Description

The present invention relates to a camera for opening and closing position and the lens barrier does not cover a position covering the shooting lens.

Conventionally, scratched or suddenly taking lens provided in the camera, in order to prevent such a user ends up or fouling the photographing lens, the power of the camera covers the photographing lens when OFF, the power source of the camera is ON Various lens barrier devices have been proposed that can be photographed by opening the camera at the time.

FIG. 9 shows a conventional lens barrier device. Reference numeral 30 denotes a barrier member, and reference numeral 30 a denotes a rotation center of the barrier member 30. The barrier member 30 is provided with a pin 30 b that engages with the barrier driving member 31. In order to explain the pin 30b, FIG. 9 shows a state in which the barrier member 30 is partially cut away. Reference numeral 31 denotes a drive member for driving the barrier member 30, and a groove 31 a that engages with the barrier member 30 is provided. Reference numeral 32 denotes the optical axis center of the photographing lens.

When the barrier driving member 31 rotates in the J direction, the pin 30b of the barrier member 30 is pushed by the groove 31a of the barrier driving member 31, and the barrier member 30 rotates in the I direction.

Also, in Patent Document 1, the barrier drive member and the drive arm of the barrier member are configured to be in direct contact with each other, and the operation point of the force of the drive arm is close to the barrier member, thereby realizing a thin and stable operation. is doing.
JP-A-2004-12567 (paragraphs 0008 to 0011, FIG. 1, FIG. 4, etc.)

However, in general, the lens barrier device operates the barrier member by converting the straight movement of the lens barrel into the rotation of the barrier member that is an optical path light blocking member. That, or reduces the conversion efficiency to the rotating operation and, when the operation of the barrier member becomes unstable, closed position is not stable in the barrier member, the barrier member is no longer able to properly cover the photographing lens End up.

Furthermore, since the barrier member forms the appearance surface of the camera, if the closing position of the barrier member is unstable, the quality (appearance) of the camera is impaired.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 9, when a member (for example, a lens barrel or a barrier partition plate) constituting the rotation center 30a of the barrier member 30 and the barrier driving member 31 are eccentric, for example, the barrier driving member 31 Is eccentric in the H direction, the left and right rotation angles of the barrier member 30 are different. For this reason, a gap is formed in the central portion of the barrier member 30 and the barrier member 30 is not fully closed.

Although not shown in Patent Document 1, in order to further assemble the barrier mechanism with respect to the lens barrel mechanism, each mechanism has a backlash necessary for assembly. If there is a backlash, the conversion efficiency when converting the linear motion of the lens barrel mechanism into the rotation operation of the barrier mechanism is reduced, and a desired rotation angle of the barrier drive member cannot be obtained. For this reason, the barrier member cannot be properly rotated, and eventually the closing position of the barrier member becomes unstable.

Further, since the lens barrier device is intended to be attached to the front of the taking lens, is assemblable structure with a simple structure in order to prevent damage during assembly of the taking lens is needed.

An exemplary object of the present invention is to realize a camera having a simplified structure and capable of stable lens barrier operation.

FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the camera with the lens barrel unit 2 extended. Reference numeral 7 denotes a lens holding member (first member) that holds the first lens unit 70 and forms the external surface of the lens barrel unit 2, and 8 denotes a first label that holds the shutter unit and the second lens unit 80. lens holding frame 9 is second lenses holding frame that holds the third lens unit 90. These first, second and third lens units constitute a photographic lens. Reference numeral 10 denotes a base member on which the image sensor 10b is provided. A lens barrier device 3 is provided on the front surface of the lens holding member 7.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a rectilinear cylinder for restricting the lens holding member 7 (first lens unit 70) from moving straight when the lens barrel unit 2 is driven. Reference numeral 12 denotes an internal lens holding member 7 (first lens unit 70) and a first lens. A moving cam ring provided with a cam for driving the lens holding frame 8, and a cam pin 7 b provided on the lens holding member 7 is engaged with a cam groove portion of the moving cam ring 12. Reference numeral 13 denotes a fixed cylinder provided with a cam for driving the movable cam ring 12. The configuration and driving method of the lens barrel unit 2 are conventionally known techniques, and detailed description is omitted, but is not limited to the above configuration.

3 and 4 are developed perspective views of the barrier mechanism of the camera in this embodiment. In FIG. 3, 14 is an external cover that forms the external surface of the lens barrel unit 2, and 15 is a barrier cover that covers the front surface of the lens barrel unit 2 together with the external cover 14 and forms the external surface of the camera. 3 and 4, reference numeral 16 denotes a barrier member that opens and closes the front surface of the photographing lens (first lens unit 70) in accordance with the power ON / OFF operation (operation of the lens barrel unit 2). An engaging pin portion 16a is provided. The center of rotation of the barrier member 16 is provided at the position of the reference axis 7 c with respect to the lens holding member 7. For this reason, the barrier member 16 is attached to the reference axis (rotation center) 7c of the lens holding member 7 and rotates around this.

Reference numeral 17 denotes a barrier partition plate that regulates the position in the optical axis direction so that the barrier member 16 does not touch the photographing lens (first lens unit 70) , and 18 is arranged closer to the image plane than the barrier partition plate 17 , and the barrier member 16 is a drive member (second member) for driving 16. The drive member 18 is provided with a U-shaped groove portion 18a for driving the barrier member 16 (pin portion 16a) .

