Description

The present invention relates to a mixing attachment that mixes a mixing medicine with raw water and flows it out together with the raw water, and a medicine spraying device to which the mixing attachment is integrally attached.

For example, in a spraying device such as a shower device, a chemical such as a bathing agent is added and mixed as a mixing agent to the raw water supplied via a pipe such as a hose, and the raw water can be sprayed from the spraying device together with the mixing agent. An attached attachment is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). As shown in FIG. 6, the attachment described in Patent Document 1 has a double structure in which a medicine storage chamber 51 is provided inside an external container 50, and opens and closes a valve 53 provided at an inflow port 52. Then, the raw water is caused to flow into the medicine storage chamber 51, and the mixing agent is discharged through the outlet 54 while dissolving the mixing agent by the inflowing raw water, and the raw water is sprayed from the spraying device in a state where the mixing agent is added and mixed. It is something that can be done. Further, according to the attachment described in Patent Document 1, supplementation of the medicine for mixing into the medicine storage chamber 51 is performed by opening and closing the lid 55 provided outside the medicine storage chamber 51 and injecting medicine or the like. .

There is also disclosed a mixing attachment (shower head device) that facilitates replenishment of a mixing drug (reaction member) into a drug storage chamber (reaction container) (see, for example, Patent Document 2). According to the shower head device described in Patent Document 2, a cylindrical sleeve-shaped opening / closing member having a slide opening on the peripheral surface along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical drug storage chamber having an opening on the outer peripheral surface, A state in which the medicine container can be refilled with the mixing opening by rotating and sliding the opening and closing member in the circumferential direction so that the sliding opening matches the opening of the medicine container. The opening state of the injection port can be blocked by shifting the slide opening from the opening.

Furthermore, it is possible to easily perform an operation of switching between a state in which raw water is allowed to flow into the medicine storage chamber during use and the mixing medicine is added to the raw water and a state in which the mixing medicine can be injected into the medicine storage chamber during replenishment. An attachment for mixing is also disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 3). According to the mixing attachment described in Patent Document 3, it has an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder arranged concentrically, and the inside of the inner cylinder serves as the raw water main flow path, and the inner cylinder and The hollow part between the outer cylinder and the both ends are covered with an upstream blocking part and a downstream blocking part to form a medicine storage chamber, and the cover body mounted on the outer periphery of the outer cylinder is slid in the axial direction. While opening and closing the medicine injection port formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder, the cover body is rotated together with the outer cylinder in the circumferential direction to form the raw water inflow path and the downstream obstruction formed in the upstream obstruction It opens and closes the outflow passage formed.
JP-A-8-187454 JP 2002-35645 A JP 2004-42027 A

However, according to the attachment described in the cited document 1, the operation of opening and closing the valve 53 and adding and mixing the mixing agent to the raw water and the operation of opening and closing the lid 55 and injecting the drug and the like into the drug containing chamber 51 are: In addition, the handling is troublesome, and the inflow port 52 of the medicine storage chamber 51 is not closed during the replenishment work of the mixing medicine or after the replenishment work. If raw water is fed to the hose or the spraying device with the opening being opened (malfunction), for example, the mixing medicine stored in the medicine storage chamber 51 may be scattered from the medicine inlet 56 to the surroundings.

In addition, according to the showerhead device described in Patent Document 2, the operation of switching from the state where the medicine for mixing is mixed to the state where only the raw water flows down becomes complicated, and the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical medicine container chamber The mixing agent and raw water enter the gap between the inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical sleeve-shaped opening / closing member, and mold and slime are likely to occur. Furthermore, when using hot water or the like, it is difficult to check the remaining amount of the internal medicine for mixing even when the medicine storage chamber is formed of a transparent member due to the vapor entering the gaps and becoming cloudy. Become.

On the other hand, according to the attachment for mixing described in Patent Document 3, raw water is caused to flow into the medicine storage chamber by sliding movement of the cover body or the outer cylindrical body in the axial direction or circumferential direction, and the mixing chemical is added to the raw water and mixed. And the operation of making the mixing medicine ready to be injected into the medicine storage chamber can be easily performed while smoothly switching, and the mixing medicine inlet is opened to the medicine storage chamber. Although it is possible to reliably avoid the inflow of raw water (malfunction), it is desired to further improve the ease of handling.

