Description
軽量で製造施工が容易であり、所要の防火性能を達成できる防火戸用の戸枠を提供することにある。また、前記の戸枠を使用し、防火性能に優れ、軽量で施工が容易な防火戸を提供することにある。すなわち、熱膨張性耐火材、および熱膨張性耐火材と無機系材料、木質系材料、発泡材料のいずれか一つ、あるいは複数を組み合わせたものを戸枠の内部空間に挿入し、軽量で製造方法が簡易でありながら所定の防火性能を付与できる戸枠を提供することにある。
無垢材と組み合わせて用いてもよい。これらの材料を組み合わせることにより、より反りが発生しにくくなるため好適に用いられる。
枠10および防火扉20は所定厚の鉄板等で形成され、特定防火設備の場合は、例えば鉄板の厚さが1.5mm以上であり、防火設備の場合は0.8mm以上〜1.5mm未満の板厚の鉄板を使用しており、鉄板は閉断面形状をしている。すなわち、戸枠10は板金加工され、その端部が溶接等で接合されている。
図3に示す戸枠10Aの内部空間には、無機系材料として、ケイ酸カルシウム板(以下、ケイカル板という)15と熱膨張耐火材から形成した耐火シート12Aとを積層した充填材を挿入している。すなわち、内部空間に断面が矩形の框材14を挿入し、この框材と戸枠との隙間に耐火シート12Aとケイカル板15とが密着状態で位置するように配置されている。このように、框材14の内部には何もなく、框材の外面と戸枠10Aの内面で耐火シート12Aおよびケイカル板15を挟んで保持して戸枠10Aの軽量化を達成している。図3の実施形態では、厚さが5〜15mm程度のケイカル板15,15の外側に、厚さが0.5mm程度の熱膨張性耐火材の耐火シート12A,12Aが挿入されている。
図7cに示すように、厚さ12.5mmのケイ酸カルシウム板を積層したものを戸枠および扉の芯材として使用し、1.6mm厚の鉄板を使用した鋼製防火戸を作製した。
これに対して、比較例の鋼製防火戸は試験開始57分で防火扉が加熱側へ大きく反り、火炎が通り隙間が発生した。
くは1〜50μmである。また、前記無機充填剤は、粒径の大きいものと粒径の小さいものを組み合わせて使用することがより好ましい。
Claims (5)
- 防火扉を開閉可能に支持し、防火扉の外周を囲む形状の戸枠であって、該戸枠は、その内部空間内に薄板状の熱膨張性耐火材が前記防火扉の開き側面に位置する前面部と前記防火扉の開き側面の反対面に位置する後面部とに密着して挿入されて、該熱膨張性耐火材の膨張により該戸枠の変形が防止されていることを特徴とする防火戸用の戸枠。
- 前記戸枠は、前記内部空間内に、前記熱膨張性耐火材とともに、無機系材料、木質系材料、発泡材料のいずれか1つ、あるいは複数を組み合わせて挿入している請求項1に記載の防火戸用の戸枠。
- 前記熱膨張性耐火材は、ブチルゴムを主成分とする樹脂分100重量部に対して、リン化合物および熱膨張性無機物を15〜300重量部、無機充填剤を30〜500重量部含有し、前記熱膨張性無機物および無機充填剤の合計量が200〜600重量部含有する樹脂組成物からなる成形体である請求項1または2に記載の防火戸用の戸枠。
- 前記熱膨張性耐火材は、エポキシ樹脂100重量部に対して、熱膨張性無機物を10〜300重量部、無機充填剤を30〜400重量部含有し、前記熱膨張性無機物および無機充填剤の合計量が40〜500重量部含有する樹脂組成物からなる成形体である請求項1または2に記載の防火戸用の戸枠。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の戸枠に前記防火扉を開閉可能に支持していることを特徴とする防火戸。
