Description
ポリ乳酸樹脂[数平均分子量72,000、融点164℃]の5質量%クロロホルム溶液に、メラミンシアヌレート[日産化学工業(株)製 MC−600(商品名):平均粒子径1.6μm]をポリ乳酸に対して1質量%になるように添加して均一分散させた。次いでシャーレ上で該溶液からクロロホルムを50℃で揮発させ、フィルム状のサンプルを得た。このフィルム状サンプルを小片に切り取り、DSC(示差走査熱量)測定[セイコー電子(株)製 DSC−200]を行った。測定は、10℃/分で200℃まで昇温して、そのまま5分間保持し、その後2℃/分で冷却した。冷却時に観測されるポリ乳酸の結晶化に由来する発熱ピークの面積から発熱量ΔHを、発熱ピーク頂点の温度から結晶化温度TCを測定した。DSC測定データを図1に、結果を表1に示した。比較例に対して、結晶化に伴う発熱量が増加し、結晶化温度も高くなったことより、結晶化速度が速くなったと考えることができる。
メラミンシアヌレートの代わりに、ポリリン酸メラミン[日産化学工業(株)製 PMP−100(商品名):平均粒子径1.8μm]を用いた他は、実施例1と同様に行った。
メラミンシアヌレートの代わりに、ポリリン酸メラミン・メラム・メレム複塩[日産化学工業(株)製 PMP−200(商品名):平均粒子径2.6μm]を用いた他は、実施例1と同様に行った。
2Lの丸底フラスコ内で、メラミン[日産化学工業(株)製]12.6g、パラトルエンスルホン酸1水和物19.0g、水600gを混合した。80℃で3時間反応させた後、水を減圧留去して、110℃で一晩乾燥させることにより結晶粉末を得た。これを乳鉢で粉砕してパラトルエンスルホン酸メラミン[平均粒径8.8μm]を得た。
メラミンシアヌレートを使用しなかった他は、実施例1と同様に行った。DSC測定データを図2に示した。
メラミンシアヌレートの代わりに、タルク[平均粒子径3.5μm]を用いた他は、実施例1と同様に行った。
Claims (9)
- メラミンシアヌレート、ポリリン酸メラミン、ポリリン酸メラミン・メラム・メレム複塩及びパラトルエンスルホン酸メラミンからなる群から選ばれる1種のメラミン化合物塩であるポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤、
但し、ポリ乳酸樹脂100質量部に対して、該ポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤は0.03〜2.0質量部を添加する。 - メラミン化合物塩の平均粒子径が10μm以下である請求項1に記載のポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤、
但し、該平均粒子径は、Mie理論に基づくレーザー回折・散乱法により測定して得られる50%体積径(メジアン径)とする。 - 該メラミン化合物塩がメラミンシアヌレートである請求項2記載のポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤。
- 該メラミン化合物塩がポリリン酸メラミン又はポリリン酸メラミン・メラム・メレム複塩である請求項2記載のポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤。
- 該メラミン化合物塩がパラトルエンスルホン酸メラミンである請求項2記載のポリ乳酸樹脂用結晶核剤。
- ポリ乳酸樹脂100質量部に対して、メラミンシアヌレート、ポリリン酸メラミン、ポリリン酸メラミン・メラム・メレム複塩及びパラトルエンスルホン酸メラミンからなる群から選ばれる1種である、平均粒子径が10μm以下であるメラミン化合物塩を結晶核剤として0.03〜2.0質量部を添加する結晶化ポリ乳酸樹脂の製造方法、
但し、該平均粒子径は、Mie理論に基づくレーザー回折・散乱法により測定して得られる50%体積径(メジアン径)とする。 - 該メラミン化合物塩がメラミンシアヌレートである請求項6記載の結晶化ポリ乳酸樹脂の製造方法。
