本発明は、基台にパネルを載置し、パネル上にブレーカ等の電気機器を配置して成る住宅用分電盤のパネルの取り付け構造に関する。

従来の分電盤は、ブレーカ２１を載置するパネル２２の一部を切り起こして掛止部を設け、掛止部にブレーカ２１を掛止させて取り付け位置を決め、図４に示すように、ブレーカ２１の左右端部でねじ止めをし固定していた（例えば特許文献１参照。）。

以上述べたように、本発明は、基台の底面には、ブレーカの取り付け位置に対向させた係止部を突設し、係止部には食い切り穴とブレーカに設けられた突出部に対向する取り付け穴とを設けると共に、パネルには食い切り穴に差し込み可能な差し込み部と、取り付け穴に対向する係止穴とを設け、パネルの差し込み部を基台の食い切り穴に差し込み、ブレーカの突出部を取り付け穴と係止穴とに係止させて、ブレーカを固定可能としたため、ねじ等の他の部品も必要なく、ブレーカとパネルの基台への取り付けが同時に行えるため作業性が向上する。ブレーカの取り付けは差し込むだけでよいため、位置決めも容易である。パネルやブレーカは１個ずつ基台に固定されるため、分岐中央部の強度も増すことができる。
