Description

The present invention relates to a mobile partition device that partitions a room such as a banquet hall or a multipurpose hall, and more particularly to a support structure for a rotary panel that closes a gap between the final partition panel and a wall surface.

The mobile partition device moves a plurality of partition panels stored in close proximity to the wall surface of the room one by one along the movement path of the guide rails installed on the ceiling one by one. The space between both side walls in the room is often not an integral multiple of the regular partition panel, so the gap formed between the final partition panel and the wall surface Need to be closed.

Conventionally, the gap is closed by another detachable closing panel, the closing panel is accommodated in the final partition panel, and this is closed by pulling it out by operation of a hand or an operation handle.

However, in this method, it is troublesome to bring the closing panel from another place and stand up, or to pull out the closing panel from the final partition panel, and the closing handle is automatically put in and out by the operation handle. In this case, there is a problem that the structure becomes complicated and the cost is increased.

Therefore, the applicant of the present application proposes a rotating panel that closes the gap between the final partition panel and the wall surface so as to be openable and closable by supporting the guide rail and the floor surface horizontally by the upper and lower pivots. Have already filed a patent application (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

JP 2002-364261 A (FIGS. 3 to 6 etc.)

In the rotating panel described in Patent Document 1, the upper pivot for supporting the upper end of the rotating panel on the guide rail is always urged upward by a compression coil spring inserted therein. Even if the upper pivot is pressed with the compression coil spring compressed to the maximum, there is a limit to the minimum compression dimension of the spring itself.

Therefore, when the rotating panel is erected between the guide rail and the floor surface, the upper pivot is first inserted into the bearing of the guide rail, and the rotating panel is lifted against the compression coil spring to lower the lower pivot to the floor surface. The work of fitting and standing up with the receiving holes is troublesome.

In order to solve this, it is conceivable to reduce the protruding dimension of the lower pivot or adjust the protruding dimension with an adjuster. However, in the former case, the lower pivot is inserted into the receiving hole on the floor. The insertion depth becomes shallow and the support strength of the rotating panel becomes small. Further, if the latter is used, the lower pivot whose projection size has been reduced in advance has to be protruded largely by the rotating operation of the adjuster, which is troublesome.

The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and can close the gap between the final partition panel and the wall surface in a simple and openable manner, and increase the downward movement stroke of the upper pivot. It is an object of the present invention to provide a movable partition device that can easily perform a standing operation of a rotary panel.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a mobile partition device according to claim 1 of the present invention partitions a room with a plurality of partition panels that are guided and moved by guide rails installed on the ceiling, and a final partition. In the mobile partition device in which the gap formed between the side edge of the panel and the wall surface is closed by a rotating panel supported by the guide rail and the floor surface so as to be horizontally rotatable with upper and lower pivots,
The upper pivot of the rotating panel is supported by a guide member provided inside the rotating panel so as to be slidable in the vertical direction, and can be elastically deformed downward extending toward the upper pivot on the side of the upper pivot. An urging means including a foot piece is provided, and the distal end portion of the foot piece is urged upward to be linked to the lower end portion of the upper pivot so that the upper end portion of the upper pivot always protrudes from the upper end of the rotating panel. The biasing means is a torsion coil spring, and the tip of the foot on one end thereof is bent at a right angle in a direction perpendicular to the upper pivot, and is drilled in the lower end of the upper pivot. It is characterized by being fitted into a long fitting hole on the side facing the direction .
According to this feature, when the upper pivot moves downward by elastically deforming the foot of the biasing means, there is no conventional compression coil spring in the moving direction, so the downward stroke of the upper pivot Increase. Therefore, the upper pivot of the upper pivot is pivotally supported by the guide rail, the amount of relative movement when the rotary panel is lifted is increased, and the gap between the floor and the lower end of the rotary panel is increased. Even if the protruding dimension is large, it can be easily fitted into the receiving hole on the floor surface.
Moreover, since the fitting depth of the lower pivot to the receiving hole can be increased, the rotating panel can be stably supported. And since it is not necessary to use a specially prepared biasing means, not only can the cost be reduced, but the length of the foot piece can easily increase the downward stroke of the upper pivot, and Since the rotation of the upper pivot is blocked by the foot piece, wear of the sliding surface between the guide member and the upper pivot can be suppressed.

The mobile partition device according to claim 2 of the present invention is the mobile partition device according to claim 1 , wherein a small-diameter shaft portion is provided at an upper end portion of the upper pivot, and the small-diameter shaft portion is disposed in the guide rail. It is characterized in that it is detachably fitted to the bearing member fixed to the bearing member so that the upper surface of the enlarged diameter step portion of the upper pivot below the small diameter shaft portion is in contact with the lower surface of the bearing member.
According to this feature, when the small-diameter shaft portion is fitted into the bearing member, the upper surface of the enlarged step portion of the upper pivot below the abutting portion contacts the lower surface of the bearing member over a wide area. Even if wear occurs on the moving surface, rattling of the upper pivot can be suppressed.

