Description
The present invention relates to a heating element used in a glass window of a house or office, or a glass door of a commercial refrigerator installed in a supermarket or a convenience store.
Glass elements used for glass windows of residential and office glass windows, or commercial refrigerators installed in supermarkets and convenience stores, etc., are affected by temperature differences inside and outside the room in winter or temperature differences inside and outside the refrigerator. Condensation is likely to occur on the surface of the element.
The
However, in the
In addition, since the
Further, in the
Therefore, in the present invention, a heating element that solves the above-described problems and can easily attach an electrode portion for energizing a conductive thin film formed on a transparent substrate and can prevent heat generation of the electrode portion. The issue is to provide.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a heating element in which a transparent substrate having a conductive thin film formed on the back surface and a transparent plate facing the conductive thin film are laminated. Two spacers arranged at a predetermined interval and two holding frames arranged along each spacer are interposed between the plates and between the holding frames and the conductive thin film. The electrode portion is interposed in the electrode portion, and the conductive thin film is configured to generate heat when the conductive thin film is energized through the electrode portion.
Thus, in the heating element of the present invention, since the electrode portion is in contact with the conductive thin film by interposing the electrode portion between the holding frame and the conductive thin film, the electrode portion is in contact with the conductive thin film. There is no need to stick to. Thereby, in the process of laminating the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, the electrode portion is attached together with the holding frame, so that the electrode portion can be easily attached between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate.
In addition, since no other member is interposed between the spacer and the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, the entire end face of the spacer is pressed against the transparent substrate and the transparent plate with uniform pressure, and the spacer is pressed against the transparent substrate and the transparent plate. It can be adhered. Thereby, the moisture-proof property between a spacer, a transparent substrate, and a transparent board can be improved.
Furthermore, since it is not necessary to process the spacer in accordance with the shape of the electrode portion, the manufacturing cost of the spacer can be reduced, and the distance between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate can be reduced by the spacer having a uniform thickness. By holding, the stability of the transparent substrate and the transparent plate can be enhanced.
Although the material of the spacer is not limited, it is preferable to use a member having sufficient heat resistance because it is in contact with the conductive thin film that generates heat. The material of the holding frame is not limited. For example, when a hard member such as aluminum is used, the space for providing the electrode portion extended in one direction by the spacer and the holding frame is uniform. Since the entire electrode portion can be uniformly contacted with the conductive thin film and the distance between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate can be maintained, the strength of the heating element can be increased. .
In addition, when the holding frame is disposed on the outer side of the heat generating element with respect to the spacer, the power cord can be attached to the electrode portion without protruding from the spacer to the inner side of the heat generating element. Thereby, while being able to make the wiring in a heat generating element simple, it can prevent that moisture penetrate | invades along a power cord.
In addition, since the electrode portion is interposed between the holding frame and the conductive thin film, the electrode portion is brought into contact with the conductive thin film, so that it is not necessary to form the electrode portion with a conductive paste. It is possible to prevent heat generation of the electrode portion due to the energization of the. Thereby, a high current can be applied to the conductive thin film through the electrode portion, and the heat generation temperature and the heating efficiency of the heating element can be increased.
The heating element may have a configuration in which a holding frame is attached to a spacer.
Thus, in the heat generating element of the present invention, by attaching the holding frame to the spacer, it is possible to stabilize the holding frame between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, and thus it is possible to prevent displacement of the electrode portion.
Further, the heating element may be configured such that a contact terminal biased toward the conductive thin film is formed on the electrode portion, and the conductive thin film is energized through the contact terminal.
Here, as in the above-described conventional heating element (glass element, see FIG. 5), in the configuration in which the entire electrode part is attached to the conductive thin film, the conductive thin film is transparent due to heat generated by energization, that is, thermal shock. When the substrate and the electrode section are heated and thermally expanded, the thermal expansion coefficient between the transparent substrate and the electrode section is significantly different, so that a large difference occurs in the thermal expansion between the two, and the junction between the conductive thin film and the electrode section Stress will be applied to. Thus, when stress due to thermal shock is repeatedly applied to the joint between the transparent substrate and the electrode part, cracks or voids are generated in the joint part, and the electrode part may be peeled off from the conductive thin film. In particular, when the strength of the conductive paste forming the electrode portion is set low in order to suppress the manufacturing cost of the heat generating element, the electrode portion is likely to be peeled off. And when an electrode part peels, electricity supply to an electroconductive thin film cannot be performed reliably, and malfunctions, such as a disconnection of an electrode part and a local abnormal heat generation of an electroconductive thin film, may occur. is there.
