Description
The present invention relates to a seismic sensing system that senses shaking of a building.
Conventionally, there is a seismic device that outputs a control signal when three seismic parts are housed in a casing, and two or more of the seismic parts detect shaking (see Patent Document 1).
In addition, there is a seismometer that improves the detection system of vibration abnormality by applying a predetermined filter to a signal relating to the detected acceleration to determine the abnormality (see Patent Document 2), and the output signal of the acceleration sensor There is a method of discriminating the type of vibration that discriminates that it is a vibration caused by an earthquake when the level discrimination is intermittently and the output above the discrimination level is obtained for a predetermined time or longer (see Patent Document 3). There is a gas meter that starts a clock operation when the acceleration is equal to or higher than the first acceleration, and then shuts off the gas using a shut-off valve when the acceleration is equal to or higher than the second acceleration continuously for a predetermined time or longer (patent) (Ref. 4).
Conventionally, in order to detect a shake such as an earthquake, a seismoscope equipped with an acceleration sensor or the like has been used. When a shaker is detected, the seismoscope outputs a control signal, etc., and causes external equipment to respond to the earthquake (for example, stop the gas supply), so that the safety of buildings, traffic, etc. can be maintained in the event of an earthquake. It is an important device in securing However, if this type of device has a malfunction such as misidentifying that an earthquake has occurred when an earthquake has not occurred, or misidentifying that an earthquake has not occurred when an earthquake has occurred, The influence and ripple effect of the malfunction are great. For example, when an operator such as a service person is dispatched to recover a gas meter that has been cut off from a gas supply due to a false detection of a vibration when a person or some object collides as an earthquake, and the gas supply is cut off This will require a lot of effort and cost. In particular, since the gas meter is used in a very large number of places, it is necessary to reliably prevent a shut-off due to a malfunction, that is, high reliability of the system.
In order to ensure reliability, there are seismic devices that have multiple sensors and two or more sensors detect a shake when they detect a shake, but such a seismic device is also given by an animal. There is a risk of malfunction due to vibrations or vibrations given by people by mistake or mischief. In order to prevent such a malfunction, conventionally, a seismic device is covered with a cover or a pit for installing the seismic device in a building has been provided. However, such an installation method requires a space larger than the size of the seismic device, and it is difficult to additionally install the seismic device at the time of building renovation.
Furthermore, the place where the sensor is installed is often a place with a lot of disturbance noise such as a machine room. When the sensor is arranged in such a place, if the communication distance becomes long (for example, communication using a cable of 10 m or more), the reliability of the communication content is lowered due to the influence of disturbance noise, and the worst communication becomes impossible. The problem occurs. Also, if shielded cables are used to cope with this problem, problems such as installation cost and installation space arise because the cables become expensive and the cable diameter increases.
An object of the present invention is to provide a highly reliable seismic sensing system capable of accurately distinguishing vibrations caused by earthquakes from those caused by other causes without increasing the installation cost and installation space. Let it be an issue.
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a plurality of sensor units at predetermined intervals, thereby accurately detecting vibrations caused by earthquakes and vibrations caused by other causes without increasing the installation cost and installation space. It is possible to provide a highly reliable seismic system that can be distinguished from each other.
More specifically, the present invention is a seismic sensing system that senses shaking of a building, and is provided in the building, detects a vibration, and converts a plurality of analog signals generated when the vibration is applied into a digital signal. And a determination unit that receives the digital signal converted and output by the sensor unit and determines that the building is shaking when vibration is detected simultaneously by at least two of the sensor units. The plurality of sensor units are cascade-connected to the determination unit, and when the plurality of sensor units are subjected to vibration caused by an earthquake, the plurality of sensor units are separated from one earthquake. More than the interval at which one human or animal can simultaneously apply vibrations to two or more sensor units at a position where substantially the same vibration can be obtained. It provided with a longer interval, a seismic system.
The seismic sensing system according to the present invention is a seismic sensing system that senses shaking of a building based on vibration detected by a sensor unit. In order to prevent erroneous determination, the seismic sensing system determines that a building is shaking when sensor units are provided at a predetermined interval and vibration is detected simultaneously by at least two sensor units. In this way, it is possible not only to prevent misjudgment due to failure of the sensor unit, but also to prevent misjudgment of vibration given to the sensor unit by animals or people as shaking of the building Is possible.
