Description

【Technical field】

In addition, a mounting foot having a cylindrical tip is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the compressor body, and a bolt insertion hole is provided in the cylindrical tip at a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the compressor body. The structure etc. which fasten the mounting bolt which penetrated the bolt insertion hole to the fixed mounting bracket are employ | adopted.
The compressor mounting structure includes a bore housing in which a plurality of cylinder bores are formed and a side housing having piston driving means. The main fixing bolt means is inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the side housing. At least one sub-attachment having an insertion hole or an insertion groove provided with two main attachment portions having an insertion hole or an insertion groove to be attached, and having an auxiliary fixing bolt means inserted into the outer peripheral surface of the bore housing There is also known a configuration in which the compressor is held by the sub-mounting portion and fixed by the main mounting portion so that the sub-mounting portion does not need to be firmly attached to deform the bore housing (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001). -182650).
However, in recent compressors, the cylinder block is made of an aluminum alloy in order to reduce the weight. Therefore, when the mounting foot is tightened with the mounting bolt as in the former configuration, the tightening that occurs during this tightening is performed. The mounting leg portion is deformed by the pressure, and this deformation is propagated to the cylinder bore, the roundness of the cylinder bore is deteriorated, and the smooth movement of the piston is impaired. For this reason, it is considered that the piston clearance is set to be large in consideration of the deformation of the cylinder bore, but if such a configuration is adopted, the working fluid leaking from the side surface of the piston increases, so that tolerance management becomes strict. If this management is insufficient, there is a disadvantage that performance is deteriorated due to leakage.
Such an inconvenience can be solved to some extent by adopting the latter configuration, but the tightening force of the sub-mounting portion provided in the cylinder block is weakened. In such a case, the latter configuration is not necessarily suitable.
Therefore, in the present invention, while ensuring a strong mounting state by the mounting foot, the deformation of the cylinder bore at the time of mounting is suppressed to an allowable range to ensure a smooth movement of the piston, and strict management of the piston clearance is unnecessary. It is an object of the present invention to provide a reciprocating compressor that can be used.
DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION
In order to achieve the above object, a reciprocating compressor according to the present invention includes a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores, a shaft rotatably provided so as to penetrate the cylinder block, and rotation of the shaft. And a piston that reciprocates in the cylinder bore, and is installed by tightening a mounting foot provided on the cylinder block at a mounting location, and the mounting foot extends from the cylinder block. A connecting portion and a protruding portion that is formed following the connecting portion and protrudes on one side or both sides in the tightening direction, and the protruding portion has a lower rigidity than the connecting portion, The feature is that the deformation at the time of assembly is concentrated on the protrusion.
Therefore, in order to install the compressor at the mounting location, if the mounting foot provided on the cylinder block is tightened to the mounting location with a mounting bolt or the like, the mounting foot will be deformed by the tightening pressure at the time of tightening, Since the protrusion formed on the attachment foot is formed with a relatively lower rigidity than the connecting portion, deformation due to tightening is concentrated on the protrusion. For this reason, it becomes possible to absorb the deformation of the mounting foot portion that occurs at the time of tightening by the projecting portion, the transmission of the tightening pressure to the cylinder bore through the connecting portion is reduced, and the deformation of the cylinder bore is suppressed to an allowable range.
The reciprocating compressor according to the present invention includes a cylinder block having a plurality of cylinder bores, a shaft rotatably provided so as to pass through the cylinder block, and reciprocating in the cylinder bore as the shaft rotates. And a piston that moves, and is installed by tightening a mounting foot provided on the cylinder block at a predetermined location, and the mounting foot is connected to a connecting portion extending from the cylinder block, And a protrusion formed on one side or both sides of the fastening direction. The protrusion has a cross-section smaller than that of the connection, The deformation may be concentrated on the protrusion.
Therefore, according to such a configuration, in order to fix the compressor to the mounting location, when the mounting foot provided on the cylinder block is tightened to the mounting location with a mounting bolt or the like, the mounting foot due to the tightening pressure at the time of tightening However, since the cross-section of the projection formed on the mounting foot is smaller than the cross-section of the connecting portion, deformation due to tightening occurs preferentially in the projection having a small cross-section. Become.
In the above configuration, a bolt insertion hole for inserting the mounting bolt into the center of the protrusion may be formed, and the connecting portion may not be stealed from the direction orthogonal to the bolt insertion hole. In such a configuration, the rigidity of the connecting portion can be ensured more reliably.
Here, the outer shape of the protruding portion may be a cylindrical shape, so that the deformation of the protruding portion during tightening may be uniform around the axis. In addition, a bolt insertion hole for inserting the mounting bolt into the center of the protrusion is formed, and at least one of the protrusions provided on one side or both sides in the tightening direction is approximately the length of the inner diameter of the bolt insertion hole. It may be set to be 1 time or more so that deformation at the time of tightening the bolt can be easily concentrated on the protrusion.

[Industrial applicability]
As described above, according to the present invention, a cylinder block in which a plurality of cylinder bores are formed, a shaft that is rotatably provided to penetrate the cylinder block, and reciprocatingly moves in the cylinder bore as the shaft rotates. In a reciprocating compressor that is configured to have a piston and is installed by tightening a mounting foot provided on a cylinder block to a mounting location, the mounting foot is connected to a connecting portion extending from the cylinder block; The projection portion is formed following the connecting portion and protruded on one side or both sides in the tightening direction. The protrusion portion has a lower rigidity than the connecting portion, so that deformation at the time of tightening can be achieved. It is possible to concentrate the piston on the protrusion, and while maintaining a firm mounting state with the mounting feet, the deformation of the cylinder bore is suppressed to an allowable range, and the piston moves smoothly. It is possible to guarantee. For this reason, strict management of the piston clearance becomes unnecessary, and it is possible to increase the tolerance of the piston clearance.
