Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a thermal roll paper used as a printing medium for a thermal printer. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for copying a sign or the like on each of the lower cut pieces in a state where a plurality of cut pieces cut after printing are overlapped. It is related with the thermal roll paper provided with the structure which enables this.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, when required output information is printed on a form by a printer and a plurality of forms on which required output information is printed, such as a delivery slip, for example, no carbon processing or back carbon processing is applied. Printing is performed on a copy form composed of a plurality of forms using an impact printer such as a wire dot printer.
[0003]
By the way, in a maintenance company etc. that performs services such as maintenance inspections outsourced from various equipment sales companies, after printing the required output information on the services performed etc. on the copy form used as a delivery slip, The customer's signature has been received for verification. Here, the signature is written on the upper layer paper of the delivery slip. However, since the delivery slip is a copy form, the signature is copied and entered on all lower layer papers through the copy function. Then, if the delivery slip with the customer's signature is composed of three sheets, for example, one of them is handed over to the customer, the other one is stored by the maintenance company, and the other one is entrusted. Passed to the original sales company.
[0004]
Therefore, as a means of creating delivery slips in industries such as maintenance services where it is necessary to go to the customers as described above, work on the spot, create delivery slips and receive customer confirmation signs However, in recent years, printers built in this handy terminal have been used as thermal printers that print on thermal roll paper from conventional impact printers. It has migrated. As is well known, a thermal printer is one that prints by coloring a thermosensitive coloring layer through the application of heat by a thermal head. Therefore, in a handy terminal equipped with such a thermal printer, printing is performed on a copy form. I can't do it. For this reason, when using a handy terminal equipped with a thermal printer to create delivery slips for maintenance services that require customer confirmation signs, the required number of forms are printed, and then the forms are overlaid. In the meantime, the customer's confirmation sign is received with carbon paper in between.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the copy means of the confirmation sign as described above, a plurality of forms separated after printing are overlapped, a carbon paper is sandwiched between the forms each time, and the sign is received. Since the paper has to be removed, there are problems that it takes time and effort, and the work efficiency is poor. Further, there is a problem that carbon paper must be prepared separately and always carried.
[0006]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermal roll paper that can solve such conventional problems.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is a thermal roll paper in which a long thermal paper having a thermal coloring layer on the surface of a paper base is wound in a roll shape, and enables pressure-sensitive copying on the back surface of the thermal paper. The thermal roll paper is characterized in that a carbon layer is formed .
[0008]
Here, the carbon layer can be provided so as to cover the entire width of the thermal paper by printing and applying carbon ink, or can be provided in a required portion between the horizontal widths of the thermal paper.
[0009]
In such a configuration, the long thermal paper on which the required printing is performed on the thermal coloring layer on the surface by the thermal printer is automatically cut after the printing to become a cut piece of a predetermined length. As a result, the thermal paper is formed on the back surface of each separated piece by making the required number of separated pieces and writing the sign on the surface of the upper layer piece in a state where the separated pieces are overlapped. The carbon of the existing carbon layer is transferred to the surface of each of the lower layer paper pieces facing each other, and a written character such as a signature can be copied and written on all the separated pieces of the lower layer.
[0010]
In addition, the thermal roll paper having this configuration is suitable for use with a printer set so that the separation piece has a different length for each printing due to the difference in the amount of output information. Written characters can be copied and written anywhere in the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, a thermal printer that uses thermal roll paper of the same width can be used universally regardless of the model or manufacturer.
[0011]
In particular, the present invention is long thermal paper consisting comprises a thermosensitive coloring layer on the surface of the paper substrate b - becomes being wound in Le shape, the heat-sensitive coloring layer, a predetermined including sign answer column In thermal roll paper on which required output information is printed ,
Pressure sensitive copy of the thermal paper that is cut into a predetermined length after printing to become a plurality of separated pieces. It is a thermal roll paper characterized in that a carbon layer that can be used is formed .
