本発明は、金属材で中空の立方体状に組み立てた枠体の内腔に、底部を漏斗状に形成した穀粒袋を吊り下げ装着して構成する形態の穀粒運搬用のコンテナにおける残留穀粒の排出装置についての改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
上述の形態の穀粒運搬用のコンテナAは、通常、図1にあるように、金属材の支柱10と桁杆11とで中空の立方体状の枠体1を組み立て、この枠体1の内側空間に、図2にあるように底部側を四つの壁面からなる倒立した角錐形の漏斗状に形成した穀粒袋2を落とし込んで、それの上部側の開口部の外面側に装設しておく鞘状部20を、枠体1の上部側の桁杆11…に通して掛けとめ装着し、漏斗状に形成した底部の下口21を、枠体1の底部に支持枠12を介して装架してある箱状に形成したシャッタ内装の排出機箱30の上口に接続し、その機筺状の排出機箱30の下面側に取出樋31を具備する取出機箱32を旋回自在に接続することで構成してある。

そして、このコンテナAを用いて行う穀粒の運搬は、図3にあるように、穀粒袋2を装着した枠体を1を、トラックTの荷台tまたは運搬車の荷台に載架して、そのトラックTまたは運搬車の運転走行により、圃場において収穫作業を行っているコンバインの隣側に位置させ、コンバインの揚穀筒から放出される穀粒を、枠体1に懸架した穀粒袋2の上面側の開放口からその穀粒袋2の内部に受け入れ、これを、トラックTまたは運搬車の運転走行で収納舎に設置してある穀粒乾燥機の隣側位置に運び、そこで、穀粒袋2の下口に接続している排出機箱30の下面側に旋回自在に接続する取出機箱32に設けた取出樋31に、バネコンと呼ばれる穀粒搬送筒4を接続して、それの排出口を穀粒乾燥機の張込ホッパに接続し、穀粒袋2の下口21に接続する排出機箱30内のシャッタを開放し、穀粒搬送筒4を作動させて、穀粒袋2内の穀粒を穀粒乾燥機の機内に張り込むように用いる。

また、穀粒乾燥機による穀粒の乾燥作業が終了して取り出される穀粒を、同様にトラックTまたは運搬車の荷台上に載架した枠体1に懸架せる穀粒袋2内に受け入れて、穀粒貯蔵施設に運搬するように用いられる。

このように構成する穀粒運搬用のコンテナAは、それの枠体1に懸架した穀粒袋2が柔軟な合成樹脂材等のシートまたは布地で成形されていることで、穀粒を内部に受け入れたときに、その穀粒の重量により穀粒袋2が図4において鎖線に示しているように四周に向け幾分膨張して変形してくる。

このため、張り込んだ穀粒を排出させるとき、その排出作業の終期に、穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の外側に膨らんだ部位が、穀粒の安息角以下の傾斜面となることにより、この部位の内面側に少量の穀粒Gの残留が生じるようになる。

このことから、穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の外周には、リブ状に形成されている四本の稜部22…のそれぞれの上下の中間部位に、図5にあるように紐を挿通するループ状の紐通し輪5…を装設しておいて、ここに、紐6を順次挿通して、その紐6の端部を結束することで、紐6が穀粒袋2の底部の外周をゆるくとり囲む無端のリング状になって付設されるようにしておき、穀粒の排出作業の終期に、このリングをなす紐6の適宜の部位を、作業者が掴んで引くことで、穀粒袋2の底部をゆり動かし、穀粒袋2の底部の内面側に残留している穀粒Gの流下をうながすようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述の形態の穀粒運搬用のコンテナは、それの穀粒袋2内に受け入れた穀粒を排出するときに、それの穀粒袋2内に残留するようになる穀粒を、穀粒袋2の底部の外周に付設しておく無端のリング状の紐6を掴んで引くことで穀粒袋2の底部を外周側からゆり動かすことで排出させるようにする際に、例えば、トラックTの荷台tの一側からの紐6の引き寄せで穀粒袋2の底部に与える動きが、図5にあるように、四つの壁面を具備する倒立する角錐状の底部のうちの、紐6を引き寄せる側の壁面2dを除いた三つの壁面2a・2b・2cには、それらをゆするように加えられるが、紐6を掴んで引っ張る側に位置する壁面2dには有効な動きが与えられないようになることで、この紐6を掴んで引き寄せる側の壁面2dの内面側に穀粒が残留しがちとなる。このため、紐6を掴んで引っ張る作動を、通常、穀粒の取出方向となるトラックTの荷台tの後縁側から行った場合にあっては、この荷台tの後縁に対面する壁面2aの内面側に穀粒が残りがちとなることで、前述の図5にあるよう荷台tの側方に作業者が移動して、その位置からリング状の紐6の一部を掴んで再度引っ張る作動を行うようにすることが必要で、残留した穀粒をきれいに排出させるのが厄介な問題がある。

