【0006】
4.PUSH−PULL
【0016】
4.PUSH−PULL
【0026】
4.PUSH−PULL
【0048】
4.PUSH−PULL
【0055】
PUSH−PULL
【0057】

Ion Checker A conventional ion checker, for example, as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-118861, charges a charging plate B with a high voltage and measures the current flowing by spraying ions on the charging plate A with a complicated electronic circuit. Was. FIG. 18 shows a schematic configuration diagram, and FIG. 19 shows a specific circuit diagram. For this reason, the equipment is precise and expensive, so it was not easy for everyone to use.
[0006]
Four. PUSH-PULL type static eliminator Conventional ionizers have a short ion flight distance. In particular, in the AC type, + ion and one ion are immediately recombined, so the flight distance is very short, and therefore the ions are blown by a blower. On the other hand, the DC static eliminator can secure a flight distance to some extent even without a blower. However, it still flies at most about 70cm. Therefore, in actual use scenes, the flight distance is insufficient, and a sufficient static elimination effect cannot be obtained.
[0007]
FIG. 27 shows an example in which there is a region where the flight distance is insufficient and there is no ion in the middle portion and the charge cannot be removed. FIG. 28 shows, for example, the state of static elimination in a semiconductor clean room. Since the

Five. A method of taking ion balance with a shield The DC type static eliminator has a good ion balance at the center as shown in FIGS. 36 and 38, but the ion balance varies depending on the position as the ion balance at both ends is bad. there were. In FIGS. 36 and 38, the space at the left end is a + space and the space at the right end is a single ion space, and the ion balance is lost from the original neutrality.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
1. Since the discharge needle with dust suction mechanism uses a high voltage, it has a dust collecting action and adsorbs dust. When dust is adsorbed, the ion emission capacity is reduced and the charge removal capacity is reduced. Therefore, dirt such as dust must be constantly cleaned. Conventionally, the cleaning of the discharge needle, which has been entirely left to the hands of the operator, is facilitated by the apparatus itself equipped with a cleaning mechanism.
[0011]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a static eliminator that facilitates cleaning of the discharge electrode.
[0012]
2. High Voltage Supply Line Wiring Method The wiring layout of a high voltage electric wire of a conventional DC type static eliminator has, for example, a positive polarity high voltage conductor arranged on one side and a negative polarity high voltage conductor arranged on the side. This is because the positive and negative ion generating electrodes are provided on both high voltage conductors, respectively. That is, since there is a high-voltage conductor having a reverse polarity beside each high-voltage conductor, the generated ions are attracted in the lateral direction, causing a problem that the flight direction of the ions is biased and the flight distance is shortened.
[0013]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a static eliminator that does not bias the flight direction of ions, so that the ions fly straight forward and the flight distance is not shortened.
[0014]
3. Ion Checker Conventional ion checkers charge a charged plate with a high voltage and measure the flowing current by spraying ions with a static eliminator using a complicated electronic circuit. For this reason, the equipment is precise and expensive, so it was not easy for everyone to use.
[0015]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus for measuring the amount of radioactive ions that can be used easily by anyone without using a complicated electronic circuit, having a very simple horizontal construction and being inexpensive.
[0016]
Four. PUSH-PULL-type static eliminators Conventional static eliminators have a shortage of ion flight distances, and are unable to obtain a sufficient static elimination effect over a wide range .
[0017]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a static eliminator that extends the ion flight distance and provides a sufficient static elimination effect over a wide range.
[0018]
Five. The DC type static eliminator that balances ions with a shield has a problem that the ion balance at the center of the static elimination region is good, but the ion balance at both ends is poor.
[0019]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a static eliminator that improves ion balance at both ends of a static elimination region.
[0020]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
1. Static eliminator with dust suction mechanism In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention employs a vacuum suction cleaning device so as not to disperse the dust and the dust that has been wiped around the rod-shaped discharge electrode cleaning brush. It is.
[0021]
2. High voltage supply line wiring method In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is designed so that the flight direction of the ions is not biased, and the air travels straight forward from the needle and the flight distance is not shortened. The high voltage supply line for supplying power to the electrode is a line perpendicular to the discharge electrode or a plane perpendicular to the discharge electrode at the base of the discharge electrode, and a high voltage supply line having a polarity opposite to the discharge electrode is behind the discharge electrode. DC type rod-shaped static eliminator characterized by the above is adopted.
[0022]
3. In order to achieve the above-described object, the present invention provides a radiation ion quantity measuring apparatus that is extremely simple in structure, inexpensive, and easy to use for anyone without using a complicated electronic circuit. The present invention employs a radiation ion detector characterized by having a planar electrode for receiving ions, a planar electrode for receiving negative ions, and a neon tube connecting the two.
[0023]
Furthermore, the radioactive ion detector is provided with a rectifying diode in series with the neon tube and capable of discriminating the polarity of ions.
[0024]
Further, the present invention employs a radiation ion detector characterized by having a planar electrode for receiving ions, an electrode that touches a human hand, and a neon tube that connects the two.
[0025]
In addition, a radiation ion detection apparatus is used, which has a rectifying diode in series with the neon tube of the radiation ion detection apparatus and is capable of discriminating the polarity of ions.
[0026]
Four. PUSH-PULL type static eliminator In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention aims to extend the flight distance of ions and provide a static eliminator capable of obtaining a sufficient static elimination effect over a wide range. A DC type static eliminator is used, which has an electrode and one of which emits ions when the other emits ions of the opposite polarity.
[0027]
Further, in addition to the above, a static eliminator is employed in which the polarities of ions radiated from the discharge electrodes facing each other are switched to opposite polarities in each discharge electrode. At this time, the reverse polarity switching is preferably synchronized so that the discharge electrodes facing each other have the opposite polarities.
[0028]
5). Method of balancing ions with a shielding object In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention employs a static eliminator characterized by adjusting the amount of radiated ions by partially shielding the ion emission port with a shielding object. To do.
[0029]
Furthermore, a static eliminator characterized by adjusting the amount of radiated ions by partially shielding the ion emission ports at both ends with a shield.

