Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sliding door interlocking device capable of opening and closing a plurality of parallel sliding doors in conjunction with each other.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when opening and closing a plurality of parallel sliding doors, each of the sliding doors is individually opened or closed, or the opening and closing of the next sliding door is started in conjunction with the completion of the opening and closing of the reference sliding door. The sliding door could be opened and closed reliably, but it was not smooth and the opening and closing work was inefficient.
[0003]
For this reason, in the past, it has been found that a plurality of parallel sliding doors are interlocked to open and close by a method in which a wire or a belt is passed over a pulley or a method in which a pinion is engaged with a rack.
[0004]
However, in the method using wires or belts, considerable effort is required to adjust the length of the wires or belts to be passed over to the sliding door, the fixed part of the building frame, rails, etc., and the next interlocking sliding door. In addition, the wire or belt stretches when used for a long period of time, causing trouble in opening and closing the sliding door. was there.
[0005]
In addition, with the method of engaging the pinion with the rack, it can be easily constructed by setting the length of the rack according to the length of the sliding door, and it does not cause any elongation, so no special maintenance is required However, in order to open and close a plurality of parallel sliding doors, the positional relationship of the plurality of sliding doors is completely determined, and then the pinion and the rack are connected to the building frame with the pinion engaged with the rack. It took a lot of work to fix it precisely in place, such as a fixed part such as a rail, and the next sliding door.
However, since the location for fixing the pinion and the rack is narrow and the space for fixing work is limited, the fixing work is extremely difficult.
[0006]
Furthermore, in the method of engaging the pinion with the rack, the adjustment work after the completion of the construction must be removed, and the pinion engaged with the rack must be removed. Although it was fixed in place, this adjustment work was very troublesome.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The problem to be solved is that the conventional interlocking device for sliding doors requires a lot of work for the construction work and the adjustment work after the construction is troublesome.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The basis of the present invention is a fixed rack that is fixed to a fixed part such as a building or a rail, a pinion that is meshed with the fixed rack and rotatably supported on the upper part of the sliding door. One end is pivotally supported on the upper part of the sliding door in parallel with the sliding door, and the other end is detachably attached to the connecting member while meshing with the pinion.
[0009]
Furthermore, the sliding doors and the sliding doors arranged in parallel are the sliding doors that are opened and closed by the suspension door pulley, and the pinion and the operation rack are rotatably supported on the suspension shaft of the suspension door vehicle, respectively, and the other end of the operation rack is It is also conceivable that the connecting member that is detachably attached is attached to the suspension shaft of the suspended door.
[0010]
[Action]
Thus, the fixed rack and the operation rack need only have a length necessary for closing the sliding door, and the fixed rack is fixed in parallel to the sliding door to a fixed part such as a building or a rail where the sliding door travels. A pinion engaged with the fixed rack is rotatably supported on the door closing side of the upper part of the sliding door.
[0011]
One end of an operating rack that meshes with the pinion is pivotally supported on the upper part of the sliding door that runs in parallel with the sliding door that pivotally supports the pinion, and the other end is detachably attached to the connecting member. Of course, the operation rack is arranged in parallel with the fixed rack.
[0012]
At this time, in order to mesh the operating rack with the pinion meshed with the fixed rack, for example, the operating rack is swung with the sliding door opened to engage the pinion.
[0013]
In addition, even if it is necessary to adjust the running of the sliding door for some reason after the construction is completed, simply remove the other end of the operating rack from the connecting member and swing it to release the meshing state with the pinion and adjust the sliding door Then, the operating rack is re-engaged with the pinion and the other end is attached to the connecting member, and the adjustment work is extremely simple.
[0014]
To close the sliding door in the open state, if the sliding door with the working rack is moved in the closing direction, the rotation is transmitted to the pinion meshed with the working rack, and the pinion moves through the fixed rack. The sliding door attached with is moved in the closing direction, and the opening of the sliding door in the closed state is performed by a movement in a direction opposite to the case of closing.