本発明は、従前の穀粒運搬用のコンテナに生じている上述の問題を解消せしめるためになされたものであって、枠体1に懸架した穀粒袋2に受け入れた穀粒を排出する作業の際に、その穀粒袋2が受け入れた穀粒の重量による膨出・変形より生じてくる残留穀粒を排出させるための、穀粒袋2の底部の外周側に配設した紐6の牽引による残留穀粒の排出作動が、紐6を牽引する作動位置を変更することなく、所定の作業位置において紐6を牽引することで、穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dのうちの紐6を牽引する側の壁面2aが、他の三つの壁面と共にゆり動かされて、四つの壁面が一緒に動くようになって、穀粒袋2内の残留穀粒をきれいに排出させ得るようにする新たな手段を提起することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明手段は、従前の穀粒運搬用のコンテナAの穀粒の排出時に、そのコンテナAの枠体1に懸架した穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の内面に残留するようになる穀粒をきれいに流出させるために、その穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の外周に、その外周をゆるく囲う環状の紐6をその穀粒袋2の底部の外周に対し摺動自在に配設しておき、穀粒の排出作業時の終期に、この環状の紐6の一部を掴んで牽引することにより穀粒袋2の底部を外周側からゆり動かす手段について、種々の検討を加えて得られた知見に基づいてなされたものである。

即ち、この従前手段にあっては、紐6を、穀粒袋2の漏斗状の底部の外周をゆるく囲う無端のリング状に形成しておいて、その紐6の所望の個所を掴んで牽引することで、その紐6により囲い込んだ穀粒袋2の底部の全体をゆり動かすようにしていることから、紐6を掴んで引っ張る側に対面する穀粒袋2の底部の壁面2aに与える動き量が小さくなることによるもので、紐6を掴んで引いたときに、その紐6を引っ張る側に対面する穀粒袋2の底部の壁面2aがその紐6により直接ゆり動かされるようにすればよいことに想到し、また、そのようにするには、紐6を左右に2分して、各紐6の一端側を、紐6を引っ張る側に対面する正面側の壁面2aの左右の稜部22・22にラグ状に設けた紐通し輪5に結び付けておき、その紐6の他端側を背面側の壁面2cの左右の稜部22・22にラグ状に設けた紐通し輪5に挿通して正面側の壁面2aに向けて折り返し、この折り返した他端側を正面側の壁面2aの前面において引っ張るようにすればよい、という構想に想到したことによってなされたものである。

そして、この構想を具体化するために、穀粒袋2の倒立する角錐状の底部の四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dの境界位置にリブ状に形成されている四本の稜部22…のそれぞれの上下の中間部位に付設しておく紐通し輪5…に紐6を挿通して、穀粒袋2の底部を外部からゆり動かす紐6を、その穀粒袋2の底部の外周に配設するとき、その紐6は、それを牽引する側に対面する穀粒袋2の底部の壁面2aを基準として、その壁面2aの左側に配位する紐6aと右側に配位する紐6bとに分け、それぞれの紐6a・6bの一端側を、基準とした壁面2aの左右の側縁に位置するリブ状の稜部22・22に設けてある紐通し輪5・5を利用してそれに結び付け、これら紐6a・6bの他端側を、基準とした壁面2aと対向する背面側の壁面2cの左右の側縁に位置する稜部22・22に設けてある紐通し輪5・5を利用してこれに吊環70・70を取り付けて、その吊環70・70に挿通して正面側の壁面2aに向け折り返し、その折り返した紐6a・6bの他端側を、正面側の壁面2aの左右の側縁に位置する稜部22・22の、前述の紐6a・6bの一端側を結び付けた紐通し輪5の上方に位置する部位に別に取り付けた吊環71・71に挿通して、正面側の壁面2aの前面側に垂らし、その他端側の端部に把持部8をそれぞれ取り付けておいて、穀粒の排出作業の終期に、これら把持部8を引っ張るようにしたところ、紐6a・6bの牽引により、紐を牽引する側に対面する正面側の壁面2aが、先にゆり動かされ、これに続いて、左右の壁面2b・2dと背面側の壁面2cがゆり動かされるようになって、倒立する角錐状をなす穀粒袋2の底部の四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dが、紐6a・6bの牽引作動で一緒にゆり動かせるようになる結果が得られた。

