Claims (14)
- 外部の装置を骨に固定するための骨固定要素(1)であって、
前記外部の装置に接続可能な頭部(2)と、
骨に固定可能でかつ予め定められた部分に骨ねじ(5)を含むシャフト(3)とを含み、
前記シャフト(3)は、本質的に前記シャフトの軸の方向に沿って前記予め定められた部分の第1の端部から第2の端部へと延在する少なくとも1つの骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)を含み、
少なくとも1つの前記骨ねじを形成しない面は、平面(6,7;21,22,23)をなしている、骨固定要素(1)。 - 前記骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)と前記シャフトの軸との間の距離は、前記骨ねじ(5)の先端と前記シャフトの軸との間の距離よりも小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 複数の骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記複数の骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)は周縁の方向に互いから等しい距離に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記骨ねじを形成しない面(11、12)の少なくとも1つは凹型の形状になるように設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;21、22、23)は前記シャフトの軸に平行に延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記骨ねじを形成しない面(16、17)は螺旋形部分の形で前記予め定められた部分
の第1の端部から第2の端部へと延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。 - 前記予め定められた部分は前記頭部(2)と反対の前記シャフト(3)の端部へと延在することを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 先端(4)は前記頭部(2)と反対の前記シャフト(3)の端部に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)の少なくとも1つは骨の内生を向上するために粗くされるかまたはコーティングされることを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記シャフト(3)は形状記憶合金から作られて設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記頭部(2)はロッド(30)へと接続するための受部(31)として設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1から11のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 前記頭部(2)は前記シャフト(3)にしっかりと接続されるかまたは関節でつながれることを特徴とする、請求項1から12のいずれかに記載の骨固定要素(1)。
- 2つまたは3つの骨ねじを形成しない面(6、7;11、12;16、17;21、22、23)が設けられることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の骨固定要素(1)。