On the other hand, in the heating element of the present invention, the electrode part is in contact with the conductive thin film by the contact terminal without bonding the entire electrode part to the conductive thin film, and the contact area between the electrode part and the conductive thin film is very large. Because of the small size, even if heat generation of the conductive thin film, the so-called thermal shock, occurs, the conductive thin film is reliably energized without causing cracks or voids at the joint between the electrode and the conductive thin film. It can be carried out. That is, the durability of thermal shock can be sufficiently ensured.
Furthermore, since the contact terminal is in a state of being biased toward the conductive thin film and is in contact with the conductive thin film, it is possible to reliably energize the conductive thin film.
The heating element may be configured to form a plurality of contact terminals urged toward the conductive thin film in the electrode portion and to supply the conductive thin film through the contact terminals.
Thus, in the heating element of the present invention, the electrode portion includes a plurality of contact terminals, and even if some of the contact terminals are separated from the conductive thin film due to deformation or breakage, Since the contact with the conductive thin film can be ensured by the contact terminal, it is possible to reliably energize the conductive thin film.
The heating element may have a configuration in which a sealing material is provided between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate so as to surround each spacer and each holding frame.
Thus, in the heat generating element of the present invention, by providing the sealing material between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate so as to surround each spacer and each holding frame, the heat insulating effect of the space portion sealed by the sealing material is provided. Therefore, the heat loss of the conductive thin film can be reduced.
Further, the adhesion effect of the sealing material together with the spacer can prevent moisture from entering the space sealed by the sealing material.
Furthermore, when the holding frame is bonded to the sealing material, the holding frame can be stabilized between the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, so that the electrode portion and the conductive thin film can be stably brought into contact with each other. It is possible to prevent displacement of the electrode portion.
According to such a heating element, since the electrode portion is brought into contact with the conductive thin film by interposing the electrode portion between the holding frame and the conductive thin film, the step of laminating the transparent substrate and the transparent plate In this case, the electrode portion is attached together with the holding frame. Thereby, an electrode part can be easily attached between a transparent substrate and a transparent plate, and the manufacturing cost of a heat generating element can be reduced.
In addition, since no other member is interposed between the spacer and the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, the spacer can be brought into close contact with the transparent substrate and the transparent plate, and moisture resistance between the spacer and the transparent substrate and the transparent plate can be improved. Can be increased.
In addition, when the holding frame is arranged on the outer side of the heating element with respect to the spacer, it is not necessary to project the power cord from the spacer to the inner side of the heating element, so that the wiring in the heating element has a simple configuration. In addition, it is possible to prevent moisture from entering through the power cord.
In addition, since the electrode portion is interposed between the holding frame and the conductive thin film, the electrode portion is brought into contact with the conductive thin film, so that it is not necessary to form the electrode portion with a conductive paste. It is possible to prevent the electrode portion from being heated due to the energization of the electrode. Thereby, a high current can be applied to the conductive thin film through the electrode portion, and the heat generation temperature and the heating efficiency of the heating element can be increased.
In addition, when the contact terminal urged toward the conductive thin film is formed in the electrode portion and the conductive thin film is energized through the contact terminal, the electrode portion is in contact with the conductive thin film by the contact terminal. Since the contact area between the electrode and the conductive thin film is very small, even if heat generation of the conductive thin film, so-called thermal shock, occurs, the joint between the electrode and the conductive thin film is cracked. In addition, the conductive thin film can be reliably energized without generating any voids. Furthermore, by energizing the contact terminal toward the conductive thin film, the contact terminal and the conductive thin film can be reliably brought into contact with each other, so that the conductive thin film can be reliably energized.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the holding frames 10, 10 are made of aluminum disposed along the

(Electrode part)
As shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the

In addition, each frame-
Further, since it is not necessary to process each of the frame-
