Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a centering technique for a ring-shaped workpiece such as an inner race of a swing bearing of a hydraulic excavator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an example of processing a ring-shaped workpiece, there is a gear cutting operation of an inner race of a slewing bearing. In this case, a gear cutter is used for the inner race (ring-shaped workpiece) of a plurality of slewing bearings placed on a work table. When gear cutting is performed, the plurality of workpieces are stacked so that these cores coincide with the reference core. Then, after these workpieces are clamped on the work table so that the workpieces are held in the centered state, the machining is performed.
[0003]
For centering, the operator taps the workpiece with a hammer or the like while rotating the fixture to adjust the position. At this time, measure and adjust the work by measuring the amount of eccentricity with a dial gauge, judging whether the measured value is within the allowable range, and adjusting the work piece with a hammer again if it is out of the range. Repeatedly. In addition, the work of clamping the workpiece to the work table in the gear cutting process is a hand-tightened type such as a bolt, and is manually performed by an operator as in the centering work.
[0004]
As a technology for automatically processing gears, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1, but this is processing by a machining center and is not combined with a gear cutter, so that gear cutting of a ring-shaped workpiece is performed. It cannot be applied to processing.

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the centering operation of the ring-shaped workpiece is performed by dividing it into four simple processes such as the first measurement process, the first adjustment process, the second measurement process, and the second adjustment process. Thus, the work can be automated and work efficiency can be greatly improved, and the centering work can be unmanned.
[0069]
Further, by performing the process of measuring and adjusting the position of the workpiece in two orthogonal axial directions in the support surface, the centering can be performed only by performing measurement and adjustment at least once in these axial directions. Therefore, centering can be performed reliably with a small number of processes. The
Then, the automatic centering device for automating the centering operation includes the first measuring means, the first adjusting means, the second measuring means, and the second adjusting means corresponding to each of the above-described steps. The functions can be simplified and the equipment can be simplified. The
[0070]
Even when multiple workpieces are stacked, by adjusting the position of the workpiece and fixing the position, the workpiece that has been adjusted when adjusting the position of the next workpiece after adjusting the position of one workpiece The position of will not shift. For this reason, it is possible to automate the centering process even when multiple workpieces are stacked by repeating position adjustment and position fixing from the lowest layer workpiece. The
[0071]
In this position fixing operation, first, the centered workpiece is temporarily fixed in the support surface, so that it is possible to prevent the position of the workpiece from shifting when clamping in the radial direction next. This temporary fixing is performed by clamping the workpiece in the Z-axis direction, so that even when a plurality of workpieces are stacked, it can be securely fixed with a simple configuration. The
[0072]
The above-described measurement and adjustment operations determine the deviation from the reference axis at the two intersections of the axis in the support surface and the outer periphery of the ring-shaped workpiece, which can be arbitrarily determined with the reference axis as the Z axis on the three-dimensional coordinates. By adjusting the position so that the deviation deviation is zero, the adjustment can be easily performed. The
In addition, the automatic centering device performs position measurement and adjustment while rotating the measurement direction of the measurement unit and the adjustment direction of the adjustment unit around the reference axis by the rotation unit, so that one measurement unit and the adjustment unit perform a plurality of directions. Can be adjusted and the equipment can be simplified. The
[0073]
By configuring the measuring unit of the measuring unit and the adjusting unit of the adjusting unit to move integrally in the axial direction of the reference axis by a common moving device, the adjusting unit after measuring the position of the workpiece by the measuring unit It is not necessary to move to the measurement position, and it is possible to prevent an error from occurring due to a shift in the adjustment position. In addition, measurement work and adjustment work can be smoothly coordinated, contributing to improved work efficiency. The
[0074]
Simplify the equipment by providing a pair of measuring elements arranged so that the measuring means face each other across an annular workpiece on an axis orthogonal to the reference axis, and using this measuring element to measure the position Can do.
Adjustment means on an axis perpendicular to the reference axisringIt is possible to simplify the apparatus by providing a pair of pushers arranged so as to face each other with the shaped workpiece sandwiched therebetween, and adjusting the position by pushing the outer periphery of the annular workpiece with this pusher.