FIG. 31 shows the space potential on the time axis in the region between A and B. FIG. 31a shows the space potential between A and B at time T1. That is, + ions fly from A to almost the center, and-ions from B to around the center. Near the center, bipolar ions recombine and disappear. FIG. 31b shows the space potential between A and B at time T2. That is, − ions fly from A to almost the center, and conversely, + ions fly from B to almost the center. Near the center, bipolar ions recombine and disappear.
[0050]
FIG. 31c shows the integrated value of the space charge between A and B at time T1 and time T2. That is, + and − ions fly from A to almost the center, and conversely − and + ions fly from B to almost the center. In this way, this space is equivalent to being filled with + and one neutral ion, and forms an area capable of charge removal.
[0051]
Fig. 32 shows the situation in which conventional ionization ions are swept into the wind. Ions radiated from both do not attract each other, so they are easily carried by the air current. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 33, since the ions of the present scheme attract each other, it is difficult for the ions to flow against the air flow, and it is possible to secure a static elimination region even in a bad environment with air flow.
[0052]
Fig. 34 shows the gate type static elimination system of this proposal. A sufficiently wide static elimination gate can be realized. Fig. 35 shows the new static elimination system in the clean room according to this plan. That is, by emitting ions attracting each other from the ceiling and the floor, a neutral ion space can be completely formed from the ceiling to the floor, and a neutralization region can be formed.
[0053]
Five. Method of obtaining ion balance with a shielding object FIG. 37 shows a state in which the ion radiation openings at both ends of a bar-type static eliminator are partially shielded with a shielding object to suppress the radiation amount of ions. In the figure, too many + ions at the left end are shielded and suppressed to neutralize the ion balance. Moreover, there is too much right end—the ions are shielded and suppressed, and the ion balance is neutral. By doing this, it is possible to adjust the overall ion balance.

[0058]
2. As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to obtain a static eliminator that can secure a wide static elimination region by displacing ions far away without distorting the radiation direction of ions.
