【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a crawler belt suitable for use in a tracked vehicle such as a hydraulic excavator or a hydraulic crane.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, a crawler belt used in a tracked vehicle such as a hydraulic excavator has an outer link portion formed on one side in the longitudinal direction and an inner link portion formed on the other side in the longitudinal direction, and is connected to each other endlessly. A right track link, a bush provided by connecting the inner link portions of each track link, and a bush inserted by being inserted into the bush, and both left and right end sides are fitted to the outer link portion. And a seal member provided between the outer link portion of the track link and the bush and provided on the outer peripheral side of the connection pin.
[0003]
This type of prior art crawler belt is provided by being wound between an idler wheel and a drive wheel, and the crawler belt is driven between the idler wheel and the drive wheel by rotating the drive wheel by a traveling hydraulic motor or the like. To make the vehicle run forward and backward.
[0004]
Further, in this crawler track according to the prior art, in order to prevent dirt and the like from entering between the bush and the connecting pin during traveling, an annular material using a rubber material or the like is used between the outer link portion of the track link and the bush. There are known ones equipped with a seal member (for example, JP-A-7-285472).
[0005]
As another prior art, there is known a shaft seal device that is not used for a crawler belt but is used, for example, for an upper roller or a lower roller of a tracked vehicle (for example, JP-A-7-293707). The shaft seal device is configured to seal between the stationary housing and the rotating housing using a bearing including an outer ring, an inner ring, and a rolling element.
[0006]
Furthermore, in another prior art, a structure in which a coating layer mainly composed of a fixed lubricant, hard particles, etc. is provided on at least one of the outer surface of the resin sliding bearing or the inner surface of the housing. Is known (for example, JP-A-9-236125).
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, the prior art described in the above-mentioned Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-285472, for example, seals between the outer link portion and the bush by a sealing member, and dirt and the like enter between the bush and the connecting pin from between the two. It is set as the structure which prevents doing.
[0008]
However, for example, once earth and sand enter between the contact surfaces of the seal member and the bush, abrasive wear occurs on the contact surfaces of the both, and the sealing effect of the seal member is reduced.
[0009]
In this case, there is a problem that external earth and sand or the like easily enters between the bush and the connecting pin through the seal member, and the inner peripheral surface of the bush or the outer peripheral surface of the connecting pin is quickly worn by the earth and sand. Arise.
[0010]
In addition, the soil and sand that has entered between the bush and the connecting pin is not discharged to the outside, but remains clogged and accumulated between the two. There is a problem in that the relative rotation is not performed and the movement of the crawler belt becomes worse.
[0011]
On the other hand, the shaft seal device according to the prior art described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-293707 is configured to seal between the stationary housing and the rotating housing using a bearing.
[0012]
However, in this prior art, the bearing is configured by using an outer ring, an inner ring and rolling elements, and the inner ring of the bearing itself is configured by combining a plurality of members, which increases the number of parts of the entire bearing. As a result, the assemblability deteriorates and the overall structure becomes complicated.
[0013]
Further, in the resin sliding bearing according to the prior art described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-236125, a coating mainly composed of a fixed lubricant, hard particles, etc. is used for fretting wear caused by slight vibration during high-speed rotation. It is possible to prevent this by using a layer. However, in the case where earth and sand frequently intrude between the pin and the bush like a crawler belt used in construction machinery, it is not possible to prevent the progress of abrasive wear that occurs between the pin and the bush only by using the covering layer. There is a problem that it is difficult.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art. The object of the present invention is to prevent dirt, sand, and the like from the outside from entering the sliding surface between the bush and the connecting pin, thereby causing wear and damage. An object of the present invention is to provide a crawler belt that can prevent occurrence on a moving surface and can smoothly rotate a bush and a connecting pin over a long period of time.
[0015]
Another object of the present invention is to provide a crawler belt that can simplify the structure of the seal member and can prevent intrusion of earth and sand into the sliding surface between the bush and the connecting pin. There is to do.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the crawler belt according to the present invention has an outer link portion formed on one side in the longitudinal direction and an inner link portion formed on the other side in the longitudinal direction, and connected to each other endlessly. Track links, bushes provided by connecting the inner link portions of the respective track links, and inserted into the bushes, and both left and right ends are fitted to the outer link portions. The connecting pin is connected, and a seal member is provided between the outer link portion of the track link and the bush and provided on the outer peripheral side of the connecting pin.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a resin slide bearing is fitted in the slide bearing fitting groove provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bush. Formed into a cylindrical shape by molding a composite of a resin material with a lower hardness and hard particlesIn addition, a hardened surface layer of tungsten carbide coating is provided on the outer periphery of the connecting pin.Even if foreign matter such as earth and sand enters between the connecting pin and the resin slide bearing through the seal member during traveling, the earth and sand can be crushed by hard particles, and the earth and sand can be crushed by the resin slide bearing. Can be buried in the inner peripheral surface of the, The problem that earth and sand accumulate on the sliding surface between the bush and the connecting pin can be solvedThe In addition, when the earth and sand enters between the sliding surfaces of the resin sliding bearing and the connecting pin, the hard particles serve as a stopper to prevent the earth and sand from moving between the sliding surfaces as the crawler belt rotates. It is possible to suppress the occurrence of aggressive wear due to earth and sand between the sliding surfaces. Moreover, by providing a surface hardened layer made of a tungsten carbide-based thermal spray coating on the outer peripheral side of the connecting pin, the surface hardened layer of the connecting pin can be stably formed as a hardened layer having a hardness higher than earth and sand. The wear resistance of the connecting pin can be increased.
[0088]
For this reason, it is possible to solve the problem that earth and sand accumulate and clog between the sliding surfaces of the bush and the connecting pin, keep the sliding resistance between the bush and the connecting pin small, and smoothly move the crawler belt over a long period of time. Can be made.
[0089]
In the invention of claim 2, since the seal member is constituted by a seal ring having an M-shaped cross section, the seal ring can be elastically brought into contact with the outer link portion and the bush. Can be satisfactorily sealed, and the sealing performance of the seal ring can be enhanced.
[0090]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the seal member is configured such that an annular inner seal provided in the outer seal is slidable with respect to the annular outer seal provided by being fitted in the outer link portion. SoWhen traveling, the inner seal provided in the outer seal of the seal member is slid with respect to the outer seal provided in the outer link portion, and in this state, the space between the outer link portion and the bush can be stably sealed. . For this reason,These inner seals and outer seals can lengthen the seal surface of the seal member in a labyrinth, improving its sealing performance, and simply configuring the seal member with only two members, the inner seal and outer seal, simplifying the structure can do.
[0091]
on the other handThe invention of claim 4according to,A plastic slide bearing is fitted in the slide bearing fitting groove provided on the inner peripheral surface of the bush. This resin slide bearing is a composite of a resin material having a hardness lower than that of the bush and hard particles. It is configured to form into a cylindrical shape by molding,The seal member is configured such that an annular inner seal provided by being fitted to the projecting portion of the resin sliding bearing is slidable with respect to the annular outer seal provided by being fitted in the outer link portion. SoWhen traveling, slide the inner seal of the seal member provided in the protruding portion of the resin sliding bearing against the outer seal provided in the outer link portion,The outer seal and inner seal can stably seal between the outer link part and the bush, and between the outer link part and the resin sliding bearing, and the sealing surface is lengthened in a labyrinth to improve the sealing performance. In addition, the seal member can be simply configured by only two members, the inner seal and the outer seal, and the structure can be simplified.
