upper pile must be rotated in order to screw them together, and since the screws are precision parts in the first place, there is a risk that they cannot be joined by sand bites or the like. In addition, it may be necessary to rotate the pile in reverse as well as forward rotation during pile driving, so it is necessary to provide a means to prevent the screw from returning, considering the case of reverse rotation There is.
[0005]
In view of the conventional problems as described above, the present invention can rotate the upper and lower piles integrally even if the upper and lower piles are easily and reliably rotated on-site without being welded and reversely rotated during pile driving. It is an object to provide a joint structure for upper and lower piles.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above-mentioned problem is provided with a horizontal flange plate projecting laterally at the lower end portion of the upper pile, and a horizontal flange plate projecting laterally at the upper end portion of the lower pile. It is solved by the joint structure of the upper and lower piles characterized in that the upper and lower piles are joined by bolting.
[0007]
In this structure, since the upper and lower piles are joined by bolting the flange plates to each other, the upper and lower piles can be joined easily with good quality and without welding on site. Moreover, it is easy to clean the contact surfaces between the flange plates, and it is possible to easily prevent the sand and the like from being caught, and there is no possibility of causing joint failure. In addition, the bolt works to prevent relative rotation between the flange plates even when the piles must be rotated in reverse during pile driving, or even if the flange plate contact surface is flat. Can be rotated integrally in either the forward or reverse direction. Furthermore, the flange plate which connects the upper and lower piles plays the role of the peg of the peg pile, and the support capacity of the pile becomes high.
[0008]
In the above joint structure, each flange plate is formed of a circular flange plate, and a part of the circumferential direction thereof is cut out to form inclined blades that allow the lower soil to escape upward during pile driving. In the pile, the notch is provided at the same position in the circumferential direction, and the inclined blade of the flange plate at the lower end of the upper pile is inclined obliquely upward toward the tip of the blade, and the inclined blade of the flange plate at the upper end of the lower pile Is inclined obliquely downward toward the blade tip, and the upper and lower piles are preferably joined by joining the flange plates with bolts at portions other than the notch.
[0009]
In this case, during pile driving by rotary press-fitting method etc., the inclined blades of the flange plate excavate the ground, and the bottom soil can escape through the notch, and the excavation can be made high, Both horizontal flange plates can consolidate the soil below it and consolidate the soil under the flange plate, making the bearing capacity of the pile very high, yet Can be jointed.
[0010]
When irregularities are formed on the contact surfaces of the flange plates, and the relative rotation between the flange plates is restricted by the engagement of the irregularities, the engagement of the irregularities is reduced while reducing or eliminating the burden on the bolts. The upper and lower piles can be rotated integrally in either the forward or reverse direction.
[0011]
Moreover, when the flange board projected to the side is provided in the height direction intermediate part of the upper pile and / or the lower pile, the support force of a pile can be made still higher.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0022]
Although the embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to this, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. For example, although the case where it applied to a circular steel pipe pile is shown in said embodiment, this invention may be used for a square steel pipe pile and can be used for various piles. In addition, the terms “upper pile” and “lower pile” in the present invention are relative, and when three or more piles are jointed, the upper pile of any two adjacent piles is the upper pile. Thus, the lower pile becomes the lower pile, and it goes without saying that the same pile can be either an upper pile or a lower pile depending on how it is viewed.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is as described above, the upper and lower piles can be rotated integrally even if the upper and lower piles are rotated easily and reliably without on-site welding and reversely rotated during pile driving.
