Description
Claims (10)
- モータを含む駆動部(10)と、前記モータによって駆動されるポンプ羽根車(30)を含むポンプ部(11)と、前記駆動部(10)及び前記ポンプ部(11)の間に設けられた側方の吐出口(22)と、前記ポンプ部(11)に取り付けられて、前記吐出口(22)を覆うスクリーン(25)とを備える心内血液ポンプであって、
前記ポンプ羽根車(30)は、流れの方向に進むにつれて直径が大きくなるハブ(31)を有しており、前記スクリーン(25)は、前記吐出口(22)を出た流れが前記スクリーン(25)の傾斜した案内部(27)に向けてなめらかに案内されるように、前記吐出口(22)の上流側端部(28)の位置で前記ポンプ部(11)から突出していることを特徴とする心内血液ポンプ。 - 前記スクリーン(25)は柔軟性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記ポンプ羽根車(30)は、前記吐出口(22)の下まで延在する翼(32)を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記吐出口(22)の長さの少なくとも半分の部分が前記翼(32)を覆うことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記スクリーン(25)は、流れの方向とは反対方向に90度を超える角度だけ折り返し、前記ポンプ部(11)に当接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記スクリーン(25)の前記案内部(27)は円錐形であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記スクリーン(25)の前記案内部(27)は、指数関数的に拡径されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記スクリーン(25)は、その全長にわたって一定比率で拡径されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- 前記駆動部(10)に固着された保持部材(36)は、前記スクリーン(25)の拡径端部に係合しており、血液ポンプが導入用シース(40)の中に引き込まれたとき、前記スクリーン(25)は放射状に後退することを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
- カニューレ(13)が前記ポンプ部(11)に固着されているとともに、前記スクリーン(25)は前記カニューレ(13)と一体化された部分であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれかに記載の心内血液ポンプ。