[0015]
Furthermore, when the sliding door is a suspension door, the suspension shaft of the suspension door car arranged before and after the sliding door can be used as the rotation shaft of the pinion, the swinging shaft of the operation rack, and the attachment portion of the connecting member. The respective positions can be easily determined, and the lengths of the fixed rack and the operation rack can be easily set.
[0016]
【Example】
The embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 4 relates to a double sliding door, and 1 is fixed to a fixed portion 2 such as a building or a rail in parallel to the sliding door 3. The pinion 4 meshed with the fixed rack 1 is pivotally supported 5 on the door closing side of the upper part of the sliding door 3 so as to be rotatable.
[0017]
Reference numeral 6 denotes an operation rack in which one end is pivotally supported 8 on the upper part of the sliding door 7 parallel to the sliding door 3 and the other end is detachably attached to the connecting member 9 in a state of being engaged with the pinion 4.
[0018]
5 to 7 relates to a triple sliding door. A fixed rack 1 is fixed to a fixed portion 2 such as a building or a rail in parallel with the sliding door 3, and meshed with the fixed rack 1. FIG. The pinion 4 is pivotally supported 5 on the door closing side of the upper part of the sliding door 3, and the fixed rack 1 'is fixed to the rail 2' of the sliding door 3 or the sliding door 7, and meshed with the fixed rack 1 '. The pinion 4 ′ is pivotally supported 5 on the upper side of the sliding door 7 so that the pinion 4 ′ can be rotated freely. One end of the pinion 4 ′ is pivotally supported on the upper part of the sliding door 7 ′ parallel to the sliding door 7 so that the pinion 4 ′ An operating rack 6 ′ is provided in which the other end is detachably attached to the connecting member 9 in a meshed state.
[0019]
4, 7 and 8 show the case where the sliding doors 3, 7, 7 'are suspension sliding doors, and the rotation shafts of the pinions 4, 4' and the swinging of the operation racks 6, 6 'are shown. The shaft is in a state of using the suspension shaft of the suspended door pulley 10 arranged before and after the sliding doors 3, 7, and 7 ', and the connecting member 9 for attaching the operation racks 6 and 6' is connected to the suspension shaft. Although it is a system, even if it is a sliding door of a door wheel system instead of a suspension door, the rotating shafts of the pinions 4 and 4 ′ and the swinging shafts of the operation racks 6 and 6 ′ are respectively the sliding door 3 and the sliding doors 7 and If the connecting member 9 that protrudes from the upper surface of the 7 'and the other ends of the operation racks 6 and 6' are detachably attached is also fixed to the upper surface of the sliding doors 7 and 7 'that are arranged in parallel, the same effect can be obtained. Play.
[0020]
Further, in the embodiment shown in the drawings, the operation racks 6 and 6 'are shown in the case where one end is pivotally supported on the door opening side of the sliding doors 7 and 7'. Even in a system in which one end is pivotally supported on the door-closing side, the pinions 4 and 4 'can be similarly engaged with each other.
[0021]
【The invention's effect】
In the present invention, as described above, one end of the operating rack that meshes with the pinion is pivotally supported so that the operation rack is simply swung so that the pinion is sandwiched and the other end is attached to the connecting member. The positional relationship of the sliding doors in parallel with each other can be set to an appropriate position, and the positional relationship can be easily adjusted by swinging the operating rack and changing the meshing position of the pinion.
[0022]
Furthermore, the sliding doors and the sliding doors in parallel are sliding doors that are opened and closed by a suspension door pulley, and the pinion and the operation rack are rotatably and swingably supported on the suspension shaft of the suspension door vehicle, respectively, and the other end of the operation rack is connected. When the connecting member to be attached is attached to the suspension shaft of the hanging door car, the pinion and the operation rack can be easily attached without requiring complicated adjustment, and can be attached to the existing hanging sliding door. .