The mobile partition device according to claim 3 of the present invention is the mobile partition device according to claim 1 or 2 , wherein the rotary panel is moved to the closed position on the lower side end of the rotary panel opposite to the wall surface. A lock pin that can be fitted into a receiving hole provided on the floor surface when rotated, and an operation lever that moves the lock pin up and down are provided.
According to this feature, the rotary panel can be fixed at the closed position or opened by a simple operation of moving the operation lever up and down.

A mobile partition device according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the mobile partition device according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the lower pivot of the rotary panel is provided so that the position of the lower pivot can be adjusted in the vertical direction. It is characterized by that.
According to this feature, even if the projecting dimension of the lower pivot is long, the rotary panel can be erected in a state where it is moved upward, and the lower pivot can be projected from the rear to fit into the receiving hole. Work becomes easy.
Moreover, the height from the floor surface of a rotation panel can be adjusted optimally by adjusting the protrusion dimension of a lower pivot.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows that a plurality of partition panels 1 in a mobile partition device to which the present invention is applied are sequentially pulled out one by one along a guide rail 4 on a ceiling from a storage portion 3 formed on one wall surface 2 side. 2 is a perspective view showing a state in which the room is partitioned. FIG. 2 similarly partitions the room by a plurality of partition panels 1 and closes the gap 5 between the final partition panel 1 and the wall surface 2 by a rotating pamel 6 so as to be opened and closed. It is a perspective view which shows an aspect.

Each of the partition panels 1 is provided with a guide roller (not shown) pivotally supported on a pair of left and right vertical shafts erected on the upper end thereof, and a guide groove 4a having a downward U-shape (see FIG. 4). And a pair of left and right casters 7, 7 accommodated in the lower end portion are allowed to run on the floor surface so that they can move smoothly along the guide rail 4.

The caster 7 is automatically protruded and held when the partition panel 1 is lifted upward by a known advance / retreat mechanism, and is automatically stored inside when the partition panel 1 is lifted again. Yes.

Therefore, after traveling along the guide rail 4 to a predetermined position, the caster 7 can be stored, and the lower end of the partition panel 1 can be brought into contact with the floor surface and erected. Although not shown in the drawings, each partition panel 1 is moved into a fixed position by pressing down an operation lever projecting from the side end thereof and dropping a lock pin linked thereto into a receiving hole provided on the floor surface. It can be fixed to. Reference numeral 8 denotes a brush-like closing member that closes a gap between the upper end of the partition panel 1 and the guide rail 4.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the rotating panel 6 includes left and right side frames 9, an upper frame 10 and a lower frame 11 that connect opposing surfaces of upper and lower ends thereof, A panel 12 fitted into a rectangular frame surrounded by the upper frame 10 and the lower frame 11 is provided.

The upper frame 10 has a substantially U-shaped cross section when viewed from the side, and a pair of front and rear presser plates 14 and 14 having L-shaped cross sections are formed on the upper surface of the partition plate 13 connecting the upper facing surfaces thereof. The lower end portion of the brush-like closing member 8 similar to that described above is sandwiched between the upper piece 14a of the both presser plates 14 and the inner surface of the upper frame 10 above the partition plate 13 by screwing. ing.

On the lower surface of the side end portion of the partition plate 13 on the side of the wall surface 2, a bracket 15 having a U-shape facing downward as viewed from the side is fixed by a screw 16 with the side end portion protruding into the side frame 9.

The lower surface of the guide member 17 is fixed to the upper surface of the upper piece 15a of the bracket 15 through the opening of the partition plate 13 by welding. Reference numeral 18 denotes an upper pivot that pivotally supports the side end of the rotary panel 6 on the wall surface 2 side with respect to the guide rail 4. The upper piece 15 a of the bracket 15 and the guide member 17 are rotatably inserted and moved upward. Protruding.

A small-diameter shaft portion 18 a at the upper end portion of the upper pivot 18 is a bearing made of polyacetal or the like that is fitted in a U-shaped space at the side end portion of the guide rail 4 and fixed by a bolt (not shown) inserted through the fixing plate 19. The member 20 is supported so as to be detachable and the upper surface of the enlarged diameter step portion of the upper pivot 18 below the small-diameter shaft portion 18 a is brought into contact with the lower surface of the bearing member 20.