このとき、左右に分けた紐6a・6bの各他端側を互いに連結して、これに一つの把持部8を設けておき、この把持部8の操作により左右の紐6a・6bを一緒に牽引するようにしても同様の結果が得られた。

さらに、左右に分けて一端側を正面側の壁面2aの左右の稜部22・22に結束した紐6a・6bの、背面側の壁面2cの左右の稜部22・22に付設した吊環70・70を経て正面側の壁面2aに向け折り返した他端側を、その正面側の壁面2aに垂下させるために、その正面側の壁面2aの左右の稜部22・22に別に付設しておく吊環71は、左右の稜部22・22よりも正面側の壁面2aの左右の中心に寄った位置において、その正面側の壁面2aに装設しておくことが、紐6a・6bの他端側を牽引することによる穀粒袋の2底部の四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dをのゆり動かしを一層効果的にする結果が得られた。

また、このように左右に分けた紐6a・6bの他端側を、穀粒袋2の底部の正面側の壁面2aの左右の中心に寄せた部位に別に装設しておく吊環71・71に通して正面側の壁面2aの前面側に垂れ下がるようにする場合において、この左右の紐6a・6bの他端側を互いに結束させるか、一本の紐として連続させるようにしておいても、同様の結果が得られるようになった。

そして、このことから、本発明においては、前述の目的を達成するための手段として、請求項1に記載したように、金属材により中空の立方体状に組み立てた枠体1の内部空間に、柔軟なシート・布地により底部側が四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dを具備する倒立する角錐状に形成した穀粒袋2を落とし込んで枠体1に懸架せしめてなる穀粒運搬用のコンテナAにおいて、穀粒袋2の底部の四つの壁面のうちの一つの壁面2aを基準となる正面として、この基準とした正面側の壁面2aの左右に位置する壁面2b・2dの外側位置に紐6a・6bを配位して、それら紐6a・6bの各一端側を、基準とした壁面2aの左右の側縁に位置する稜部22・22に設けた取付部材に結び付け、これら紐6a・6bの他端側を、基準とする壁面2aに対向する背面側の壁面2cに向け導き、その壁面2cの左右の側縁に位置する稜部22・22に取付部材を介して装設する吊環70・70に挿通して正面側の壁面2aに向け折り返し、その壁面2aの左右の側縁に位置する稜部22・22に取付部材aを介して取り付けた別の吊環71・71に挿通して前記壁面2aの前面側に垂れ下がらせ、それら紐6a・6bの他端側の端部に把持部8を装着することを特徴とする穀粒運搬用のコンテナにおける残留穀粒の排出装置を提起し、

次に本発明の実施の態様を、図面に随い実施例について詳述する。
図6は、本発明手段の第1の実施例の斜視図で、同図において、Aは、鎖線により表している枠体1とこれに懸架した合成樹脂材のシートよりなる穀粒袋2とで構成した穀粒運搬用のコンテナ、6aは該コンテナAの穀粒袋2の底部の左側に配設した紐、6bはその穀粒袋2の底部の右側に配設した紐を示す。

穀粒運搬用のコンテナAは、鉄骨で、図3にあるようにトラックTの荷台tまたは穀粒運搬車の荷台上に載架し得る中空の立方体状の枠体1を組み立て、それのシートまたは布地により形成した穀粒袋2を懸架して構成する通常のものであり、それの穀粒袋2は、上部側の外周に装設せる鞘状部20…を、枠体1の上縁側の桁杆11に嵌挿することで、その枠体1に懸架せしめてあり、かつ、下方に連続する底部側は、四つの壁面2a・2b・2c・2dを具備する倒立した角錐状に形成してある。そして、該穀粒袋2の下口21は、金属材で組み立てて、枠体1の底部に装架せる機筺状の排出機箱30の上口に接続させてあり、該穀粒袋2内に投入して張り込んだ穀粒を、排出機箱30内に装設してあるシャッタ(図示省略)を開いて、その排出機箱30の下面側に旋回自在に接続している取出機箱32に組み付けたモータにより駆動する取出スクリューの作動によって、取出樋31から流出させるようになる通常のものである。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように本発明による穀粒運搬用のコンテナにおける残留穀粒の排出装置は、穀粒袋の底部の外周に配設した紐を牽引することで、穀粒袋の底部の四つの壁面が一度にゆり動かされるようになって、紐の引っ張りによる残留穀粒を排出させるための作動が適確に行えるようになる。
