Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pneumatic radial tire for a construction vehicle, and more particularly, bead carcass layer and the bead filler adjacent rubber layers and the construction vehicle pneumatic which is adapted to improve the separation failure occurring at the boundary surface, such as in Related to radial tires.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, pneumatic radial tires for industrial vehicles that are used at a low speed of, for example, an average speed of 15 km / h or less and are filled with high internal pressure (700 kPa or more, generally 900 to 1000 kPa) and used under super heavy load conditions, or relatively Heavy load pneumatic radial tires such as construction radial pneumatic tires used under heavy load conditions while having a low filling air pressure (generally 300 to 450 kPa) are used under high load conditions. Therefore, the vertical deflection rate of a tire is often 20% or more, and sometimes exceeds 25% (normally, the vertical deflection rate of a truck / bus tire is around 14%). Particularly, a large deformation is repeatedly generated in the tire from the contact start point between the flange of the mounted rim and the outer surface of the bead portion to the sidewall portion, and a large shear strain is generated by the deformation.
[0003]
Therefore, in the conventional heavy-duty pneumatic tire, the so-called carcass ultra-high turn-up in which the end of the carcass layer that is folded back and rolled up around the bead core extends to near the carcass line maximum width position where the deformation during running is relatively small. A structure is adopted to make it difficult for stress concentration to occur at the edge of the carcass layer, thereby improving edge separation resistance.
[0004]
FIG. 3 shows an example of a conventional pneumatic tire for construction vehicles . 11 is a tread portion, 12 is a sidewall portion, 13 is a bead portion, and CL is a tire center line (tire equator line). The

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is a pneumatic radial for construction vehicles that can suppress separation failure due to thermal fatigue generated at the interface between a carcass layer and an adjacent rubber layer such as a bead filler in a bead portion, and can improve durability. To provide tires.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the pneumatic radial tire for construction vehicles of the present invention that achieves the above object, a carcass layer made of a steel cord is mounted between a pair of left and right bead portions, and a belt layer is formed around the tire around the tread portion. In a pneumatic radial tire for a construction vehicle in which the end portion of the carcass layer is folded around the bead core in the bead portion and wound up from the inside of the tire to the vicinity of the maximum width of the carcass line .
Between the carcass layer non hoisting unit and the carcass layer wound up portion, it is connected to the bead filler and the bead filler consisting of a soft rubber filler which is connected to the outside of the hard rubber filler and hard rubber fillers which are connected to the bead cores The soft rubber cushion layer is interposed, the soft rubber filler is disposed between the hard rubber filler and the carcass layer winding portion, and the soft rubber cushion layer is disposed between the hard rubber filler, the soft rubber filler, and the carcass layer. Place between the winding part,
The soft rubber cushion layer is composed of a rubber composition having a carbon compounding amount of 30 to 42 parts by weight with respect to 100 parts by weight of rubber and tan δ at 60 ° C. of 0.04 to 0.08,
The outer end in the tire radial direction of the soft rubber cushion layer is positioned on the outer side in the tire radial direction with respect to the rolled-up end of the carcass layer, while the inner end in the tire radial direction of the soft rubber cushion layer is attached to a normal rim to obtain a normal internal pressure. Is located on the inner side in the tire radial direction from the straight line Lr drawn in the bead portion in the normal direction to the rim flange from the contact start point x between the outer surface of the bead portion and the rim flange in the cross section in the tire meridian direction when applied , The height Hb from the position Q corresponding to the outer diameter of the normal rim at the inner end in the tire radial direction of the soft rubber cushion layer is determined from the position Q corresponding to the outer diameter up to the intersection y between the straight line Lr and the carcass layer unrolled portion. It is characterized by being in the range of 30 to 90% of the height Hd .
[0008]
As described above, the soft rubber cushion layer is interposed between the unrolled portion of the carcass layer and the rolled-up portion of the carcass layer, so that even if high shear strain occurs due to large repeated deformation, it is adjacent to the carcass layer. Thermal fatigue that occurs at the interface with the rubber layer can be suppressed. Therefore, the occurrence of separation due to thermal fatigue can be suppressed and the durability can be improved.

The rubber and carbon used here may be those usually used for tires and are not particularly limited. Moreover, the rubber compounding with tan δ smaller than 0.04 at 60 ° C. is a compound with a reduced amount of carbon as described above, and the reinforcing effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if it is larger than 0.08, a large radial tire having a large tire cross-sectional thickness is easily affected by a decrease in durability due to heat generation, which causes a bead failure.