According to the present invention, the opening and closing operation of the drug inlet and the opening and closing operation of the raw water inflow path and the outflow path to the drug storage chamber can be performed easily and smoothly, and the raw water flows into the drug storage chamber with the drug injection port open. Provided are a mixing attachment capable of reliably avoiding the above and improving the ease of handling and suppressing the occurrence of the above-mentioned mold and slime, and a medicine spraying device to which the mixing attachment is attached. For the purpose.

Then, the open / close slide member 25 having the slide inlet 24 and the slide air hole 43 that can coincide with the medicine inlet 23 and the air hole 36 is slid in the axial direction X of the outer cylinder 17. It is attached as possible.

The opening / closing slide member 25 is a band plate-like member having a width of about 5 to 20 mm as a width that can be easily operated with the thumb, for example, and the upper portion thereof is formed as a raised portion 25c so as to be thickened. The outer surface of the raised portion 25c is provided with unevenness for preventing slipping, for example, so that the operability when the open / close slide member 25 is slid in the axial direction X or the outer cylinder 17 is rotated in the circumferential direction Y can be improved. It is improving. Further, according to the first embodiment, the opening / closing slide member 25 is fitted in the slide guide groove 31 formed on the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical body 17, and is axially along the slide guide groove 31. It slides to X. As a result, the open / close slide member 25 can be slid in a stable state in the axial direction X, and the operation for rotating the outer cylinder 17 in the circumferential direction Y can be performed in a stable state. become.

An upstream side blocking portion 19 and a downstream side blocking portion 20 interposed between the outer cylinder body 17 and the inner cylinder body 16 are disk-shaped donut-shaped members, and are on the side of the medicine container 15 of the lower base 33 and the upper base 32. Are attached in close contact with each other so as to be slidable. Further, the upstream side blocking portion 19 and the downstream side blocking portion 20 are provided with the outer peripheral surfaces of the upstream side blocking portion 19 and the downstream side blocking portion 20 on the outer cylinder while interposing an O-ring for ensuring sealing performance at an appropriate position. The inner peripheral surfaces of the body 17 are joined and integrated, and these inner peripheral surfaces are attached to the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical body 16 so as to be slidably rotatable. As a result, the upstream blocking portion 19 and the downstream blocking portion 20 rotate together with the outer cylinder 17 in the circumferential direction Y around the inner cylinder 16.

Further, in the upstream side blocking portion 19 and the downstream side blocking portion 20, the raw water inflow passage 21 and the outflow passage 22 are arranged in the circumferential direction Y so as to penetrate the central portion of the cross section concentrically and in an annular shape. Each of them extends along the line. In the upstream side blocking portion 19 where the raw water inflow passage 21 is formed, the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylindrical body 16 is placed at a specific position in the circumferential direction Y that can match the upstream communication hole 34 of the inner cylindrical body 16. A raw water inlet 37 (see FIG. 4B) is formed through the inner wall portion of the upstream blocking portion 19 to be covered. Further, through the top wall portion of the raw water inflow passage 21, a plurality of storage chamber communication holes 38 are formed in the circumferential direction Y, and the medicine is stored from the raw water inflow passage 21 through these storage chamber communication holes 38. Raw water can be supplied to the chamber 15.

On the other hand, in the downstream blocking portion 20 where the outflow path 22 is formed, the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder 16 is located at a specific position in the circumferential direction Y that can match the downstream communication hole 35 of the inner cylinder 16. An outlet port 39 (see FIG. 4B) is formed so as to open in the same direction as the raw water inlet port 37 through the inner wall portion of the downstream blocking portion 20 covering the same. A plurality of storage chamber communication holes 40 are formed in the circumferential direction Y so as to penetrate the lower wall portion of the outflow passage 22, and the raw water mixed with the mixing agent is passed through these storage chamber communication holes 40. The medicine can be discharged from the medicine storage chamber 15 to the outflow path 22.

