Claims (5)
- 真空容器中で酸素吹錬終了後に不活性ガス攪拌による脱炭を行うステンレス溶鋼の脱炭処理において、前記不活性ガス攪拌による脱炭の開始前または開始後に溶鋼中の酸素活量を測定し、予め求めてある溶鋼中の酸素活量とスラグ中のCr酸化物濃度との相関関係からスラグ中のCr酸化物濃度を推定し、スラグ中のCr酸化物濃度が10〜30質量%の範囲になるように脱酸剤を溶鋼に添加するスラグ成分調整操作を行うことにより、スラグ中のCr酸化物濃度が10〜30質量%の状態で不活性ガス攪拌による脱炭を進行させるステンレス溶鋼の脱炭方法。
- 前記脱酸剤としてAlまたはFe−Siを使用する請求項1に記載のステンレス溶鋼の脱炭方法。
- 10Torr(1333Pa)以下の真空下で不活性ガス攪拌による脱炭を進行させる請求項1または2に記載のステンレス溶鋼の脱炭方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脱炭方法によりC含有量を0.010質量%以下に低減させる極低炭素ステンレス鋼の製造法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の脱炭方法によりC含有量を0.010質量%以下に低減させる極低炭素フェライト系ステンレス鋼の製造法。
