【0001】
他方、宇宙食などの場合の如く、食品の温度管理は温度と時間が重要とされている(NASAで開発されたHACCP(Hazard Analysis Critical Con−trol Point)方式など)。
【0004】

【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, the temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the recording object, the recording side storage means for holding its own ID code, the clock means, the transmission / reception means for exchanging data with the outside, The recording means for recording the temperature data detected by the temperature detection means in correspondence with the time and the power source are housed in the case, and the temperature recording device for recording the temperature around the case is held in the holding portion of the holding member Therefore, even if the temperature recording device is small, it can be handled easily.
[0092]
Also, The present invention According to the present invention, the holding member is composed of a main body having an attachment portion for attaching to the attachment surface and a holder having the holding portion, and the temperature recording device is held in the holding portion with the temperature recording device being held in the temperature recording device. Since the holder can be detachably attached to the main body without being touched, it is possible to avoid the disadvantage that abnormal temperature data is recorded in the temperature recording device. For example, when performing temperature recording with the temperature recording device fixed to a fixed point, the main body is attached to the mounting surface and the temperature recording device is held by the holder, and the holder is attached to the main body without touching the temperature recording device. Can be attached to or detached from the main body, and the temperature recording apparatus can be handled more easily and safely.
[0093]
In particular, the holder of the holding member As a whole, it has the shape of “ku”, When removed from the main body and placed on the placement surface, the temperature recording device is kept away from the placement surface. Can be held Therefore, even when the holder is detached from the main body and placed on the placement surface, it is possible to avoid inconvenience that the temperature recording apparatus directly affects the temperature recording device directly from the placement surface.