And according to this 1st Embodiment, by the relative rotational movement of the outer side cylinder 17 with which the upstream side blocking part 19 and the downstream side blocking part 20 were united with respect to the inner side cylinder 16, FIG. As shown in FIG. 4B, the upstream side communication hole 34 and the downstream side communication hole 35, the raw water inlet 37 and the outlet 39 are shifted from each other and the raw water inlet 21 and outlet 22 are closed. The upstream communication hole 34 and the downstream communication hole 35, the raw water inlet 37 and the outlet 39 are aligned with each other, and the raw water inlet 21 and outlet 22 are opened, as shown in FIG. It becomes possible to easily open and close the raw water inflow path 21 and the outflow path 22.

According to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (b), the notch recess 26 that constitutes the locking mechanism together with the opening / closing slide member 25 of the outer cylinder 17 is provided on the outer cylinder 17 as shown in FIGS. An upper end edge of the lower annular protruding wall 30 that is provided to project downward and is an outer peripheral portion of the lower base 33 is, for example, lower in a substantially rectangular shape with a width equal to or slightly wider than the width of the opening / closing slide member 25. Notched to be formed. The notch recess 26 is locked so that the downward projecting portion 25 a of the open / close slide member 25 slid downward along the slide guide groove 31 is fitted. In this state, the medicine injection port 23 and the air hole 36 formed in the outer cylindrical body 17 and the slide injection port 24 and the slide air hole 43 formed in the opening / closing slide member 25 are aligned with each other to store the medicine. It is possible to drain the chamber 15 and inject the mixing drug into the drug storage chamber 15 (see FIG. 4A). Further, in this state, the downward projecting portion 25a of the opening / closing slide member 25 is engaged with the notch recess 26, and the rotational movement of the outer cylindrical body 17 in the circumferential direction Y is reliably prevented.

A notch groove 28 that constitutes the locking mechanism together with the opening / closing slide member 25 and the notch recess 26 is formed on an upper annular protruding wall 29 that is an outer peripheral portion of the upper base 32 and is provided so as to protrude above the outer cylindrical body 17. The lower end edge is formed by notching upward from a portion directly above the notch recess 26, for example, in the circumferential direction Y of about 1.5 to 4 times the width of the opening / closing slide member 25. The notch groove 28 is provided with such a depth that the open / close slide member 25 can be slid upward until the downward projecting portion 25 a is extracted from the notch recess 26.

A loose fitting convex portion 27 at the upper end portion 25 b of the open / close slide member 25, which is slid upward along the slide guide groove 31, loosely fits into the notched concave groove 28. The outer cylindrical body 17 can be rotated and moved in the circumferential direction Y with respect to the inner cylindrical body 16 while sliding the loose fitting convex portion 27 in the circumferential direction Y within the defined area. In this state, the medicine injection port 23 and the air hole 36 formed in the outer cylinder 17 and the slide injection port 24 and the slide air hole 43 formed in the opening / closing slide member 25 are shifted from each other and closed. Become. Further, by rotating and moving the outer cylindrical body 17 until the loose fitting convex portion 27 comes into contact with the right end portion of the notched concave groove 28, the upstream side communication hole 34, the downstream side communication hole 35, the raw water inlet 37 and the outlet are provided. 39 coincide with each other, and raw water can be allowed to flow into the medicine storage chamber 15 (see FIG. 4B). Further, the opening / closing slide member 25 is displaced in the circumferential direction Y from the position where the notch recess 26 is provided, and the lower end 25a of the opening / closing slide member 25 abuts on the upper end edge of the lower annular protruding wall 30 without the notch recess 26. Thus, the downward sliding movement of the opening / closing slide member 25 is surely prevented.

According to the first embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the shower attachment 11 is mounted on the upper end portion of the mixing attachment 10 via the upper base 32 and the lower end thereof. A water purification unit 41 including, for example, a dechlorination filter is attached to the part via the lower base 33, and the shower water supply hose 12 is further connected to the water purification unit 41.

In addition, according to the first embodiment, the spiral flow toward the outflow passage 22 is connected to the storage chamber communication hole 38 of the raw water inflow passage 21 at the upstream end portion of the medicine storage chamber 15 in the medicine storage chamber 15. Spiral flow generating means for generating is provided. In other words, according to the first embodiment, the spiral flow generating means includes a pair of hollow cylindrical protrusions arranged at an interval of 180 degrees in the circumferential direction Y at the lower end portion of the medicine storage chamber 15 having an annular cross section, for example. 42. These hollow cylindrical protrusions 42 flow in from the raw water inflow passage 21 by opening the discharge port sideways in the same rotational direction along the circumferential direction Y of the medicine container 15 having an annular cross section, for example. The raw water to be discharged is discharged from the discharge port toward the circumferential direction Y of the annular cross section, thereby generating a spiral flow toward the outflow path 22 in the medicine containing chamber 15.