[0012]
In such a configuration, when the carbon layer is formed at the same position of the separation piece unit, the position of each carbon layer is obtained by aligning and overlapping the required number of separation pieces cut to a predetermined length after printing. Can be matched up and down. And in this overlapping state, by writing a sign or the like on the surface corresponding to the carbon layer on the surface of the upper layer paper piece, the carbon of the carbon layer formed on the back surface of each separation piece is opposed to the same as above. Can be transferred to the surface of each lower layer paper piece, and handwritten characters can be copied and written on all the separated pieces of the lower layer.
[0013]
Also, the thermal roll paper of this configuration is suitable for use with a printer in which the required number of cut pieces is a set, and the cut pieces of each set are all the same length or different lengths. Since the carbon layer only needs to be partially formed, there is an advantage that the amount of carbon ink used for printing can be reduced. In addition, for example, when copying written characters such as signatures by superimposing three separate pieces, a carbon layer is not required on the back surface of the separate pieces arranged in the lowermost layer. Of the units, the carbon layer may be formed only on the two separated piece units.
[0014]
The carbon layer does not necessarily have to be formed at the same position or in the same shape. For example, when writing a secret matter, the carbon layer is not copied to a specific separation piece, or two pieces are specified one by one. In the case where it is desired to describe the item, the formation mode can be appropriately selected. In addition, it is not always necessary to match the lengths in the longitudinal direction of the individual pieces.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention is a thermal roll paper in which a long thermal paper provided with a thermosensitive coloring layer on the surface of a paper base is wound in a roll shape, and is provided on the back surface of the thermal paper. Since the carbon layer that enables pressure-sensitive copying was formed, each sign was written on the surface of the upper layer paper piece with the required number of cut pieces cut to a predetermined length after printing, The carbon of the carbon layer formed on the back surface of the separation piece is transferred to the surface of each lower layer paper piece facing, and the written characters can be copied and written on all of the lower separation pieces. This eliminates the need for conventional carbon paper and saves labor and time required for setting the carbon paper, thus improving the work efficiency.
[0028]
Further, as described above, when the carbon layer is continuously formed on the back surface of the thermal paper along the longitudinal direction (outside of the present invention), the length of the cut piece varies depending on the output information amount. It is suitable for use with a printer with a certain setting, so that a written character can be copied and entered at any position in the longitudinal direction of the separation piece.
[0029]
The present invention also relates to a thermal roll paper in which a long thermal paper provided with a thermal coloring layer on the surface of a paper base is wound in a roll shape, and is cut to a predetermined length after printing. A carbon layer that enables pressure-sensitive copying is partially formed on the back side of the required piece of the thermal paper to be a plurality of cut pieces , and the partial carbon layer on the surface of the cut piece Since the corresponding position is a blank area where the sign guide display is printed when printing the required output information, the position of each carbon layer matches the required number of cut pieces cut to a predetermined length after printing. In the overlapping state, by writing a signature on the surface of the upper layer paper piece corresponding to the carbon layer, the carbon of the carbon layer formed on the back surface of each separation piece is opposed to the same as above. Table of each bottom paper piece Transferred onto, and can be copied enter handwritten characters to all disconnected pieces of lower layer. In addition, the carbon layer is formed at the same position of the cut piece unit, and the position of each carbon layer can be easily set up and down by aligning and overlapping the required number of cut pieces cut to a predetermined length after printing. Can be matched.
[0030]
In particular, with the thermal roll paper having this configuration, the required number of cut pieces is taken as a set, and each set of cut pieces has the same length or a different length. It is suitable for use and it is only necessary to partially form a carbon layer, so the amount of carbon ink used for printing can be saved, and a carbon layer is formed on the back side of the cut piece placed on the bottom layer. In the case where it is configured not to have such an effect, there are excellent effects such as the amount of carbon ink used can be further reduced.
