Description
しかしながら、流量のみを監視する従来の制御では、外部配管の抵抗が何らかの理由で大きくなった場合、必要以上に配管内圧力が高くなり、例えば、不意なバルブの閉じきり、外部配管の折れ、踏みつけなどにより、急激に圧力が上昇するなどの問題がある。
この場合、上記圧力センサが、上記電動比例弁の下流側で、恒温液循環装置における温調部に至る間に設けるのが望ましい。
図1は、本発明に係る恒温液循環装置の第1実施例を示している。この恒温液循環装置10は、熱交換器によって温調された恒温の循環液を収容するタンク11、該タンク内の恒温液を外部装置20を通して循環させるための入口12a及び出口12bを有する管路12、該管路12中に介在させて上記タンク11内の恒温循環液を外部装置20に送給するポンプ13、並びに、上記管路12の出口12bに近い位置に設けられた流量センサ14を備えている。
上記タンク11に収容された循環液を温調するための手段は、特に限定されるものではなく、冷却の場合には、例えば、水冷式、冷凍式ペルチェ素子を利用する方式等があり、加熱の場合には、ヒータ方式、ホットガス方式等がある。
なお、上記恒温液循環装置10における管路12の入口12a及び出口12bと、外部装置20の配管21における出口端21b及び入口端21aとの間には、必要に応じて接続管23が接続される。
上記第1実施例では、コントローラ15に、外部装置20の配管21に送給する循環液の流量または圧力を制御する制御機能をもたせるにあたり、上記ポンプ13の回転数をインバータ16により制御しているが、この第2実施例の恒温液循環装置30では、当該構成に代えて、上記恒温液循環装置30における管路12の出口12bと入口12aとを連通させるバイパス流路31を設けると共に、該バイパス流路31に、そこを流れる液体の流量を調整して外部装置20における上記配管21に流れる循環液の流量を制御し、結果的に該配管21内の圧力を制御する電動弁32を設けている。
なお、この第2実施例におけるその他の構成及び作用は、第1実施例の場合と実質的に変わるところがないので、図中の同一または相当部分に同一の符号を付してそれらの説明を省略する。
この第3実施例の恒温液循環装置40は、上記第2実施例におけるバイパス流路31及び電動弁32に代えて、恒温液循環装置40における管路12の出口12bに、そこを通して外部装置20の配管21に流れる循環液の流量を制御する電動比例弁41を設け、コントローラ15において、圧力センサ18の出力に基づく上記電動比例弁41の制御により、外部装置20の配管21に流れる液体の流量を制御するようにし、すなわち、電動比例弁41の下流側の圧力が高くなった場合には、該電動比例弁41を絞ることにより、圧力を低下させるものである。

Claims (7)
- 温調された恒温の循環液をポンプによって送給する管路を備え、該管路の入口と出口とに、上記循環液により温調対象物との間で熱負荷の授受を行う熱授受領域を備えた外部装置における上記循環液の流路を形成する配管の両端をそれぞれ接続して、上記循環液が環流する循環流路を形成する恒温液循環装置において、
上記外部装置の循環流路における配管の任意数の圧力上昇予測点に、その圧力検出を行う圧力センサが設けられ、
上記恒温液循環装置の動作を制御するコントローラに、上記圧力上昇予測点の圧力検出を行う圧力センサの出力に基づいて、その検出圧力が該コントローラに予め設定した圧力上限設定値を超えないように、外部装置の配管に送給する循環液の流量または圧力を制御する制御機能をもたせた、
ことを特徴とする外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記コントローラにおける循環液の流量または圧力を制御する制御機能が、上記ポンプの回転数をインバータにより制御して、上記循環流路に送給する循環液の圧力を制御する機能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記恒温液循環装置における管路の出口と入口とを連通させるバイパス流路を設けると共に、該バイパス流路にそこを流れる液体の流量を調整して外部装置における上記配管を流れる循環液の流量を制御する電動弁を設け、
上記コントローラにおける循環液の流量または圧力を制御する制御機能が、上記電動弁の制御によりバイパス流路を流れる液体の流量を制御する機能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記電動弁が、上記恒温液循環装置における管路の出口における、上記外部装置の配管と上記バイパス流路との分岐点に設けられた電動三方弁である、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記圧力センサが、恒温液循環装置の管路の出口と入口におけるバイパス流路との接合点よりも外部装置側に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記恒温液循環装置における管路の出口に、そこを通して外部装置の配管に流れる循環液の流量を制御する電動比例弁を設け、
上記コントローラにおける循環液の流量または圧力を制御する制御機能が、上記電動比例弁の制御により外部装置の配管に流れる液体の流量を制御する機能である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。 - 上記圧力センサが、上記電動比例弁の下流側で、恒温液循環装置における温調部に至る間に設けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の外部配管保護機能をもつ恒温液循環装置。