In order to perform a shower with shower water mixed with a mixing agent, using the shower device 11 to which the mixing attachment 10 of the first embodiment having the above-described configuration is attached, first, a desired container is provided in the medicine storage chamber 15. Work to inject a quantity of drug for mixing. That is, the medicine spraying device shown in FIG. 1 to which the mixing attachment 10 and the shower device 11 are integrally attached is gripped by hand, and for example, the thumb is tightly locked to the raised portion 25c of the opening / closing slide member 25 to loosely fit. The outer cylindrical body 17 is rotationally moved until the convex portion 27 comes into contact with the left end portion of the notch groove 28, and the open / close slide member 25 is further slid downward, and the downward projecting portion 25a is engaged with the notch recess 26. Stop. As a result, the medicine injection port 23 and the air hole 36 of the outer cylindrical body 17 and the slide injection port 24 and the slide air hole 43 of the open / close slide member 25 are matched, so that the drug injection is performed while excluding air from the air hole 36. It is possible to smoothly inject the medicine for mixing into the medicine storage chamber 15 through the inlet 23. During this injection operation, the outer cylindrical body 17 is prevented from rotational movement by the locking of the downward projecting portion 25 a to the notch recess 26, so that the raw water does not flow into the medicine containing chamber 15.

When a desired amount of the medicine for mixing is injected into the medicine storage chamber 15, the opening / closing slide member 25 is applied to the upper edge portion of the left end portion of the notch groove 28 with the upper end portion 25b thereof, for example, by the same thumb operation as described above. Slide it up until it touches. As a result, the drug injection port 23 and the air hole 36 of the outer cylindrical body 17 and the slide injection port 24 and the slide air hole 43 of the open / close slide member 25 are displaced, and the drug injection port 23 and the air hole 36 are closed and injected. The mixed medicine thus prepared is accommodated inside without leaking from the medicine accommodating chamber 15 and is in a standby state until the medicine is sprayed. Further, after sliding the open / close slide member 25 upward, the outer cylindrical body 17 is slightly rotated so that the lower end portion 25a of the open / close slide member 25 is detached from the notch recess 26 in the circumferential direction Y. Thus, it is possible to effectively prevent the mixing medicine from leaking due to the opening / closing slide member 25 moving downward.

When the user sprays the medicine for mixing with shower water on the body, for example, as a finish of bathing from such a standby state, for example, by performing the same thumb operation as described above while performing a shower, The outer cylindrical body 17 is rotationally moved until the 25 loose fitting convex portions 27 abut on the right end portion of the cutout concave groove 28. As a result, the upstream side communication hole 34 and the downstream side communication hole 35 and the raw water inlet 37 and the outlet 39 coincide with each other, and the raw water flows into the medicine storage chamber 15 and the mixing chemical is mixed with the raw water to the downstream. It becomes possible to make it flow into the side flow path 14, and can mix the chemical | medical agent for mixing with a shower water on a body.

When the shower is finished, for example, by the same thumb operation as described above, the outer cylindrical body 17 is rotationally moved to the opposite side so that the loosely fitting convex portion 27 is brought into contact with the left end of the concave groove 28 and further protrudes downward. The open / close slide member 25 is slid downward until the portion 25a engages with the notch recess 26. As a result, the drug injection port 23 and the air hole 36 of the outer cylindrical body 17 and the slide injection port 24 and the slide air hole 43 of the open / close slide member 25 are matched, and the raw water replaced with the mixing drug is the drug injection port 23. Thus, water is drained from the medicine container 15 and the mixture medicine returns to a state in which the medicine for mixing can be injected into the medicine container 15.

Therefore, according to the mixing attachment 10 of the first embodiment or the medicine spraying device to which the mixing attachment 10 is attached, for example, the opening / closing operation of the medicine inlet 23 and the medicine storage chamber 15 can be performed by a simple operation with the thumb. The raw water inflow passage 21 and the outflow passage 22 can be opened and closed easily and smoothly, and the raw water can be reliably prevented from flowing into the medicine storage chamber 15 with the medicine inlet 23 open. And it becomes possible to improve the ease of handling.

