Description
さらに、断熱材5の上面には防水シート7が敷設され、この防水シート7は上記ビス6により固定のディスク8に電磁誘導加熱等による熱融着により固着して断熱材5に固定している(特許文献1参照)。
この構成であれば、補強フレームに板状体などの負荷を十分に担う強度を有するものを使用すれば、折板の劣化に左右されずに、断熱材等の板状体を折板屋根に敷設することができる。
このようにすれば、板状体の支持面積が増加し、その支持が安定する。
その断熱材5の上面全域には防水シート7が敷設され、この防水シート7は、適宜箇所において、ディスク板8を介して電磁誘導加熱により断熱材5に固定されている。

Claims (1)
- 屋根梁(1)に折板(31)を固定して折板屋根(3)を形成した折板屋根構造において、
上記折板屋根(3)の山部(3a)を跨ぐように断面等脚台形枠板片状補強フレーム(40)を設けてその補強フレーム(40)を上記屋根梁(1)に固定し、前記補強フレーム(40)の山部に前記折板屋根(3)の山部(3a)長さ方向全長に亘る断面下向きコ字状の桟フレーム(50)を嵌めて、その桟フレーム(50)は、前記断面下向きコ字状の両端から前記補強フレーム(40)の肩部にそれぞれ嵌った後、その補強フレーム(40)の斜辺部に沿う両端の片(51、51)を有してその両端の片(51、51)が前記肩部に嵌って斜辺部に沿う補強フレーム(40)の山部へ被さる不動の嵌りによって固定され、板状断熱材(5)をその桟フレーム(50)の上に載置して、その板状断熱材(5)を貫通して前記桟フレーム(50)にビス(6)をねじ込むことによって、その桟フレーム(50)及び前記補強フレーム(40)を介して上記折板屋根(3)上面に前記板状断熱材(5)を敷設したことを特徴とする折板屋根構造。