Further, 19 is a differential member that converts operation of the lens holding member 7 to the rotary motion (third member), a cam portion 19a which abuts against the cam portion 10a provided on the base member 10 is provided. A biasing spring 20 that biases the driving member 18 in the rotation direction A is provided between the driving member 18 and the differential member 19, and the differential member in the B direction is provided between the lens holding member 7 and the differential member 19. A biasing spring 21 is provided so as to always bias 19 to the lens holding member 7. In this way, the driving member 18 and the differential member 19 can be rotated together by the biasing spring 20. The urging spring 21 is a spring for urging the barrier member 16 in the opening direction.

Next, the operation of the camera barrier mechanism and the lens holding member 7 in this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 shows the base member 10, the barrier member 16, the driving member 18, the differential member 19, and the biasing spring 21, which is in a state when the camera is turned off.

In FIG. 5, when the camera is turned on, the lens barrel unit 2 extends in the optical axis direction C. By the lens barrel unit 2 is fed out, together with the cam portion 19a of the differential member 19 is moved in the direction (optical axis direction) away from the cam portion 10a of the base member 10, the difference by the opening force of the biasing spring 21 The moving member 19 rotates in the direction B in the drawing. Since the differential member 19 and the drive member 18 are integrally rotated by the biasing spring 20, the drive member 18 is also rotated in the direction B in the drawing.

Next, the relationship between the barrier member 16 and the drive member 18 will be described. In FIG. 6, in order to explain the pin portion 16a of the barrier member 16 and the U-shaped groove portion 18a of the drive member 18, a part of the barrier member 16 is cut away.

FIG. 6A is a diagram when the camera is turned off, which is the same state as FIG. As described above, when the differential member 19 rotates in the direction B in the figure, the drive member 18 also rotates in the direction B in the figure. Due to the movement of the U-shaped groove 18a accompanying the rotation of the drive member 18 , the barrier member 16 receives the rotational force of the drive member 18 through the pin portion 16a engaged with the U -shaped groove 18a and rotates in the direction D in the figure. To do. When the feeding of the lens barrel unit 2 is finished, the barrier member 16 and the driving member 18 are in the state shown in FIG. 6B, and the opening operation of the barrier member 16 is finished, so that the camera can be photographed.

When the camera is turned off, the barrier member 16 moves in the closing direction, that is, in the direction opposite to the opening direction. Specifically, when the lens holding member 7 (first lens unit 70) is at the wide end, the differential member 19 is rotated by the cam, but the drive member 18 does not rotate and the lens holding member 7 is retracted. For the first time, the differential member 19 and the drive member 18 rotate together to move the barrier member 16 in the closing direction.

Next, assembly of the differential member 19 and the drive member 18 will be described with reference to FIG. The combined hook portion 19b of the phase provided to the claw portion 18b and the differential member 19 provided on the drive member 18 in FIG. 7, it is rotated in the direction E in FIG. This drive member 18 and the differential member 19 is rotatable at the time of assembly, and so the position is regulated in the optical axis direction. At this time, the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 are assembled with a backlash.

After that, by applying the biasing spring 20 between the driving member 18 and the differential member 19, the driving member 18 is integrated while being always biased in the F direction in the figure with respect to the differential member 19. For this reason, the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 can be unitized with a simple configuration.

The integrated differential member 19 and the drive member 18 are assembled to the lens holding member 7 (lens barrel unit 2). Since both are unitized, when the lens holding member 7 is assembled, Work is completed in one time. Further , since unnecessary work is not required, it is possible to prevent the lens from being carelessly damaged.

More specifically, the unitized drive member 18 and differential member 19 are configured with respect to the lens holding member 7 as shown in FIG. The inner peripheral engaging portion 18c is fitted in the engagement portion 7d and the drive member 18 of the lenses holding member 7 Te FIG odor, also, the inner peripheral engagement of the engagement portion 7d and the differential member 19 of the lens holding member 7 The joint portion 19c is fitted.

Therefore, the rotational center position of the drive member 18 (and the differential member 19) is positioned by the engaging portion (centering portion) 7d, and the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 are centered on the optical axis of the lens barrel unit 2. It can be rotated without being eccentric.

That is, in this embodiment, the driving member 18 and the differential member 19 are positioned at the engaging portion 7d of the lens holding member 7 and rotated with reference to the lens holding member 7, and the barrier member 16 is the lens holding member. 7 is rotated with reference to a rotation center 7c provided on the rotation center 7c. For this reason, all the lens barrier devices have a mechanism that operates with the lens holding member 7 as a reference, and it is possible to operate without extra play or the drive member 18 or the like being decentered. Therefore, it is possible to provide a lens barrier device that can be stably operated with a simplified configuration.

Further, since the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 are integrated (unit) with a simple configuration, the work in the vicinity of the photographic lens during assembly can be reduced, and problems such as damaging the photographic lens can be avoided. Easy to assemble.

The engaging portions 7d of the lens holding member 7 are formed in a convex shape at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 7e. This is because when the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 are engaged (fitted) with almost no play on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 7e, the contact (sliding) area of both members increases and a large friction occurs. This is because the operation of the drive member 18 and the differential member 19 is difficult to be performed smoothly due to the friction. By making the engaging portion 7d convex as in this embodiment, the inner peripheral engaging portions 18c, 19c and Friction during sliding is reduced, and smooth operation becomes possible.
