BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment that discharges water for extinguishing from a sprinkler head when a fire occurs, and more particularly to a sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment that controls water discharge with each dwelling unit of a housing complex as one protective section.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, there is a thing of Unexamined-Japanese-Patent No. 10-5365 as this kind of sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment.
[0003]
This sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is provided with a control valve and a water flow detection device that are normally open in the fire extinguishing piping in order to suppress water loss during malfunction of the sprinkler head. When the water flow detection signal is received from the fire detector, if the fire signal from the fire detector is not received, the control valve is closed and water discharge is stopped, and when the fire signal is received from the fire detector, the control valve is opened. To discharge water.
[0004]
In addition, the sprinkler control panel monitors the failure signal from the fire receiver, and when the failure signal is output, the control valve is kept open to continue water discharge. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water discharge from being stopped carelessly when a fire signal is not output due to disconnection of the sensor line despite the occurrence of a fire.
[0005]
In such a sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, an inspection for confirming the function of opening / closing control of the control valve is required. In this inspection, the end test valve installed at the end of the pipe connected to the sprinkler head is opened. When the terminal test valve is opened, the flowing water detection device detects the flowing water, and the sprinkler control panel controls the closing of the control valve because there is no fire signal based on the flowing water detection. Next, in order to control the opening of the control valve, a fire signal or a failure signal is output from the fire receiving panel side to the sprinkler control panel, thereby controlling the opening of the control valve to check whether it operates normally.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in such a conventional function check, the end test valve is provided outside each dwelling unit so that it can be operated easily. However, in order to output a fire signal or fault signal from the fire receiving panel side, the dwelling unit You have to go inside and operate fire detectors and fire reception panels, etc., and it is difficult to check if there is a privacy problem or the resident is away.
[0007]
An object of this invention is to provide the sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment which can perform the functional check of a control valve easily for every protection area, without entering a dwelling unit.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve this object, the present invention is configured as follows. First, a sprinkler fire extinguishing system according to the present invention includes a fire alarm system for monitoring a fire in a protective section by connecting a fire detector installed in the protective section to a sensor line, a sprinkler head disposed in the protective section, and a sprinkler head. And a sprinkler control panel for controlling the supply of fire-fighting water by controlling the control valve with a fire signal or a failure signal from a fire alarm facility.
[0009]
For such a sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, the present invention includes an inspection mode setting switch provided outside the protection section to be inspected, and a sensor line drawn into the sprinkler control panel. Simulated fault occurrence switch that generates a pseudo fault signal as a disconnection condition When the inspection mode setting switch is operated, Activate the simulated fault switch And an inspection control unit for controlling the control valve.
[0010]
In addition, the sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment of the present invention includes a fire alarm equipment for monitoring a fire in the protective compartment by connecting a fire detector installed in the protective compartment to a sensor line, and a closed sprinkler head arranged in the protective compartment. A control valve that controls the supply and stop of fire-extinguishing water to the sprinkler head, a water-flow detection device that detects the flow of fire-extinguishing water due to the operation of the sprinkler head, and the sprinkler head with the control valve open in the steady monitoring state When fire water is detected by the water flow detector, the control valve is kept open if there is a fire signal or fault signal from the fire alarm equipment, and if there is no fire signal or fault signal, control is performed. And a sprinkler control panel that closes the valve and stops the supply of fire-fighting water.
[0011]
With respect to such a sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment, the present invention has an inspection mode setting switch provided outside the protective section and a check valve setting control switch in a state in which the control valve is closed by the detection of the flowing water of the flowing water detection device accompanying the inspection operation. An inspection control unit is provided that generates a pseudo fire signal or a failure signal to control the opening of the control valve when a signal from an operation is detected.
[0012]
For this reason, if it is confirmed that the control valve is closed by the generation of a running water detection signal at the time of inspection, operating the inspection mode setting switch causes a pseudo fire signal or fault signal to be output from the fire reception panel and controlled. Valves are closed and control functions can be checked by operating outside the protection zone without entering the protection zone and operating the fire detector or fire receiver. It can be easily checked even if the resident is away.
[0013]
In another embodiment of the present invention, the same sprinkler fire extinguishing equipment is targeted, and the inspection mode setting switch provided outside the protection section and the signal by the operation of the inspection mode setting switch are detected to set the inspection mode. The inspection control unit performs a series of inspection control for closing the control valve by detecting the water flow of the water flow detection device accompanying the inspection operation and then opening the control valve by generating a pseudo fire signal or fault signal. And is provided.
[0014]
In this embodiment, when the inspection mode setting switch is operated, a series of inspection operations are automatically performed in which the control valve is automatically controlled to be closed and then opened, so that the inspection becomes easier.
[0015]
Here, the sprinkler control panel causes the detector line to be disconnected, and causes the fire alarm facility to output a fault signal to the sprinkler control panel. For this reason, inspection from outside the dwelling unit can be easily performed without adding a circuit or the like that artificially generates a failure signal.
[0016]
In addition, the sprinkler control panel creates a simulated fire signal or fault signal reception state in the receiving circuit that receives the fire signal or fault signal from the fire reception board. Fire fault relay The inspection control unit Fire fault relay May be operated to input a pseudo fire signal or failure signal from the fire receiving board.
[0017]
In addition, the sprinkler control panel creates a simulated flow detection that creates a reception state of a simulated flow detection signal in the reception circuit that receives the flow detection signal from the flow detection device. relay The inspection control unit is equipped with simulated running water detection relay May be operated to control the opening of the control valve. In this case, since it is not necessary to operate the end test valve in order to operate the running water detection device, the inspection work is further facilitated.
[0018]
Furthermore, in the sprinkler control equipment of the present invention, the fire alarm equipment is provided with a fire detector and a fire receiving panel for monitoring the fire detector for each dwelling unit of the apartment, and an inspection mode setting switch and an inspection control unit are provided for each dwelling unit. The fire receiving panel may be provided in a housing ridge receiving panel for centralized monitoring, and an arbitrary sprinkler control panel may be designated from the housing building receiving panel for inspection control. For this reason, the function check of the control valve can be performed in a lump in the housing building reception board without going to the dwelling unit.