Further, according to the first embodiment, the outer cylindrical body 17 is substantially the same except for a belt-like portion having a width of about 5 to 20 mm provided with a slide guide groove 31 for sliding the open / close slide member 25 up and down. Unlike the case where a double structure is provided by providing a sleeve member that can be rotated and moved in the circumferential direction Y outside the drug storage chamber, the entire outer surface of the drug storage chamber and the sleeve member It is possible to prevent the mixing agent and raw water from entering the gap between the inner peripheral surface and the occurrence of dirt such as mold, slime, and scale. Further, since the open / close slide member 25 slides only in the vertical direction along the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical body 17 and does not slide in the circumferential direction Y, the gap between the slide guide groove 31 and the slide guide groove 31 is extremely small. As a result, it is possible to further suppress the occurrence of dirt such as mold, slime and scale.

Furthermore, according to the first embodiment, the outer cylindrical body 17 can be formed substantially in a single structure. Therefore, even if the outer cylindrical body 17 is formed of a transparent member, the outer cylindrical body 17 has a double structure gap. It is possible to avoid vapor and the like from entering and becoming cloudy, whereby the remaining amount of the mixing medicine in the medicine storage chamber 15 can be easily confirmed.

The present invention is not limited to the first embodiment, and various modifications can be made. For example, the mixing attachment of the present invention is not limited to the one that mixes and sends out body medicine such as bath medicine or skin care medicine into shower water, and is attached to other medicine spraying equipment other than shower equipment, Various liquids, gels, granules, solids, etc., such as household consumption drugs and agricultural chemicals can also be used for mixing with raw water. In addition, a spiral flow generating means for generating a spiral flow inside the drug storage chamber may or may not be provided, and a mechanism for rotating the outer cylinder relative to the inner cylinder to open and close the inflow path and the outflow path. Is not limited to the above-described opening / closing mechanism. Further, the mixing attachment is not necessarily required to be interposed between the shower device and the shower water supply hose, and can be attached to the shower device so that it cannot be seen from the outside of the shower device. Furthermore, the opening / closing slide member may not be inserted into the slide guide groove and slide in the axial direction along the slide guide groove.

In addition, when the drug inlet and the slide inlet are matched, the outer cylinder is prevented from rotating relative to the inner cylinder, and the open / close slide member is prevented from sliding when the raw water inlet and outlet paths are open. The locking mechanism to be used is not limited to that of the first embodiment, and various other locking mechanisms can be employed. For example, as shown in FIG. 5A, a notch recess 26 that locks the projecting portion of the opening / closing slide member 25 is formed by notching the lower end edge of the upper annular projecting wall 29, and the loose fitting projection 27. A notch groove 28 for loosely fitting the upper annular edge 30 can also be formed by notching the upper notch. Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the notch groove 28 is formed by notching the upper end edge or the lower end edge of the outer cylindrical body 17, and the loose fitting convex portion 27 is formed by the upper annular protruding wall 29. It is good also as a part which protrudes from the lower end edge part of this, or the upper end edge part of the lower annular protrusion wall 30. FIG.

Further, as shown in FIG. 5 (c), the notch groove 28 is formed on the inside of the upper or lower end edge of the upper annular protrusion wall 29, the lower annular protrusion wall 30 or the outer cylindrical body 17, and the outer surface portion. Is formed by notching (instead of forming the notch groove 28 in the outer surface portion), and the notch groove 28 of the inner portion is formed in the inner portion of the opposite upper end edge or lower end edge portion. It is also possible to loosely fit the loosely protruding convex portion 27 protruding from the protrusion. Thus, by forming the notch groove 28 in the inner portion leaving the outer surface portion (rather than forming the notch groove 28 in the outer surface portion), the notch groove 28 and the loose fitting convexity are formed. The portion 27 can be covered with the outer surface portion so that they cannot be seen from the outside of the shower device or the medicine spraying device, thereby improving the design. Further, by providing a rotation mechanism with the notch concave groove 28 and the loosely fitting convex portion 27 on the inner side, it becomes possible to further reduce the occurrence of dirt and mold.