Here, the predetermined interval is an interval in which only the shaking of the building can simultaneously apply vibrations to the two or more sensor units. For example, the predetermined interval is one or more humans or animals simultaneously. The interval is longer than the interval at which vibration can be applied to the sensor unit.
The plurality of sensor units acquire substantially the same vibration (vibration waveform) from one earthquake when the vibration caused by the earthquake is given to the plurality of sensor units. It is provided at the position to obtain. By providing a plurality of sensor units at such positions, it is possible to prevent a different vibration waveform from being acquired while preventing malfunction or erroneous detection.
In addition, by making the signal received by the judgment unit from the sensor unit a digital signal, the influence of noise from high-voltage devices, etc. is reduced, and the sensor units or the sensor unit and the judgment unit are separated from each other compared to the conventional case. It is possible to install at a different position. That is, each unit can be installed at a position farther away than when analog communication is employed, and malfunctions and detection errors can be prevented more effectively. At this time, a CAN communication method may be adopted as a communication method between the units.
Furthermore, it is possible to reduce the amount of wiring between units by cascading multiple sensor units, and easily add seismic units even when there is little space for wiring in existing buildings It can be installed. Also, the cost required for installation can be reduced as compared with the conventional case.
Further, the predetermined interval may be an interval at which vibration given to one sensor unit that does not shake the entire building is not detected by another sensor unit. That is, the plurality of sensor units according to the present invention are installed with an interval at which animals and people cannot touch at the same time, and vibrations caused by other than an earthquake or the like given to one sensor unit It is preferable that they are installed with an interval sufficiently attenuated so as not to be erroneously detected as an earthquake even if they are transmitted.
Further, the plurality of sensor units are, for example, sensor units in which acceleration sensors are housed in independent housings. Since the sensor units are formed of independent housings, it is easy to dispose the sensor units at the predetermined interval.
In addition, the determination unit includes a plurality of processing units that manage each of the plurality of sensor units on a one-to-one basis, and each of the plurality of processing units performs other processing on information acquired from the managed sensor unit. The state of the sensor unit to be managed may be mutually monitored by acquiring from the unit.
That is, the seismic sensing system according to the present invention has a dedicated processing unit that receives a signal from each sensor unit and manages the sensor unit. Each processing unit acquires information on sensor units managed by the other processing units from other processing units, and monitors the sensor units managed by the other processing units. In this way, the processing units that manage independent sensor units one-on-one monitor the status of the sensor units managed by each other, so that a single processing unit manages a plurality of sensors as compared to the conventional method. As a result, the reliability of the entire system is improved, and the probability of malfunction and misjudgment can be suppressed to a very low probability.
According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a highly reliable seismic sensing system capable of accurately distinguishing between vibration caused by an earthquake and vibration caused by other causes without increasing the installation cost and installation space. Become.
An embodiment of a seismic sensing system according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 5 is a flowchart showing a flow of processing in which the seismic sensing system 1 according to the present embodiment senses shaking of a building. The processing shown in this flowchart is repeatedly executed after the seismic system 1 is turned on, the startup self-diagnosis process is completed, and the startup of the seismic system 1 is completed. Further, this flowchart shows a state in which the shake detection processing is executed in parallel in the plurality of
In step S101 to step S103, an acceleration signal is output from the sensor along with vibrations in two horizontal directions, and the output acceleration signal is shaped. The
In step S104, failure diagnosis of the
The processing after step S106 is processing executed in the
In step S107, system failure diagnosis is performed. The
In step S108 to step S110, vibration determination based on the SI value and the acceleration level is performed. The
In step S111 and step S112, it is determined whether or not the vibration determined to be equal to or greater than the threshold value is vibration caused by the shaking of the building, and an alarm is output. The
In addition, although this embodiment demonstrated the case where there were two sensor units, when there are three or more sensor units (refer the sensor unit shown with the broken line of FIG. 2), predetermined number (for example, 2) As a criterion for determining that the building is shaking when the vibration determination is true in the above CPUs, or as a criterion for determining that the building is shaking when the vibration determination is true in all CPUs. Also good.
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, CAN communication is adopted for communication between the