As shown in FIG. 5, a torsion coil spring 22 is loosely fitted to the support pin 21 supported by the inner end portions of the hanging pieces 15b, 15b before and after the bracket 15, and a foot piece 22a on one end side having a short dimension. As shown in FIG. 3, the inner surface of the bracket 15 is locked to the lower end of a hanging piece 15c that is bent from one end side in the longitudinal direction of the upper piece 15a of the bracket 15 by bending.

A bent piece 22c bent at a right angle to the tip of the foot piece 22b on the other end side which is the long dimension of the torsion coil spring 22 is formed in the diameter-expanded portion 18b at the lower end portion of the upper pivot 18 in the diametrical direction. The fitting hole 24 is long in the left-right direction.

The two leg pieces 22a, 22b of the torsion coil spring 22 are set by applying a torsional force in advance so as to open outward from the free state, so that the upper pivot 18 is always urged upward. Yes. By using such a torsion coil spring 22, the downward movement stroke of the upper pivot 18 can be increased as compared with a conventional compression coil spring.

The lower frame 11 has a generally downward U-shape when viewed from the side, and a reinforcing member 26 having a U-shaped cross section when viewed from the front is fixed to the side end of the inner two upper and lower partition plates 25, 25 on the wall surface 2 side. Has been.

A male screw 27a in the upper half of the lower pivot 27 that is coaxial with the central axis of the upper pivot 18 is screwed into the female screw hole formed in the lower partition plate 25 and the horizontal piece 26a in the lower part of the reinforcing plate 26. ing. The small-diameter shaft 27b at the lower end of the lower pivot 27 is rotatably fitted in a receiving basin 28 fitted to the floor surface F, and the lower surface of the enlarged diameter step portion 29 is slidable on the upper surface of the receiving basin 28. It comes to contact with.

A small-diameter guide shaft 27c projecting from the upper end of the male screw 27a can pass through the upper partition plate 25 and the upper horizontal piece 26b of the reinforcing member 26 and project upward. 30 is a lock nut of the lower pivot 27, and 31 is a stopper bolt that regulates the maximum amount of movement of the lower pivot 27 upward.

In order to stand the rotating panel 6 between the side end portion of the guide rail 4 and the floor surface F adjacent to the wall surface 2, first, the upper end portion of the upper pivot 18 is moved in a state where the lower pivot 27 is moved above the required dimension. The small-diameter shaft portion 18a is fitted to the bearing member 20 fixed in the side end portion of the guide rail 4 from below.

Next, after the rotary panel 6 is lifted and a gap is formed between the lower end thereof and the floor surface F, the lower pivot 27 is protruded downward to receive the small-diameter shaft 27b and insert it into the grammage 28.

When the rotary panel 6 is lifted, the upper pivot 18 bends the torsion coil spring 22 and moves relatively downward. However, as described above, the downward movement stroke of the upper pivot 18 is large. The rotary panel 6 can be lifted greatly. Therefore, since a large gap can be formed between the lower end of the rotary panel 6 and the floor surface F, the lower pivot 27 can be easily inserted into the tsubos 28.

Further, since it is not necessary to pull the lower pivot 27 large upward in advance, it is possible to reduce the amount of screwing when it is protruded downward and inserted into the receiving surface 28.

After the lower pivot 27 is received and inserted into the grammage 28, the protruding amount of the lower pivot 27 is adjusted, and the height of the rotary panel 6 from the floor F is adjusted. Thereby, the rotary panel 6 rotates horizontally around the upper and lower pivots 18 and 27 at a position close to the wall surface 2, and can close the gap 5 between the final partition panel 1 and the wall surface 2, and the door. Alternatively, the gap 5 can be opened and closed.

In addition, when not in use, the storage unit 3 can be rotated to a position parallel to the wall surface 2 and overlapped with the other partition panel 1.

As shown in FIG. 6, an operation lever 33 that can move up and down along a long hole 32 that faces in the vertical direction protrudes from the side end surface of the side frame 9 opposite to the wall surface 2 of the rotary panel 6. Then, by pushing down and inserting the lower end of the internal lock pin 34 into the receiving hole 35 provided in the floor surface F, the lock pin 34 is fixed at the closed position.

The urging means for the upper pivot 18 may be a leaf spring instead of the torsion coil spring 22.

That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the side end portion of the leaf spring 37 is screwed to the upper surface of the mounting piece 36 fixed to the opposing surface of the side end portion of the both hanging pieces 15 b of the bracket 15, and the tip of the leaf spring 37 is It is formed by sandwiching the enlarged diameter portion 18b of the upper pivot 18 between the two forked pieces 37a and 37a, and folding back both projecting end portions of the pin 38 inserted into the enlarged diameter portion 18b to the lower surface of the forked piece 37a. It is loosely fitted in the long hole 39. Even in this way, the downward movement stroke of the upper pivot 18 can be increased.
